3 L os hijos de Amram: Aarón, Moisés y María. Los hijos de Aarón: Nadab, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.

And the children of Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. And the sons of Aaron: Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.

4 E leazar engendró a Finees, Finees engendró a Abisúa,

Eleazar begot Phinehas; Phinehas begot Abishua,

5 A bisúa engendró a Buqui, Buqui engendró a Uzi,

and Abishua begot Bukki, and Bukki begot Uzzi,

6 U zi engendró a Zeraías, Zeraías engendró a Meraiot,

and Uzzi begot Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begot Meraioth;

7 M eraiot engendró a Amarías, Amarías engendró a Ahitob,

Meraioth begot Amariah, and Amariah begot Ahitub,

8 A hitob engendró a Sadoc, Sadoc engendró a Ahimaas,

and Ahitub begot Zadok, and Zadok begot Ahimaaz,

9 A himaas engendró a Azarías, Azarías engendró a Johanán,

and Ahimaaz begot Azariah, and Azariah begot Johanan,

10 y Johanán engendró a Azarías, el que tuvo el sacerdocio en la Casa que Salomón edificó en Jerusalén.

and Johanan begot Azariah (he is it that exercised the priesthood in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem);

11 A zarías engendró a Amarías, Amarías engendró a Ahitob,

and Azariah begot Amariah, and Amariah begot Ahitub,

12 A hitob engendró a Sadoc, Sadoc engendró a Salum,

and Ahitub begot Zadok, and Zadok begot Shallum,

13 S alum engendró a Hilcías, Hilcías engendró a Azarías,

and Shallum begot Hilkijah, and Hilkijah begot Azariah,

14 A zarías engendró a Seraías, y Seraías engendró a Josadac,

and Azariah begot Seraiah, and Seraiah begot Jehozadak,

15 y Josadac fue llevado cautivo cuando Jehová deportó a Judá y a Jerusalén por mano de Nabucodonosor.

and Jehozadak went away, when Jehovah carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.

17 É stos son los nombres de los hijos de Gersón: Libni y Simei.

And these are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni and Shimei.

18 L os hijos de Coat: Amram, Izhar, Hebrón y Uziel.

And the sons of Kohath: Amram, and Jizhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

19 L os hijos de Merari: Mahli y Musi. Éstas son las familias de Leví, según sus descendencias.

The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. And these are the families of Levi according to their fathers.

20 G ersón: Libni, Jahat, Zima,

Of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21 J oa, Iddo, Zera y Jeatrai.

Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeathrai his son.

22 L os descendientes de Coat: Aminadab, Coré, Asir,

The sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,

31 É stos son los que David puso a cargo del servicio del canto en la casa de Jehová, después que el Arca tuvo reposo,

And these are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of Jehovah after that the ark was in rest.

32 l os cuales servían delante de la tienda del Tabernáculo de reunión en el canto, hasta que Salomón edificó la casa de Jehová en Jerusalén; después se mantuvieron en su ministerio según su costumbre.

And they ministered before the tabernacle of the tent of meeting with singing, until Solomon had built the house of Jehovah in Jerusalem; and they attended to their office according to their order.

33 E stos, pues, con sus hijos, ayudaban: de los hijos de Coat, el cantor Hemán hijo de Joel hijo de Samuel,

And these are they that attended, and their sons: Of the sons of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel,

And their brethren the sons of Merari were on the left hand: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,

the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkijah,

46 h ijo de Amsi, hijo de Bani, hijo de Semer,

the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shemer,

47 h ijo de Mahli, hijo de Musi, hijo de Merari, hijo de Leví.

the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48 Y sus hermanos, los levitas, fueron puestos sobre todo el ministerio del tabernáculo de la casa de Dios. Descendientes de Aarón

And their brethren the Levites were given for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.

49 P ero Aarón y sus hijos ofrecían sacrificios sobre el altar del holocausto, y sobre el altar del perfume quemaban incienso, y ministraban en toda la obra del Lugar santísimo, y hacían las expiaciones por Israel conforme a todo lo que Moisés, siervo de Dios, había mandado.

And Aaron and his sons offered upon the altar of the burnt-offering, and on the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50 L os descendientes de Aarón son estos: Eleazar, Finees, Abisúa,

And these are the sons of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

54 É stos son los lugares de residencia y los límites de los territorios de los hijos de Aarón. A las familias de los coatitas, a quienes les tocó primero la suerte,

And these are their dwelling-places according to their encampments, within their borders. For the sons of Aaron, of the family of the Kohathites, for theirs was the lot;

55 l es dieron Hebrón, en la tierra de Judá, con sus ejidos alrededor de ella.

and they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and its suburbs round about it;

56 P ero el territorio de la ciudad y sus aldeas se dieron a Caleb hijo de Jefone.

but the fields of the city, and the hamlets thereof gave they to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

57 D e Judá dieron a los hijos de Aarón la ciudad de refugio, esto es, Hebrón; además, Libna con sus ejidos, Jatir, Estemoa con sus ejidos,

And to the children of Aaron they gave the city of refuge, Hebron; and Libnah and its suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa and its suburbs,

58 H ilén con sus ejidos, Debir con sus ejidos,

and Hilen and its suburbs, Debir and its suburbs,

59 A sán y Bet-semes, con sus respectivos ejidos.

and Ashan and its suburbs, and Beth-shemesh and its suburbs;

60 D e Benjamín les dieron Geba, Alemet y Anatot, con sus ejidos. Trece fue el total de sus ciudades, repartidas según sus familias.

and, out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba and its suburbs, and Allemeth and its suburbs, and Anathoth and its suburbs: all their cities, thirteen cities, according to their families.

61 A los hijos de Coat, según sus familias, les dieron por suerte diez ciudades de la media tribu de Manasés.

And to the children of Kohath that remained by lot out of the families of the tribe of the half tribe, half Manasseh, ten cities.

62 A los hijos de Gersón, según sus familias, les dieron de la tribu de Isacar, de la tribu de Aser, de la tribu de Neftalí y de la tribu de Manasés en Basán, trece ciudades.

And to the children of Gershom according to their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63 Y a los hijos de Merari, según sus familias, les dieron por suerte doce ciudades de las tribus de Rubén, Gad y Zabulón.

To the children of Merari by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64 L os hijos de Israel dieron a los levitas ciudades con sus ejidos.

And the children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities and their suburbs.

65 D ieron por suerte de la tribu de Judá, de la tribu de Simeón y de la tribu de Benjamín, las ciudades ya nombradas.

And they gave by lot out of the tribe of the children of Judah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Benjamin, these cities which were mentioned by name.

66 A las familias de los hijos de Coat dieron ciudades con sus ejidos de la tribu de Efraín.

And to the families of the children of Kohath who had the cities of their territory out of the tribe of Ephraim,

67 L es dieron Siquem, la ciudad de refugio, con sus ejidos en los montes de Efraín; además, Gezer,

they gave the city of refuge, Shechem and its suburbs in mount Ephraim; and Gezer and its suburbs,

68 J ocmeam, Bet-horón,

and Jokmeam and its suburbs, and Beth-horon and its suburbs,

69 A jalón y Gat-rimón, con sus respectivos ejidos.

and Ajalon and its suburbs, and Gath-Rimmon and its suburbs;

70 A las otras familias de los hijos de Coat les dieron Aner y Bileam, las cuales pertenecían a la media tribu de Manasés, con sus respectivos ejidos.

and out of the half tribe of Manasseh: Aner and its suburbs, and Bileam and its suburbs,—for the families of the children of Kohath that remained.

71 A los hijos de Gersón dieron de la media tribu de Manasés, Golán en Basán y Astarot, con sus respectivos ejidos.

To the children of Gershom out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh: Golan in Bashan and its suburbs, and Ashtaroth and its suburbs;

72 D e la tribu de Isacar, Cedes, Daberat,

and out of the tribe of Issachar: Kedesh and its suburbs, Dobrath and its suburbs,

73 R amot y Anem, con sus respectivos ejidos.

and Ramoth and its suburbs, and Anem and its suburbs;

78 D el otro lado del Jordán, frente a Jericó, al oriente del Jordán, dieron de la tribu de Rubén, Beser en el desierto, Jaza,

and on the other side of the Jordan by Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, out of the tribe of Reuben: Bezer in the wilderness and its suburbs, and Jahzah and its suburbs,
