1 D e lo profundo, Jehová, a ti clamo.

Out of the depths do I call upon thee, Jehovah.

2 S eñor, oye mi voz; estén atentos tus oídos a la voz de mi súplica.

Lord, hear my voice; let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplication.

3 J ah, si miras los pecados, ¿quién, Señor, podrá mantenerse?

If thou, Jah, shouldest mark iniquities, Lord, who shall stand?

4 P ero en ti hay perdón, para que seas reverenciado.

But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

5 E speré yo en Jehová; esperó mi alma, en su palabra he esperado.

I wait for Jehovah; my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.

6 M i alma espera en Jehová más que los centinelas la mañana, más que los vigilantes la mañana.

My soul for the Lord more than the watchers for the morning, the watchers for the morning.

7 E spere Israel en Jehová, porque en Jehová hay misericordia y abundante redención con él.

Let Israel hope in Jehovah, because with Jehovah there is loving-kindness, and with him is plenteous redemption;

8 É l redimirá a Israel de todos sus pecados.

And he will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
