1 H abló Jehová a Moisés y le dijo:

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

2 « Manda a los hijos de Israel que te traigan para el alumbrado aceite puro de olivas machacadas, para hacer arder las lámparas continuamente.

Command the children of Israel that they bring unto thee pure beaten olive oil for the light, to light the lamp continually.

3 F uera del velo del Testimonio, en el Tabernáculo de reunión, las dispondrá Aarón delante de Jehová desde la tarde hasta la mañana. Estatuto perpetuo os será por vuestras generaciones.

Outside the veil of the testimony, in the tent of meeting, shall Aaron dress it from evening to morning before Jehovah continually: an everlasting statute throughout your generations.

4 S obre el candelabro de oro puro dispondrá las lámparas, para que ardan siempre delante de Jehová. Los panes de la proposición

Upon the pure candlestick shall he arrange the lamps before Jehovah continually.

5 » Tomarás flor de harina, y cocerás con ella doce tortas; cada torta será de dos décimas de efa.

And thou shalt take fine wheaten flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof; each cake shall be of two tenths.

6 Y las pondrás en dos hileras, seis en cada hilera, sobre la mesa de oro puro delante de Jehová.

And thou shalt set them in two rows, six in a row, upon the pure table before Jehovah.

7 P ondrás también sobre cada hilera incienso puro, y será para el pan como perfume, como ofrenda que se quema a Jehová.

And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row; and it shall be a bread of remembrance, an offering by fire to Jehovah.

8 C ada sábado lo dispondrá sin falta delante de Jehová, en nombre de los hijos de Israel, como pacto perpetuo.

Every sabbath day he shall arrange it before Jehovah continually, on the part of the children of Israel: an everlasting covenant.

9 S erá, por derecho perpetuo, de Aarón y de sus hijos, los cuales lo comerán en lugar santo, porque es una cosa muy santa que les pertenece de las ofrendas que se queman a Jehová.» Castigo del blasfemo

And it shall be Aaron's and his sons'; and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy unto him of Jehovah's offerings by fire: an everlasting statute.

10 E n aquel tiempo, el hijo de una mujer israelita, pero de padre egipcio, salió entre los israelitas. Cuando el hijo de la israelita y un hombre de Israel riñeron en el campamento,

And the son of an Israelitish woman—but withal the son of an Egyptian,—went out among the children of Israel; and this son of the Israelitess and a man of Israel strove together in the camp;

11 e l hijo de la mujer israelita blasfemó, y maldijo el Nombre. Entonces lo llevaron a Moisés (su madre se llamaba Selomit, hija de Dibri, de la tribu de Dan).

and the Israelitish woman's son blasphemed the Name, and cursed; and they brought him to Moses. And his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.

12 L o pusieron en la cárcel, hasta que les fuera declarado qué hacer por palabra de Jehová.

And they confined him, that they might decide at the mouth of Jehovah.

13 Y Jehová habló a Moisés, y le dijo:

And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,

14 « Saca al blasfemo fuera del campamento, y todos los que lo oyeron pongan sus manos sobre su cabeza, y apedréelo toda la congregación.

Lead the reviler outside the camp; and all that heard shall lay their hands upon his head, and the whole assembly shall stone him.

15 Y a los hijos de Israel hablarás así: Cualquiera que maldiga a su Dios cargará con su pecado.

And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Every one when he revileth his God shall bear his sin.

16 E l que blasfeme contra el nombre de Jehová ha de ser muerto; toda la congregación lo apedreará. Tanto el extranjero como el natural, si blasfema contra el Nombre, que muera.

And he that blasphemeth the name of Jehovah shall certainly be put to death; all the assembly shall certainly stone him; as well the stranger as he that is home-born, when he blasphemeth the Name, shall be put to death.

17 » Asimismo el hombre que hiera de muerte a cualquier persona, sufrirá la muerte.

And if any one smiteth any man mortally, he shall certainly be put to death.

18 » El que hiera a algún animal habrá de restituirlo, animal por animal.

And he that smiteth a beast mortally shall make it good, life for life.

19 » El que cause una lesión a su prójimo, según lo hizo, así le sea hecho:

And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour, as he hath done, so shall it be done to him;

20 r otura por rotura, ojo por ojo, diente por diente; según la lesión que le haya causado al otro, igual se hará con él.

breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him.

21 » El que hiera algún animal ha de restituirlo, pero el que hiera de muerte a un hombre, morirá.

He that smiteth a beast shall make it good; and he that smiteth a man shall be put to death.

22 » Un mismo estatuto tendréis para el extranjero y para el natural, porque yo soy Jehová, vuestro Dios.»

Ye shall have one law: as the stranger, so the home-born; for I am Jehovah your God.

23 E ntonces habló Moisés a los hijos de Israel, y ellos sacaron del campamento al blasfemo y lo apedrearon. Los hijos de Israel hicieron según Jehová había mandado a Moisés.

And Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they led the reviler outside the camp and stoned him with stones. And the children of Israel did as Jehovah had commanded Moses.
