2 D eliver me from and lift me above those who work evil and save me from bloodthirsty men.

Избави ме от ония, които вършат беззаконие, И спаси ме от кръвопийци.

3 F or, behold, they lie in wait for my life; fierce and mighty men are banding together against me, not for my transgression nor for any sin of mine, O Lord.

Защото, ето, причакват <за да уловят> душата ми; Силните се събират против мене, Не <за> мое престъпление, Господи, нито <за> мой грях.

4 T hey run and prepare themselves, though there is no fault in me; rouse Yourself to meet and help me, and see!

Без <да има в мене> вина тичат и се готвят; Събуди се да ме посрещнеш, и виж.

5 Y ou, O Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel, arise to visit all the nations; spare none and be not merciful to any who treacherously plot evil. Selah!

Ти, Господи Боже на силите, Боже Израилев, Стани за да посетиш всичките народи; Да не покажеш милост към никого от нечестивите престъпници. (Села).

6 T hey return at evening, they howl and snarl like dogs, and go about the city.

Вечер се връщат, Вият като кучета и обикалят града.

7 B ehold, they belch out with their mouths; swords are in their lips, for who, they think, hears us?

Ето, те бълват <думи> с устата си; Мечове <има> в устните им, Понеже, <думат те>: Кой слуша?

8 B ut You, O Lord, will laugh at them; You will hold all the nations in derision.

Но, Ти Господи, ще им се присмееш, Ще се поругаеш на всички тия народи.

9 O my Strength, I will watch and give heed to You and sing praises; for God is my Defense (my Protector and High Tower).

О Сило моя, на Тебе ще се надея, Защото Бог ми е крепост.

10 M y God in His mercy and steadfast love will meet me; God will let me look on my enemies (those who lie in wait for me).

Милостивият мой Бог ще ме предвари; Бог ще ме удостои да видя <повалянето> на ония, които ме причакват.

11 S lay them not, lest my people forget; scatter them by Your power and make them wander to and fro, and bring them down, O Lord our Shield!

Да ги не убиеш, да не би да забравят <това> моите люде; Разпръсни ги със силата Си. И свали ги, Господи, защитниче наш.

12 F or the sin of their mouths and the words of their lips, let them even be trapped and taken in their pride, and for the cursing and lying which they utter.

<Поради> греха на устата си, <поради> думите на устните си, Нека бъдат уловени в гордостта си, Също и поради клетвата и лъжата що говорят.

13 C onsume them in wrath, consume them so that they shall be no more; and let them know unto the ends of the earth that God rules over Jacob (Israel). Selah!

Довърши <ги> с гняв, довърши <ги> да ги няма вече, И нека се научат, че Бог господарува в Якова <И> до краищата на земята. (Села).

14 A nd at evening let them return; let them howl and snarl like dogs, and go prowling about the city.

Нека се връщат вечер, Нека вият като кучета, и нека обикалят града;

15 L et them wander up and down for food and tarry all night if they are not satisfied (not getting their fill).

Нека се скитат за храна; И ако не се настанят, нека прекарат нощта< ненаситени>.

16 B ut I will sing of Your mighty strength and power; yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy and loving-kindness in the morning; for You have been to me a defense (a fortress and a high tower) and a refuge in the day of my distress.

А аз ще пея за Твоята сила, Да! на ранина високо ще славословя Твоята милост; Защото Ти си ми станал крепост И прибежище в деня на бедствието ми.

17 U nto You, O my Strength, I will sing praises; for God is my Defense, my Fortress, and High Tower, the God Who shows me mercy and steadfast love.

О Сило моя, на Тебе ще пея хваление. Защото <Ти>, Боже, милостиви мой Бог, <Си> крепост моя.
