1 M ay God rise up. May those who hate Him be divided. And may they run away from Him.

Levántese Dios, sean esparcidos sus enemigos, y huyan delante de El los que le aborrecen.

2 D rive them away like smoke in the wind. Let the sinful be destroyed before God like a candle melts by the fire.

Como es lanzado el humo, los lanzarás; como se derrite la cera delante del fuego, así perecerán los impíos delante de Dios.

3 B ut let those who are right and good be glad. Let them be happy before God. Yes, let them be full of joy.

Mas los justos se alegrarán; se gozarán delante de Dios, y saltarán de alegría.

4 S ing to God. Sing praises to His name. Make a road for Him Who goes through the deserts. The Lord is His name. Be full of joy before Him.

Cantad a Dios, cantad salmos a su Nombre; ensalzad al que cabalga sobre los cielos; JAH es su Nombre, y alegraos delante de él.

5 G od in His holy house is a father to those who have no father. And He keeps the women safe whose husbands have died.

Padre de huérfanos y defensor de viudas, es Dios en la morada de su santuario;

6 G od makes a home for those who are alone. He leads men out of prison into happiness and well-being. But those who fight against Him live in an empty desert.

el Dios que hace habitar en familia a los solos; que saca a los aprisionados con grillos; mas los rebeldes habitan en sequedad.

7 O God, when You went out before Your people, when You walked through the desert,

¶ Oh Dios, cuando tú saliste delante de tu pueblo, cuando anduviste por el desierto, (Selah,)

8 t he earth shook. The heavens poured down rain before God. And Sinai shook before God, the God of Israel.

la tierra tembló; también destilaron los cielos su lluvia ante la presencia de Dios; aquel Sinaí tembló delante de Dios, del Dios de Israel.

9 Y ou sent a heavy rain, O God. You brought life back to Your promised land when it was dry.

Abundante lluvia esparciste, oh Dios, a tu heredad; y cuando se cansó, tú la recreaste.

10 Y our people made it their home. O God, You gave the poor what they needed because You are good.

Tu compañía estaba en ella; por tu bondad, oh Dios, has provisto al pobre.

11 T he Lord gives the Word. And the women who tell the good news are many.

El Señor dará palabra; de los evangelizadores habrá grande ejército.

12 T he kings of armies run. They run away. And she who stays at home divides the riches.

Huyan, huyan reyes de ejércitos; y la moradora de la casa partía los despojos.

13 W hen you lie down among the sheep, you are like the wings of a dove covered with silver, and the end of its wings with shining gold.

Aunque seáis echados entre las ollas, seréis como las alas de la paloma cubierta de plata, y sus plumas con amarillez de oro.

14 W hen the All-powerful divided the kings there, snow was falling in Zalmon.

Cuando esparcía el Omnipotente los reyes que estuvieron en ella, se emblanqueció ésta como la nieve en Salmón.

15 A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan. A mountain of many high tops is the mountain of Bashan.

¶ Monte de Dios es el monte de Basán; monte alto el de Basán.

16 O mountains of many high tops, why do you look with jealousy at the mountain which God has chosen for His home? For sure, the Lord will live there forever.

¿Por qué saltasteis, oh montes altos? Este monte amó Dios para su asiento; ciertamente el SEÑOR habitará en él para siempre.

17 T he war-wagons of God are 20, 000, even thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, as at Sinai, in the holy place.

Los carros de Dios son dos millares de miles de ángeles, el Señor entre ellos, como en Sinaí, así en el santuario.

18 Y ou have gone up on high. You have taken those who were held with You. You have received gifts of men, even among those who fought against You. So the Lord God may live there with them.

Subiste a lo alto, cautivaste la cautividad, tomaste dones para los hombres, y también para los rebeldes, para que habite entre ellos JAH Dios.

19 H onor and thanks be to the Lord, Who carries our heavy loads day by day. He is the God Who saves us.

Bendito el Señor; cada día nos colma de beneficios el Dios de nuestra salud. (Selah.)

20 O ur God is a God Who sets us free. The way out of death belongs to God the Lord.

Dios, nuestro Dios ha de salvarnos; y el Señor DIOS tiene salidas para la muerte.

21 B ut God will break the head of those who hate Him, the hair-covered head of him who goes on in his sins.

Ciertamente Dios herirá la cabeza de sus enemigos, la cabelluda mollera del que camina en sus pecados.

22 T he Lord said, “I will bring them back from Bashan. I will bring them back from the bottom of the sea.

¶ El Señor dijo: De Basán haré volver, te haré volver de lo profundo del mar:

23 S o your feet may crush them in blood. And the tongue of your dogs may have a share of those who hate you.”

Porque tu pie se embermejecerá de sangre de tus enemigos, y de ella la lengua de tus perros.

24 T hey have seen Your people walking together, O God. They have seen the people of my God and King walking into the holy place.

Vieron tus caminos, oh Dios; los caminos de mi Dios, de mi Rey, en el santuario.

25 T hose who sing are in front. Those who play music are behind. And young women who beat timbrels are between.

Los cantores iban delante, los tañedores detrás; en medio, las doncellas con panderos.

26 G ive thanks to God in the meetings of worship. Give thanks to the Lord, you who are of the family of Israel.

Bendecid a Dios en las congregaciones; al Señor, vosotros del linaje de Israel.

27 T here is young Benjamin leading them. The rulers of Judah are among the people, and the rulers of Zebulun, and the rulers of Naphtali.

Allí estaba Benjamín, pequeño, señoreándolos, príncipes de Judá en su congregación, príncipes de Zabulón, príncipes de Neftalí.

28 Y our God has called for your strength. Show Your strength, O God, Who has acted for us.

Tu Dios ha ordenado tu fuerza; confirma, oh Dios, lo que has obrado en nosotros.

29 K ings will bring gifts to You because of Your holy house at Jerusalem.

Desde tu templo en Jerusalén; a ti ofrecerán los reyes dones.

30 S peak sharp words to the wild animals in the tall grass by the river, the group of bulls with the calves of the people. Walk on those who desire pieces of silver. Divide the people who have joy in war.

Reprende escuadrón de lanza, escuadrón de fuertes con señores de pueblos hollándolos con sus piezas de plata; destruye los pueblos que quieren guerras.

31 P rinces will come from Egypt. Ethiopia will hurry to put her hands out to God.

Vendrán príncipes de Egipto; Etiopía apresurará sus manos a Dios.

32 S ing to God, O nations of the earth. Sing praises to the Lord.

¶ Reinos de la tierra, cantad a Dios, cantad al Señor (Selah);

33 S ing to Him Who sits upon the heavens, the heavens of old. Listen, He sends out His voice, His powerful voice.

Al que cabalga sobre los cielos de los cielos de antigüedad; he aquí dará su voz, poderosa voz.

34 T ell of the power of God. His great power is over Israel and His strength is in the sky.

Atribuid fortaleza a Dios; sobre Israel es su magnificencia, y su fortaleza está en las nubes.

35 O God, You are honored with fear as You come from Your holy place. The God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to His people. Honor and thanks be to God!
