Que aun estando con vosotros, os predecíamos que habíamos de pasar tribulaciones, como ha acontecido y lo sabéis.

En ello, hermanos, recibimos consolación de vosotros en toda nuestra tribulación y necesidad por causa de vuestra fe;

9 H ow can we give God enough thanks for you for all the joy you give us?

Por lo cual, ¿qué acción de gracias podremos dar a Dios por vosotros, por todo el gozo con que nos gozamos a causa de vosotros delante de nuestro Dios,

10 W e keep on praying night and day that we may see you again. We want to help your faith to be complete.

orando de noche y de día con grande instancia, que veamos vuestro rostro, y que cumplamos lo que falta a vuestra fe?

11 M ay our God and Father Himself and the Lord Jesus Christ take us on our way to you.

¶ Mas el mismo Dios y Padre nuestro, y el Señor nuestro, Jesús el Cristo, encamine nuestro viaje a vosotros.

12 M ay the Lord make you grow in love for each other and for everyone. We have this kind of love for you.

Y a vosotros multiplique el Señor, y haga abundar la caridad entre vosotros, y para con todos, como es también de nosotros para con vosotros;

13 M ay our God and Father make your hearts strong and without blame. May your hearts be without sin in God’s sight when our Lord Jesus comes again with all those who belong to Him.

para que sean confirmados vuestros corazones en santidad, irreprensibles delante del Dios y Padre nuestro, para la venida del Señor nuestro, Jesús el Cristo, con todos sus santos.
