1 T he Lord said to Aaron, “You and your sons and those of your father’s house will carry the guilt for any sin done in the meeting tent. And you and your sons with you will carry the guilt of any sin of the religious leaders.

¶ Y el SEÑOR dijo a Aarón: Tú y tus hijos, y la casa de tu padre contigo, llevaréis la iniquidad del santuario; y tú y tus hijos contigo llevaréis la iniquidad de vuestro sacerdocio.

2 B ring with you your brothers also, the family of Levi, the family of your father. Then they may join you and help you while you and your sons are in front of the meeting tent of the Law.

Y a tus hermanos también, la tribu de Leví, la tribu de tu padre, hazlos llegar a ti, y se junten contigo, y te servirán; y tú y tus hijos contigo serviréis delante del tabernáculo del testimonio.

3 T hey will help you and help in doing all the work of the tent. But they must not come near the objects of the meeting tent and the altar, or both they and you will die.

Y tendrán tú guarda, y la guarda de todo el tabernáculo; mas no llegarán a los vasos santos ni al altar, para que no mueran ellos y vosotros.

4 T hey will join you and help do all the work of the meeting tent. But no one else may come near you.

Se juntarán, pues, contigo, y tendrán la guarda del tabernáculo del testimonio en todo el servicio del tabernáculo; y ningún extraño se acercará a vosotros.

5 Y ou must do the work of the meeting tent and the work of the altar, so there will no longer be anger on the people of Israel.

Y tendréis la guarda del santuario, y la guarda del altar, para que no venga más la ira sobre los hijos de Israel.

6 S ee, I Myself have taken your brothers the Levites from among the people of Israel. They are a gift to you, given to the Lord, to do the work for the meeting tent.

Porque he aquí, yo he tomado a vuestros hermanos los levitas de entre los hijos de Israel, dados a vosotros en don del SEÑOR, para que sirvan en el ministerio del tabernáculo del testimonio.

7 B ut you and your sons with you will do the religious work, in all that has to do with the altar and inside the curtain. I am giving you the work of being the religious leader as a gift. Anyone else who comes near the holy objects will be put to death.” Gifts for the Religious Leaders

Mas tú y tus hijos contigo guardaréis vuestro sacerdocio en todo negocio del altar, y del velo adentro, y ministraréis; porque yo he dado en don el servicio de vuestro sacerdocio; y el extraño que se acercare, morirá.

8 T hen the Lord said to Aaron, “Now see, I am giving you all the gifts brought to Me that are not burned on the altar. I am giving them to you as a share, and to your sons as a share forever.

¶ Dijo más el SEÑOR a Aarón: He aquí yo te he dado también la guarda de mis ofrendas; todas las cosas consagradas de los hijos de Israel te he dado por razón de la unción, y a tus hijos, por estatuto perpetuo.

9 T his will be yours from the most holy gifts, kept from the fire: every gift of theirs, even every grain gift, every sin gift and every guilt gift, which they bring to Me. They will be most holy for you and your sons.

Esto será tuyo de la ofrenda de las cosas santas, reservadas del fuego; toda ofrenda de ellos, todo presente suyo, y toda ofrenda que representa el pecado de ellos, y toda ofrenda que representa la culpa de ellos que me han de presentar; será cosa muy santa para ti y para tus hijos.

10 Y ou will eat it as the most holy gifts. Every male will eat it. It will be holy to you.

En el santuario la comerás; todo varón comerá de ella; cosa santa será para ti.

11 A nd this is yours: their gift that is lifted up and all the wave gifts of the people of Israel. I am giving them to you and to your sons and daughters with you, as a share forever. Everyone in your house who is clean may eat it.

Esto también será tuyo: la ofrenda elevada de sus dones. Todas las ofrendas mecidas de los hijos de Israel, he dado a ti, y a tus hijos, y a tus hijas contigo, por estatuto para siempre; todo limpio en tu casa comerá de ellas.

12 I give to you all the best of the oil and all the best of the wine and of the grain, the first-fruits of what they give to the Lord.

De aceite, de mosto, y de trigo, todo lo más escogido, las primicias de ello, que presentarán al SEÑOR, a ti las he dado.

13 T he first-fruits ready to eat of all that is in their land, which they bring to the Lord, will be yours. Everyone in your house who is clean may eat it.

Las primicias de todas las cosas de la tierra de ellos, las cuales traerán al SEÑOR, serán tuyas; todo limpio en tu casa comerá de ellas.

14 E verything in Israel that has been set apart to the Lord will be yours.

Todo anatema en Israel será tuyo.

15 E very first-born of all flesh, man or animal, which they give to the Lord, will be yours. But you must pay the price and make free the first-born of man and the first-born of animals that are unclean.

Todo lo que abriere matriz en toda carne que ofrecerán al SEÑOR, así de hombres como de animales, será tuyo; mas has de hacer rescatar el primogénito del hombre; también harás rescatar el primogénito de animal inmundo.

16 Y ou must make them free when they are one month old. The price to free them will be five large pieces of silver, the price decided upon at the meeting tent. One large piece of silver is worth twenty small pieces of silver.

Y de un mes harás efectuar su rescate, el rescate será conforme a tu estimación, por el precio de cinco siclos, al siclo del santuario, que es de veinte óbolos.

17 B ut do not free the first-born of a bull or sheep or goat. For they are holy. You will put their blood on the altar and burn their fat as a gift by fire, a pleasing smell to the Lord.

Mas el primogénito de vaca, y el primogénito de oveja, y el primogénito de cabra, no rescatarás; santificados son; la sangre de ellos rociarás sobre el altar, y quemarás la grosura de ellos, ofrenda encendida es para el SEÑOR en olor grato.

18 B ut their meat will be yours, like the breast of a wave gift and like the right thigh are yours.

Y la carne de ellos será tuya; como el pecho de la mecedura y como la espaldilla derecha, será tuya.

19 I have given to you and your sons and daughters, for a share forever, all the holy gifts which the people of Israel bring to the Lord. It is an agreement of salt forever before the Lord for you and your children with you.”

Todas las ofrendas elevadas de las cosas santas, que los hijos de Israel ofrecieren al SEÑOR, las he dado para ti, y para tus hijos y para tus hijas contigo, por estatuto perpetuo; pacto de sal perpetuo es delante del SEÑOR para ti y para tu simiente contigo.

20 T hen the Lord said to Aaron, “You will have no share in their land. You will not own any part of land among them. I am your part and your share among the people of Israel.

21 “ See, I have given a tenth part of everything in Israel to the Levites, in return for the work they do, the work of the meeting tent.

Y he aquí yo he dado a los hijos de Leví todos los diezmos en Israel por heredad, por su ministerio, por cuanto ellos sirven en el ministerio del tabernáculo del testimonio.

22 T he people of Israel must not come near the meeting tent again, or they will be guilty of sin and die.

23 O nly the Levites may do the work around the meeting tent, and they will carry their sin. It will be a Law forever for all your children-to-come. And they will have no land among the people of Israel.

Mas los levitas harán el servicio del tabernáculo del testimonio, y ellos llevarán su iniquidad por estatuto perpetuo por vuestras edades; y no poseerán heredad entre los hijos de Israel.

24 F or I have given to the Levites one-tenth part of what the people of Israel give to the Lord. This is why I have said of them, ‘They will have no land among the people of Israel.’”

Porque a los levitas he dado por heredad los diezmos de los hijos de Israel, que ofrecerán al SEÑOR en ofrenda; por lo cual les he dicho: Entre los hijos de Israel no poseerán heredad.

25 T hen the Lord said to Moses,

¶ Y habló el SEÑOR a Moisés, diciendo:

26 “ Say to the Levites, ‘When you take from the people of Israel the tenth which I have given you from them for your share, then give a gift from it to the Lord. Give one-tenth part of the tenth.

Así hablarás a los levitas, y les dirás: Cuando tomareis de los hijos de Israel los diezmos que os he dado de ellos por vuestra heredad, vosotros presentaréis de ellos en ofrenda al SEÑOR el diezmo de los diezmos.

27 A nd your gift will be to you as if it were the grain from the grain-floor or all the wine from the crushed grapes.

Y se os contará vuestra ofrenda como grano de la era, y como acopio del lagar.

28 S o you must give a gift to the Lord from the tenth of what you receive from the people of Israel. And from it you must give the Lord’s gift to Aaron the religious leader.

Así ofreceréis también vosotros ofrenda al SEÑOR de todos vuestros diezmos que hubiereis recibido de los hijos de Israel; y daréis de ellos ofrenda al SEÑOR, a Aarón el sacerdote.

29 O ut of all the gifts to you, you must give every gift that should go to the Lord, from all the best of them. Give the holy part from them.’

De todos vuestros dones ofreceréis toda ofrenda al SEÑOR; de todo lo mejor de ellos ofreceréis la porción que ha de ser consagrada.

30 “ And say to them, ‘When you have given the best part of it, the rest of it will be to you as if it were the grain from the grain-floor and the wine from the crushed grapes.

También les dirás: Cuando ofreciereis lo mejor de ellos, será contado a los levitas por fruto de la era, y por fruto del lagar.

31 Y ou and those of your houses may eat it in any place. For it is your pay for your work in the meeting tent.

Y lo comeréis en cualquier lugar, vosotros y vuestra familia; pues es vuestra remuneración por vuestro ministerio en el tabernáculo del testimonio.

32 Y ou will not be guilty because of it, when you have given the best of it. But do not make unclean the holy gifts of the people of Israel, or you will die.’”

Y no llevaréis pecado por ello, cuando hubiereis ofrecido de ello la mejor parte; y no contaminaréis las cosas santas de los hijos de Israel, y no moriréis.
