1 ¶ And when a person commits sin, because they were called to testify under oath, and he was a witness that has seen or known of it, if he does not declare it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

Ако някой съгреши в това, че, като е свидетел <в някое дело>, и чуе <че го попитат с> думи на клетва дали е видял или знае <за работата>, той не обажда, тогава ще носи беззаконието си.

2 L ikewise the person who touches any unclean thing, whether it is a carcase of an unclean beast or a carcase of unclean animal or the carcase of an unclean serpent, even if it is hidden from him, he shall be unclean and guilty.

Или ако някой се допре до какво да е нечисто нещо, било, че е мърша на нечисто животно, или мърша на нечист добитък, или мърша на нечиста гадина, и ако не му е известно, че е нечист, пак ще бъде виновен.

3 O r if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever uncleanness it is that a man shall be defiled with, and it is hid from him, if afterward he should know of it, then he shall be guilty.

Или ако се прикосне до човешка нечистота; или каквато и да е <причината на> нечистотата, чрез която някой се осквернява, и ако това е без знанието му, то щом знае за него, ще бъде виновен.

4 A lso the person who swears, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it is hid from him, when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

Или ако някой се закълне и обяви несмислено с устните си, че ще направи <някакво си> зло или добро <нещо>, то каквото и да обяви човек несмислено с клетва, и бъде без знанието му, когато узнае, ще бъде виновен в едно от тях.

5 A nd it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he has sinned;

А когато стане виновен в едно от тия неща, нека изповяда онова, в което е съгрешил;

6 a nd he shall bring for his guilt unto the LORD for his sin, which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb, or a kid of the goats, for his sin; and the priest shall reconcile him from his sin.

и нека принесе Господу за престъплението си, за греха, който е сторил, женско агне или яре от стадото в принос за грях; и свещеникът да направи умилостивение за него поради греха му.

7 ¶ And if he is not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for the guilt of his sin two turtledoves or two young pigeons unto the LORD, one for his sin and the other for a burnt offering.

Но ако му не стига ръка да принесе овца или коза, то за греха що е сторил нека принесе Господу две гургулици или две гълъбчета, едното в принос за грях, а другото за всеизгаряне.

8 A nd he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin first and wring off its head from its neck but shall not divide it asunder;

Да ги донесе на свещеника, който да принесе първо оня принос, който е за грях, като пречупи главата от шията му, но без да я откъсне;

9 a nd he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar; it is sin.

и от кръвта на приноса за грях да поръси страната на олтара; а останалото от кръвта да изцеди в подножието на олтара; това е принос за грях;

10 A nd he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and thus shall the priest reconcile him for his sin in which he has sinned, and he shall have forgiveness.

а второто да направи всеизгаряне според наредбата. Така да направи свещеникът умилостивение за него поради греха що е сторил, и ще му се прости.

11 B ut if he is not able to bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for his sin; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon, for it is sin.

Но ако му не стига ръка да донесе две гургулици или две гълъбчета, тогава съгрешилият да донесе в принос за себе си една десета от ефа чисто брашно в принос за грях; да не го полива с масло, нито да тури на него ливан, защото е принос за грях.

12 T hen shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and incense it on the altar upon the other offerings on fire unto the LORD; it is sin.

Да го донесе на свещеника; и свещеникът да вземе от него една пълна шепа за спомен и да го изгори на олтара, както се изгарят приносите чрез огън Господу; това е принос за грях.

13 T hus shall the priest reconcile him from his sin in which he has sinned in one of these things, and he shall have forgiveness; and that which remains shall be the priest’s, as with a present.

Така да направи свещеникът умилостивение за него поради греха що е сторил в някое от тия неща, и ще му се прости; а <останалото> да бъде на свещеника, както хлебния принос.

14 ¶ And the LORD spoke further unto Moses, saying,

Господ още говори на Моисея, казвайки:

15 W hen any person commits a trespass and sins through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD, then he shall bring for the expiation of his guilt unto the LORD a ram without blemish out of the flocks, in thy estimation of two shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for his guilt;

Ако някой наруши закона, като от незнание съгреши относно посветените Господу вещи, то за престъплението си да принесе Господу овен от стадото без недостатък, <достатъчен>, според твоята оценка в сребърни сикли по сикъла на светилището, за принос за престъпление;

16 A nd he shall pay for the sin that he has done in the holy thing and shall add the fifth part thereto and give it unto the priest; and the priest shall reconcile him with the ram of the expiation of his guilt, and he shall have forgiveness.

и в каквото е съгрешил относно посветените вещи нека го плати, и нека му притури една пета, която да даде на свещеника; и свещеникът да направи умилостивение за него чрез принесения за престъпление овен, и ще му се прости.

17 F inally, if a person commits a sin by doing any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments of the LORD, without doing it knowingly, he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.

И ако някой съгреши като стори какво да било нещо, което Господ е заповядал да се не струва, макар че не го е познал, пак ще бъде виновен и ще носи беззаконието си.

18 A nd he shall bring a ram without blemish out of the flock, in thy estimation, for the expiation of his guilt, unto the priest; and the priest shall reconcile him from his error which he committed in ignorance, and he shall have forgiveness.

Нека принесе при свещеника овен от стадото без недостатък, <достатъчен>, според твоята оценка, за принос за престъпление; и свещеникът да направи умилостивение за него поради престъплението, което е извършил от незнание, и ще му се прости.

19 I t is for his guilt; he is certainly guilty against the LORD.

Това е принос за престъпление; <защото човекът> без съмнение е виновен пред Господа.
