Digan ahora los que temen a Jehová que para siempre es su misericordia.

5 O ut of my distress I called upon the Lord; the Lord answered me and set me free and in a large place.

Desde la angustia invoqué a Jah, y me respondió Jah, poniéndome en lugar espacioso.

6 T he Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?

Jehová está conmigo; no temeré lo que me pueda hacer el hombre.

7 T he Lord is on my side and takes my part, He is among those who help me; therefore shall I see my desire established upon those who hate me.

Jehová está conmigo entre los que me ayudan; por tanto, yo veré mi deseo en los que me aborrecen.

8 I t is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

Mejor es confiar en Jehová que confiar en el hombre.

9 I t is better to trust and take refuge in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.

Mejor es confiar en Jehová que confiar en príncipes.

10 A ll nations (the surrounding tribes) compassed me about, but in the name of the Lord I will cut them off!

Todas las naciones me rodean; mas en el nombre de Jehová yo las destruiré.

11 T hey compassed me about, yes, they surrounded me on every side; but in the name of the Lord I will cut them off!

Me rodean y me asedian; mas en el nombre de Jehová yo las destruiré.

12 T hey swarmed about me like bees, they blaze up and are extinguished like a fire of thorns; in the name of the Lord I will cut them off!

Me rodean como abejas; se enardecen contra mí como fuego entre espinos; mas en el nombre de Jehová yo las destruiré.

13 Y ou thrust sorely at me that I might fall, but the Lord helped me.

Me empujaste con violencia para que cayera, pero me ayudó Jehová.

14 T he Lord is my Strength and Song; and He has become my Salvation.

Mi fortaleza y mi cántico es Jah, y él me ha sido por salvación.

15 T he voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents and private dwellings of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord does valiantly and achieves strength!

Voz de júbilo y de salvación hay en las tiendas de los justos; la diestra de Jehová hace proezas.

16 T he right hand of the Lord is exalted; the right hand of the Lord does valiantly and achieves strength!

La diestra de Jehová es sublime; la diestra de Jehová hace valentías.

17 I shall not die but live, and shall declare the works and recount the illustrious acts of the Lord.

¡No moriré, sino que viviré y contaré las obras de Jah!

18 T he Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over to death.

Me castigó gravemente Jah, pero no me entregó a la muerte.

19 O pen to me the gates of righteousness; I will enter through them, and I will confess and praise the Lord.

¡Abridme las puertas de la justicia; entraré por ellas, alabaré a Jah;

20 T his is the gate of the Lord; the righteous shall enter through it.

ésta es la puerta de Jehová; por ella entrarán los justos!

21 I will confess, praise, and give thanks to You, for You have heard and answered me; and You have become my Salvation and Deliverer.

Te alabaré porque me has oído y me fuiste por salvación.

22 T he stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.

La piedra que desecharon los edificadores ha venido a ser la cabeza del ángulo.

23 T his is from the Lord and is His doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.

De parte de Jehová es esto y es cosa maravillosa a nuestros ojos.

24 T his is the day which the Lord has brought about; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Éste es el día que hizo Jehová; ¡nos gozaremos y alegraremos en él!

25 S ave now, we beseech You, O Lord; send now prosperity, O Lord, we beseech You, and give to us success!

Jehová, sálvanos ahora, te ruego; te ruego, Jehová, que ahora nos hagas prosperar.

26 B lessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord; we bless you from the house of the Lord.

¡Bendito el que viene en el nombre de Jehová! Desde la casa de Jehová os bendecimos.

27 T he Lord is God, Who has shown and given us light. Decorate the festival with leafy boughs and bind the sacrifices to be offered with thick cords to the horns of the altar.

Jehová es Dios y nos ha dado luz; atad víctimas con cuerdas a los cuernos del altar.

28 Y ou are my God, and I will confess, praise, and give thanks to You; You are my God, I will extol You.

Mi Dios eres tú y te alabaré; Dios mío, te exaltaré.

29 O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever.
