1 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Bendeciré a Jehová en todo tiempo; su alabanza estará de continuo en mi boca.
2 M y life makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble and afflicted hear and be glad.
En Jehová se gloriará mi alma; lo oirán los mansos y se alegrarán.
3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.
Engrandeced a Jehová conmigo y exaltemos a una su nombre.
4 I sought (inquired of) the Lord and required Him, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Busqué a Jehová, y él me oyó y me libró de todos mis temores.
5 T hey looked to Him and were radiant; their faces shall never blush for shame or be confused.
Los que miraron a él fueron alumbrados y sus rostros no fueron avergonzados.
6 T his poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
Este pobre clamó, y lo oyó Jehová y lo libró de todas sus angustias.
7 T he Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and each of them He delivers.
El ángel de Jehová acampa alrededor de los que lo temen y los defiende.
8 O taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who trusts and takes refuge in Him.
Gustad y ved que es bueno Jehová. ¡Bienaventurado el hombre que confía en él!
9 O fear the Lord, you His saints! For there is no want to those who truly revere and worship Him with godly fear.
Temed a Jehová vosotros sus santos, pues nada falta a los que lo temen.
10 T he young lions lack food and suffer hunger, but they who seek (inquire of and require) the Lord, none of them shall lack any beneficial thing.
Los leoncillos necesitan, y tienen hambre; pero los que buscan a Jehová no tendrán falta de ningún bien.
11 C ome, you children, listen to me; I will teach you to revere and worshipfully fear the Lord.
Venid, hijos, oídme; el temor de Jehová os enseñaré.
12 W hat man is he who desires life and longs for many days, that he may see good?
¿Quién es el hombre que desea vida, que desea muchos días para ver el bien?
13 K eep your tongue from evil and your lips from speaking deceit.
Guarda tu lengua del mal y tus labios de hablar engaño.
14 D epart from evil and do good; seek, inquire for, and crave peace and pursue (go after) it!
Apártate del mal y haz el bien; busca la paz y síguela.
15 T he eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous and His ears are open to their cry.
Los ojos de Jehová están sobre los justos y atentos sus oídos al clamor de ellos.
16 T he face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
La ira de Jehová está contra los que hacen mal, para eliminar de la tierra la memoria de ellos.
17 W hen the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their distress and troubles.
Claman los justos, y Jehová oye y los libra de todas sus angustias.
18 T he Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent.
Cercano está Jehová a los quebrantados de corazón y salva a los contritos de espíritu.
19 M any evils confront the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.
Muchas son las aflicciones del justo, pero de todas ellas lo librará Jehová.
20 H e keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken.
Él guarda todos sus huesos; ni uno de ellos será quebrado.
21 E vil shall cause the death of the wicked; and they who hate the just and righteous shall be held guilty and shall be condemned.
Matará al malo la maldad y los que aborrecen al justo serán condenados.
22 T he Lord redeems the lives of His servants, and none of those who take refuge and trust in Him shall be condemned or held guilty.
Jehová redime el alma de sus siervos. ¡No serán condenados cuantos en él confían!
