3 F or a great God Jehovah, And a great king over all gods.

porque Jehová es Dios grande, el gran Rey sobre todos los dioses.

4 I n whose hand the deep places of earth, And the strong places of hills His.

En su mano están las profundidades de la tierra y las alturas de los montes son suyas.

5 W hose is the sea, and He made it, And His hands formed the dry land.

Suyo también el mar, pues él lo hizo, y sus manos formaron la tierra seca.

6 C ome in, we bow ourselves, and we bend, We kneel before Jehovah our Maker.

Venid, adoremos y postrémonos; arrodillémonos delante de Jehová, nuestro hacedor,

7 F or He our God, and we the people of His pasture, And the flock of His hand, To-day, if to His voice ye hearken,

porque él es nuestro Dios; nosotros, el pueblo de su prado y ovejas de su mano. Si oís hoy su voz,

8 H arden not your heart as Meribah, As the day of Massah in the wilderness,

«No endurezcáis vuestro corazón, como en Meriba, como en el día de Masah en el desierto,

9 W here your fathers have tried Me, Have proved Me, yea, have seen My work.

donde me tentaron vuestros padres, me probaron y vieron mis obras.

10 F orty years I am weary of the generation, And I say, `A people erring in heart -- they! And they have not known My ways:'

Cuarenta años estuve disgustado con la nación, y dije: “Es pueblo que divaga de corazón y no han conocido mis caminos.”

11 W here I sware in Mine anger, `If they come in unto My rest --!'

Por tanto, juré en mi furor que no entrarían en mi reposo.»
