1 A nd Jehovah calleth unto Moses, and speaketh unto him out of the tent of meeting, saying,

Llamó Jehová a Moisés y habló con él desde el Tabernáculo de reunión, diciendo:

2 ` Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, Any man of you when he doth bring near an offering to Jehovah, out of the cattle -- out of the herd, or out of the flock -- ye do bring near your offering.

«Habla a los hijos de Israel y diles: Cuando alguno de entre vosotros presente una ofrenda a Jehová, podrá hacerla de ganado vacuno u ovejuno.

3 ` If his offering a burnt-offering out of the herd -- a male, a perfect one, he doth bring near, unto the opening of the tent of meeting he doth bring it near, at his pleasure, before Jehovah;

»Si su ofrenda es un holocausto vacuno, ofrecerá un macho sin defecto; lo ofrecerá a la puerta del Tabernáculo de reunión, para que sea aceptado por Jehová.

4 a nd he hath laid his hand on the head of the burnt-offering, and it hath been accepted for him to make atonement for him;

Pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza del holocausto, y le será aceptado como expiación.

5 a nd he hath slaughtered the son of the herd before Jehovah; and sons of Aaron, the priests, have brought the blood near, and sprinkled the blood on the altar round about, which at the opening of the tent of meeting.

Entonces degollará el becerro en la presencia de Jehová; los hijos de Aarón, los sacerdotes, ofrecerán la sangre y la rociarán sobre los lados del altar, el cual está a la puerta del Tabernáculo de reunión.

6 ` And he hath stripped the burnt-offering, and hath cut it into its pieces;

Desollará después el holocausto y lo dividirá en sus piezas.

7 a nd the sons of Aaron the priest have put fire on the altar, and arranged wood on the fire;

Los hijos del sacerdote Aarón pondrán fuego sobre el altar y compondrán la leña sobre el fuego.

8 a nd sons of Aaron, the priests, have arranged the pieces, with the head and the fat, on the wood, which on the fire, which on the altar;

Luego los hijos de Aarón, los sacerdotes, acomodarán las piezas, la cabeza y la grasa de los intestinos sobre la leña que está sobre el fuego que habrá encima del altar.

9 a nd its inwards and its legs he doth wash with water; and the priest hath made perfume with the whole on the altar, a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.

Él lavará con agua los intestinos y las piernas, y el sacerdote lo quemará todo sobre el altar. Es un holocausto: ofrenda quemada de olor grato para Jehová.

10 ` And if his offering out of the flock -- out of the sheep or out of the goats -- for a burnt-offering, a male, a perfect one, he doth bring near,

»Si su ofrenda para el holocausto es del rebaño, de las ovejas o de las cabras, ofrecerá un macho sin defecto.

11 a nd he hath slaughtered it by the side of the altar northward, before Jehovah; and sons of Aaron, the priests, have sprinkled its blood on the altar round about;

Lo degollará al lado norte del altar, delante de Jehová, y los hijos de Aarón, los sacerdotes, rociarán su sangre en el altar, por todos sus lados.

12 a nd he hath cut it into its pieces, and its head and its fat, and the priest hath arranged them on the wood, which on the fire, which on the altar;

Luego lo dividirá en sus piezas, con su cabeza y la grasa de los intestinos, y el sacerdote las acomodará sobre la leña que está sobre el fuego que habrá encima del altar.

13 a nd the inwards and the legs he doth wash with water, and the priest hath brought the whole near, and hath made perfume on the altar; it a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.

Él lavará las entrañas y las piernas con agua, y el sacerdote lo ofrecerá todo y lo hará arder sobre el altar. Es un holocausto: ofrenda quemada de olor grato para Jehová.

14 ` And if his offering a burnt-offering out of the fowl to Jehovah, than he hath brought near his offering out of the turtle-doves or out of the young pigeons,

»Si la ofrenda para Jehová es un holocausto de aves, presentará su ofrenda de tórtolas o de palominos.

15 a nd the priest hath brought it near unto the altar, and hath wrung off its head, and hath made perfume on the altar, and its blood hath been wrung out by the side of the altar;

El sacerdote la ofrecerá sobre el altar, le quitará la cabeza y hará que arda en el altar; su sangre será exprimida a un lado del altar.

16 a nd he hath turned aside its crop with its feathers, and hath cast it near the altar, eastward, unto the place of ashes;

Le quitará entonces el buche y las plumas, lo cual echará junto al altar, hacia el oriente, en el lugar de las cenizas.

17 a nd he hath cleaved it with its wings (he doth not separate ), and the priest hath made it a perfume on the altar, on the wood, which on the fire; it a burnt-offering, a fire-offering of sweet fragrance to Jehovah.

La abrirá por sus alas, sin llegar a dividirla en dos, y el sacerdote la hará arder sobre el altar, sobre la leña que estará en el fuego. Es un holocausto: ofrenda quemada de olor grato para Jehová.
