1 P raise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
Bienaventurado el hombre que teme a Jehová, Y en sus mandamientos se deleita en gran manera.
2 H is seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
Su descendencia será poderosa en la tierra; La generación de los rectos será bendita.
3 W ealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
Bienes y riquezas hay en su casa, Y su justicia permanece para siempre.
4 U nto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
Resplandeció en las tinieblas una luz para los rectos; Es clemente, misericordioso y justo.
5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
El hombre de bien tiene misericordia, y presta; Gobierna sus asuntos con juicio,
6 S urely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
Por lo cual no será zarandeado jamás; En memoria eterna será el justo.
7 H e shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.
No tendrá temor de malas noticias; Su corazón está firme, confiado en Jehová.
8 H is heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
Seguro está su corazón; no temerá, Al fin confundirá a sus adversarios.
9 H e hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
Reparte, da a los pobres; Su justicia permanece para siempre; Su poder será exaltado en gloria.
10 T he wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
Lo verá el impío y se irritará; Crujirá los dientes, y se consumirá. El deseo de los impíos perecerá.
