Cuando yo llegue, enviaré con cartas a quienes ustedes hayan designado (aprobado), para que lleven su contribución a Jerusalén.

4 a nd if it be suitable that I also should go, they shall go with me.

Y si es conveniente que yo también vaya, ellos irán conmigo.

5 B ut I will come to you when I shall have gone through Macedonia; for I do go through Macedonia.

Iré a ustedes cuando haya pasado por Macedonia, pues voy a pasar por Macedonia.

6 B ut perhaps I will stay with you, or even winter with you, that ye may set me forward wheresoever I may go.

Y tal vez me quede con ustedes, o aun pase allí el invierno, para que me encaminen adonde haya de ir.

Pues no deseo verlos ahora sólo de paso, porque espero permanecer con ustedes por algún tiempo, si el Señor me lo permite.

13 B e vigilant; stand fast in the faith; quit yourselves like men; be strong.

Estén alerta, permanezcan firmes en la fe, pórtense varonilmente, sean fuertes.
