1 G reat is Jehovah, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the hill of his holiness.

2 B eautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

3 G od is known in her palaces as a high fortress.

Dios en sus palacios Se dio a conocer como baluarte.

4 F or behold, the kings assembled themselves, they passed by together;

5 T hey saw,—so they marvelled; they were troubled, they fled in consternation:

6 T rembling took hold upon them there; anguish, as of a woman in travail.

8 A s we have heard, so have we seen, in the city of Jehovah of hosts, in the city of our God: God doth establish it for ever. Selah.

Como lo hemos oído, así lo hemos visto En la ciudad del Señor de los ejércitos, en la ciudad de nuestro Dios; Dios la afirmará para siempre. (Selah)

9 W e have thought, O God, of thy loving-kindness, in the midst of thy temple.

Hemos meditado en Tu misericordia, oh Dios, En medio de Tu templo.

10 A ccording to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness.

Oh Dios, como es Tu nombre, Así es Tu alabanza hasta los confines de la tierra; Llena de justicia está Tu diestra.

11 L et mount Zion rejoice, let the daughters of Judah be glad, because of thy judgments.

Alégrese el Monte Sion, Regocíjense las hijas de Judá, A causa de Tus juicios.

12 W alk about Zion, and go round about her: count the towers thereof;

Caminen por Sion y vayan alrededor de ella; Cuenten sus torres;

13 M ark ye well her bulwarks, consider her palaces: that ye may tell it to the generation following.

Consideren atentamente sus murallas, Recorran sus palacios, Para que lo cuenten a la generación venidera.

14 F or this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide until death.

Porque Este es Dios, Nuestro Dios para siempre; El nos guiará hasta la muerte.
