1 H allelujah! Blessed is the man that feareth Jehovah, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
¡Aleluya! Cuán bienaventurado es el hombre que teme al Señor, Que mucho se deleita en Sus mandamientos.
2 H is seed shall be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
Poderosa en la tierra será su descendencia; La generación de los rectos será bendita.
3 W ealth and riches in his house; and his righteousness abideth for ever.
Bienes y riquezas hay en su casa, Y su justicia permanece para siempre.
4 U nto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness; he is gracious, and merciful, and righteous.
Luz resplandece en las tinieblas para el que es recto; El es clemente, compasivo y justo.
5 I t is well with the man that is gracious and lendeth; he will sustain his cause in judgment.
Bien le va al hombre que se apiada y presta; Arreglará sus asuntos con juicio.
6 F or he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
Porque nunca será sacudido; Para siempre será recordado el justo.
7 H e shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is fixed confiding in Jehovah;
No temerá recibir malas noticias; Su corazón está firme, confiado en el Señor.
8 H is heart is maintained, he is not afraid, until he see upon his oppressors.
Su corazón está seguro, no temerá, Hasta que vea vencidos a sus adversarios.
9 H e scattereth abroad, he giveth to the needy; his righteousness abideth for ever: his horn shall be exalted with honour.
Con liberalidad ha dado a los pobres; Su justicia permanece para siempre; Su poder será exaltado con honor.
10 T he wicked shall see and be vexed; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
Lo verá el impío y se irritará; Rechinará los dientes y se consumirá; El deseo de los impíos perecerá.
