1 ( По слав. 117.) Славете Господа, защото е благ, защото Неговата милост трае довека.

O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

2 Н ека каже сега Израел, че Неговата милост трае довека.

Let Israel now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

3 Н ека каже сега Аароновият дом, че Неговата милост трае довека.

Let the house of Aaron now say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

4 Н ека кажат сега онези, които се боят от Господа, че Неговата милост трае довека.

Let them now that fear the Lord say, that his mercy endureth for ever.

5 В притеснението си призовах Господа; Господ ме послуша и ме постави на широко място.

I called upon the Lord in distress: the Lord answered me, and set me in a large place.

6 Г оспод е на моя страна; няма да се убоя; какво може да ми стори човек?

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

7 Г оспод е с мене между помощниците ми; затова ще видя повалянето на ненавистниците си.

The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.

8 П о-добре да се надява някой на Господа, а не да уповава на човека.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.

9 П о-добре да се надява някой на Господа, а не да уповава на князе.

It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.

10 В сичките народи ме обиколиха; но в името Господне ще ги надвия.

All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord will I destroy them.

11 О биколиха ме, да! Обкръжиха ме; но в името Господне ще ги победя.

They compassed me about; yea, they compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.

12 О биколиха ме като пчели, но угаснаха като огън от тръни; защото в името Господне ще ги разгромя.

They compassed me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns: for in the name of the Lord I will destroy them.

13 Т и, враже, ме тласна силно, за да падна; но Господ ми помогна.

Thou hast thrust sore at me that I might fall: but the Lord helped me.

14 С ила моя и песен моя е Господ и Той ми стана избавител,

The Lord is my strength and song, and is become my salvation.

15 г лас на радост и на избавление се чува в шатрите на праведните; десницата Господня върши храбри дела.

The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tabernacles of the righteous: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.

16 Д есницата Господня се издигна; десницата Господня върши храбри дела.

The right hand of the Lord is exalted: the right hand of the Lord doeth valiantly.

17 А з няма да умра, а ще живея и ще разказвам за делата Господни.

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

18 С трого ме наказва Господ, но на смърт не ме предава.

The Lord hath chastened me sore: but he hath not given me over unto death.

19 О творете ми портите на правдата; ще вляза в тях и ще прославя Господа.

Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord:

20 Т ова са Господните порти, в които ще влязат праведните.

this gate of the Lord, into which the righteous shall enter.

21 Щ е Те славословя, защото си ме послушал и си ми станал избавител.

I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

22 К амъкът, който отхвърлиха зидарите, стана глава на ъгъла -

The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.

23 о т Господа е това и е чудно в нашите очи.

This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.

24 Т ози е денят, който Господ е създал; нека се радваме и се развеселим в Него.

This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

25 О , Господи! Избави ни, молим се. О, Господи! Молим се, изпрати благоденствие.

Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord: O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.

26 Б лагословен да бъде онзи, който иде в името Господне; благославяме ви от дома Господен.

Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord: we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord.

27 Г оспод е Бог, Който ни показва светлина; приведете до роговете на жертвеника вързаната с въжета жертва.

God is the Lord, which hath shewed us light: bind the sacrifice with cords, even unto the horns of the altar.

28 Т и си Бог мой и ще Те славя; Боже мой, ще Те възвисявам.

Thou art my God, and I will praise thee: thou art my God, I will exalt thee.

29 С лавете Господа, защото е благ, защото Неговата милост трае довека.
