1 ( По слав. 74.) За първия певец, по "Не разорявай!", Асафов псалом. Песен. Славословим Те, Боже, славословим; и е близо при нас явяването на името Ти; разгласяват се чудесните Ти дела.

Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

2 К огато уловя определеното време, аз ще съдя с правота.

When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

3 А ко и да се разтопи земята с всичките ѝ жители, аз закрепвам стълбовете ѝ. (Села.)

The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

4 К азах на надменните: Не постъпвайте надменно, и на нечестивите: Не издигайте рог;

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

5 н е вдигайте високо рога си, не говорете с корав врат.

lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

6 З ащото нито от изток, нито от запад, нито от планинската пустиня иде съд;

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

7 а Бог е съдията; един Той унижава, а друг издига.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

8 З ащото в ръката на Господа има чаша и виното се пени; тя е пълна с подправено вино, от което и Той налива; и даже дрождето му ще прецедят и ще изпият всичките нечестиви на земята.

For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

9 А аз ще разгласявам винаги Якововия Бог, на Него ще пея хваления.

But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

10 И ще отсека всички рогове на нечестивите; а роговете на праведните ще се издигнат.

All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
