1 И Господ каза на Моисей и Аарон:

And the Lord spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying unto them,

2 К ажете на израелтяните: Ето животните, които можете да ядете измежду животните, които са по земята.

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the beasts which ye shall eat among all the beasts that are on the earth.

3 И змежду животните всяко, което има раздвоени копита и е с разцепени копита, и преживя, него да ядете.

Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is clovenfooted, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that shall ye eat.

4 О баче от онези, които преживят, или от онези, които имат раздвоени копита, да не ядете следните: камилата, защото преживя, но няма раздвоени копита; тя е нечиста за вас;

Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: as the camel, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

5 к риещия се гризач, защото преживя, но няма раздвоени копита, той е нечист за вас;

And the coney, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

6 д ивия заек, защото преживя, но няма раздвоени копита; той е нечист за вас;

And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

7 и свинята, защото има раздвоени копита и е с разцепени копита, но не преживя; тя е нечиста за вас.

And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.

8 О т тяхното месо да не ядете и до трупа им да не се допирате; те са нечисти за вас.

Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.

9 И змежду всички животни, които са във водите, да ядете следните: всички водни, които имат перки и люспи, в моретата и реките, тях да ядете.

These shall ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.

10 А измежду всичко, което се движи във водите, и измежду всяко одушевено животно, което е във водите, всички в моретата и реките, които нямат перки и люспи, те са скверни за вас.

And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which is in the waters, they shall be an abomination unto you:

11 Д а бъдат скверни за вас; от месото им да не ядете и от труповете им да се отвращавате.

they shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.

12 В сичко във водите, което няма нито перки, нито люспи, да бъде скверно за вас.

Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that shall be an abomination unto you.

13 И змежду птиците да не се докосвате до следните: да не се ядат, понеже са скверни: орелът, лешоядът, черният лешояд,

And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,

14 ч ервената каня, черната каня според видовете ѝ,

and the vulture, and the kite after his kind;

15 в сяка врана според видовете ѝ,

every raven after his kind;

16 к укумявката, совата, чайката, ястребът според видовете му,

and the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,

17 м алкият бухал, корморанът, големият бухал,

and the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,

18 б елият бухал, пеликанът, рибарят,

and the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle,

19 щ ъркелът, чаплата според видовете ѝ, папунякът и прилепът.

and the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.

20 В сички крилати пълзящи, които ходят на четири крака, да бъдат скверни за вас.

All fowls that creep, going upon all four, shall be an abomination unto you.

21 О баче измежду всички пълзящи крилати можете да ядете онези, които, като ходят на четири крака, имат пищяли над краката си, за да скачат с тях по земята.

Yet these may ye eat of every flying creeping thing that goeth upon all four, which have legs above their feet, to leap withal upon the earth;

22 И змежду тях можете да ядете следните: скакалеца според видовете му, зеления скакалец според видовете му, щуреца според видовете му и малкия скакалец според видовете му.

even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind.

23 А всички други насекоми, които имат четири крака, да бъдат скверни за вас.

But all other flying creeping things, which have four feet, shall be an abomination unto you.

24 О т тях ще бъдат нечисти: всеки, който се допира до трупа им, ще бъде нечист до вечерта;

And for these ye shall be unclean: whosoever toucheth the carcase of them shall be unclean until the even.

25 и всеки, който понесе нещо от трупа им, да изпере дрехите си и да бъде нечист до вечерта.

And whosoever beareth ought of the carcase of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.

26 В сяко животно, което има раздвоени копита, но не е с разцепени копита, нито преживя, е нечисто за вас; всеки, който се допира до такова, ще бъде нечист.

The carcases of every beast which divideth the hoof, and is not clovenfooted, nor cheweth the cud, are unclean unto you: every one that toucheth them shall be unclean.

27 И измежду всички четирикраки животни - онези, които ходят на лапите си, ще бъдат нечисти за вас; всеки, който се допира до трупа им, ще бъде нечист до вечерта.

And whatsoever goeth upon his paws, among all manner of beasts that go on all four, those are unclean unto you: whoso toucheth their carcase shall be unclean until the even.

28 К ойто понесе трупа им, нека изпере дрехите си и да бъде нечист до вечерта; те са нечисти за вас.

And he that beareth the carcase of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: they are unclean unto you.

29 И змежду пълзящите, които пълзят по земята, следните да бъдат нечисти за вас: невестулката, мишката, големият гущер според видовете му,

These also shall be unclean unto you among the creeping things that creep upon the earth; the weasel, and the mouse, and the tortoise after his kind,

30 а накът, саламандърът, гущерът, къртицата и хамелеонът.

and the ferret, and the chameleon, and the lizard, and the snail, and the mole.

31 Т ези са, които са нечисти за вас измежду всички пълзящи; всеки, който се допира до труповете им, ще бъде нечист до вечерта.

These are unclean to you among all that creep: whosoever doth touch them, when they be dead, shall be unclean until the even.

32 И всяко нещо, върху което те биха паднали мъртви, ще бъде нечисто: било дървен съд, дреха, кожа, вретище или някакъв съд, който се употребява в работа, всеки трябва да се сложи във вода и ще остане нечист до вечерта; тогава ще бъде чист.

And upon whatsoever any of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel it be, wherein any work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; so it shall be cleansed.

33 А ако някое от тях падне в някой пръстен съд, то всичко, което е вътре в него, ще бъде нечисто; а съда да строшите.

And every earthen vessel, whereinto any of them falleth, whatsoever is in it shall be unclean; and ye shall break it.

34 В сяка храна в него, която се яде, върху която се сипва вода, когато се сготви, ще бъде нечиста; и всяко питие, което се пие, във всеки такъв съд ще бъде нечисто.

Of all meat which may be eaten, that on which such water cometh shall be unclean: and all drink that may be drunk in every such vessel shall be unclean.

35 К аквото и да било нещо, върху което би паднало нещо от трупа им, ще бъде нечисто; било пещ или огнище, трябва да се строшат; нечисти са и нечисти ще бъдат за вас.

And every thing whereupon any part of their carcase falleth shall be unclean; whether it be oven, or ranges for pots, they shall be broken down: for they are unclean, and shall be unclean unto you.

36 О баче извор или кладенец, където има събрана вода, ще си бъде чист; но каквото се допре до трупа на тези животни, ще бъде нечисто.

Nevertheless a fountain or pit, wherein there is plenty of water, shall be clean: but that which toucheth their carcase shall be unclean.

37 Н о ако падне нещо от трупа им върху някое семе за сеитба, което ще се посее, то си е чисто.

And if any part of their carcase fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown, it shall be clean.

38 О баче, ако са полели семето с вода и падне нещо от трупа им на него, тогава е нечисто за вас.

But if any water be put upon the seed, and any part of their carcase fall thereon, it shall be unclean unto you.

39 А ко умре някое от животните, които може да ядете, който се допре до трупа му, ще бъде нечист до вечерта.

And if any beast, of which ye may eat, die; he that toucheth the carcase thereof shall be unclean until the even.

40 К ойто яде от трупа му, трябва да изпере дрехите си и ще бъде нечист до вечерта; и който понесе мършата му, нека изпере дрехите си и ще бъде нечист до вечерта.

And he that eateth of the carcase of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: he also that beareth the carcase of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.

41 В сяко пълзящо животно, което пълзи по земята, е скверно; да не ги ядете.

And every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth shall be an abomination; it shall not be eaten.

42 В сичко, което се влачи по корема си, и всичко, което ходи на четири крака, или всичко, което има много крака, т. е. всички животни, които пълзят по земята - тях да не ядете, защото са скверни.

Whatsoever goeth upon the belly, and whatsoever goeth upon all four, or whatsoever hath more feet among all creeping things that creep upon the earth, them ye shall not eat; for they are an abomination.

43 Д а не се осквернявате от никакви пълзящи животни, за да бъдете нечисти чрез тях.

Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creepeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby.

44 З ащото Аз съм Йехова, вашият Бог; и така, осветете се и бъдете святи, понеже Аз съм свят; и да не се оскверните с никакво животно, пълзящо по земята.

For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

45 З ащото Аз съм Господ, Който ви изведох от Египетската земя, за да ви бъда Бог; и така, бъдете святи, защото Аз съм свят.

For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.

46 Т ова е законът за животните, за птиците, за всяко одушевено, което се движи във водите, и за всяко одушевено, което пълзи по земята,

This is the law of the beasts, and of the fowl, and of every living creature that moveth in the waters, and of every creature that creepeth upon the earth:

47 з а да правите разлика между чистото и нечистото и между одушевеното, което може да се яде, и одушевеното, което не бива да се яде.

to make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be eaten.
