1 И пак повдигнах очите си и погледнах, и, ето, четири колесници излизаха отсред две планини; а планините бяха медни.

And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.

2 В първата колесница имаше червени коне, във втората колесница - черни коне,

In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses;

3 в третата колесница - бели коне, а в четвъртата колесница - пъстри и сиви коне.

and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses.

4 Т огава проговорих на ангела, който говореше с мене: Кои са тези, господарю мой?

Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord?

5 И ангелът ми отговори: Тези са четирите небесни духа, които излизат отпред Господаря на целия свят, пред Когото са стоели.

And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.

6 Ч ерните коне, които са в едната колесница, излизат към северната страна и белите излизат след тях; а пъстрите излизат към южната страна.

The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth toward the south country.

7 Н о пепелявите, като излязоха, поискаха да отидат и да обходят света; и той им каза: Идете, обходете. И така те обходиха света.

And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.

8 Т огава ангелът извика към мен и ми говорѝ: Виж, онези, които излизат към северната страна, успокоиха духа Ми в северната страна. Възвеличаване на първосвещеника Исус - предобраз на Отрасъла

Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

9 И Господнето слово дойде към мен и каза:

And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

10 О т върналите се от плен, т. е. от Халдея, от Товия и от Йедайя, вземи и ела в същия ден, и влез в къщата на Йосия, Софониевия син, където дойдоха от Вавилон.

Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah;

11 Д а! Вземи от тях сребро и злато, направи корони и ги положи на главата на първосвещеника Исус, Йоседековия син;

then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;

12 и му говори: Така говори Господ на Силите, Който казва: Ето мъжа, чието име е Отрасъл; той ще израсте от мястото си и ще построи храма Господен.

and speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the Lord:

13 Д а! Той ще построи храма Господен; и като приеме славата, ще седне на престола си като управител; ще бъде и свещеник на престола си; и съвещание за установяване на мир ще има между двамата.

even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.

14 К ороните ще бъдат дадени на Елема, на Товия, на Йедайя и на Хена, Софониевия син, за спомен в Господния храм.

And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the Lord.

15 И далечни народи ще дойдат и ще градят в Господния храм; и ще познаете, че Господ на Силите ме е пратил при вас. А това ще се сбъдне, ако послушате внимателно гласа на Господа, вашия Бог.

And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the Lord, and ye shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God.
