pînă la bătrîneţa voastră Eu voi fi Acelaş, pînă la cărunteţele voastre vă voi sprijini. V'am purtat, şi tot vreau să vă mai port, să vă sprijinesc şi să vă mîntuiesc.

Cu cine Mă veţi pune alături, ca să Mă asemănaţi? Cu cine Mă veţi asemăna, şi mă veţi potrivi?

Ei varsă aurul din pungă, şi cîntăresc argintul în cumpănă; tocmesc un arginatar să facă un dumnezeu din ele, şi se închină şi îngenunche înaintea lui.

Eu Îmi apropii neprihănirea: nu este departe; şi mîntuirea Mea nu va zăbovi. Eu voi pune mîntuirea Mea în Sion şi slava Mea peste Israel.``
