They have taken prudent counsel in secret against thy people and consulted against thy hidden ones.

4 W axay isku yidhaahdeen, Kaalaya, aan baabbi'innee, yaanay mar dambe quruun ahaanine. Si aan magaca Israa'iil dib loogu soo xusuusan.

They have said, Come and let us cut them off from being a people that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.

5 W aayo, iyagoo isku waafaqsan ayay ku arrinsadeen, Oo axdi kaa gees ah ayay isla dhigtaan,

Therefore they have consulted together with one consent; they are confederate against thee:

6 T eendhooyinkii reer Edom iyo reer Ismaaciil, Iyo reer Moo'aab iyo reer Hagariim,

The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; of Moab and the Hagarenes;

7 R eer Gebal iyo reer Cammoon iyo reer Camaaleq, Reer Falastiin iyo kuwii Turos degganaa,

Gebal and Ammon and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;

8 O o xataa reer Ashuurna way ku darsameen, Oo waxay kaalmeeyeen ilma Luud. (Selaah)

Assur also is joined with them: they are an arm unto the sons of Lot. Selah.

9 I yaga ku samee wixii aad ku samaysay reer Midyaan, Iyo Siiseraa iyo Yaabiin markii ay ag joogeen Webi Qiishoon,

¶ Do unto them as unto the Midianites, as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook of Kison,

10 W axay ku halligmeen Ceyn Door, Oo waxay dhulka u noqdeen digo.

who perished at Endor; they became as dung for the earth.

11 N imankooda gobta ah oo dhan waxaad ka dhigtaa sida Cooreeb iyo Se'eeb, Oo amiirradooda oo dhanna sida Sebah iyo Salmunnac,

Make them and their captains like Oreb and like Zeeb; all their princes as Zebah and as Zalmunna:

12 K uwaas oo isyidhi, War aan iska qaadanno oo hantinno Ilaah degmooyinkiisa.

Who have said, Let us inherit for ourselves the habitations of God.

13 I laahayow, iyaga ka dhig sida boodhka warwareega, Iyo sida xaab dabaysha ka horreeya,

O my God, make them like a whirlwind, as the stubble before the wind.

14 S ida dabka duurka guba, Iyo sida ololka buuraha huriya,

As the fire burns a wood and as the flame sets the mountains on fire

15 S idaasoo kale iyaga duufaankaaga ku eri, Hufadaadana ku cabsii.

so persecute them with thy tempest and make them afraid with thy whirlwind.

16 R abbiyow, wejigoodu wareer ha ka buuxsamo, Si ay magacaaga u doondoonaan.

Fill their faces with shame that they may seek thy name, O LORD.

17 W eligood ha ceeboobeen, hana baqeen, Ha wareereen, hana baabbe'een,

Let them be confounded and troubled for ever; let them be put to shame and perish

18 S i ay u ogaadaan in adigoo magacaagu Ilaah yahay Aad tahay Ilaaha ugu sarreeya dunida oo dhan.

That they may know that thou, whose name alone is LORD, art the most high over all the earth.
