1 S idaas daraaddeed, kuwa Ciise Masiix ku dhex jiraa, haatan xukun ma laha.

¶ So that now, there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ, Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

2 W aayo, qaynuunka Ruuxa nolosha ee ku dhex jira Ciise Masiix ayaa iga xoreeyey qaynuunka dembiga iyo dhimashada.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ, Jesus, has made me free from the law of sin and death.

3 W aayo, wax aan sharcigu samayn karayn, maxaa yeelay, wuu itaaldarnaa jidhka aawadiis, ayaa Ilaah sameeyey isagoo Wiilkiisa ku soo diraya u-ekaantii jidhka dembiga leh oo u soo diraya dembiga aawadiis, wuxuuna xukumay dembigii jidhka ku jiray,

For that which was impossible to the law, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh

4 i n qaynuunka sharcigu inagu buuxsamo kuweenna aan sida jidhka u socon, laakiinse u socda sida Ruuxa.

that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

5 W aayo, kuwa sida jidhka u socdaa, waxay ka fikiraan waxyaalaha jidhka, laakiinse kuwa sida Ruuxa u socdaa, waxay ka fikiraan waxyaalaha Ruuxa.

For those that are according to the flesh know the things that are of the flesh; but those that are according to the Spirit, the things that are of the Spirit.

6 J idhka kafikiriddiisu waa dhimashada, laakiinse Ruuxa kafikiriddiisu waa nolosha iyo nabadda,

For the prudence of the flesh is death, but the prudence of the Spirit, life and peace,

7 m axaa yeelay, jidhka kafikiriddiisu waa la col Ilaah, waayo, ma hoos gasho sharciga Ilaah, mana hoos geli karto.

because the prudence of the flesh is enmity against God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, neither indeed can it.

8 K uwa jidhka ku dhex jiraana kama farxin karaan Ilaah.

So then, those that are carnal cannot please God.

9 L aakiin idinku kuma aad dhex jirtaan jidhka, illowse waxaad ku dhex jirtaan Ruuxa, haddii Ruuxa Ilaah idinku dhex jiro. Laakiin nin hadduusan Ruuxa Masiixa lahayn, de kaasu kiisii ma aha.

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, because the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, that person is not of him.

10 O o haddii Masiixu idinku dhex jiro, jidhku waa meyd dembiga aawadiis; laakiinse ruuxu waa nolosha xaqnimada aawadeed.

¶ But if Christ is in you, the body is truly dead because of sin, but the Spirit is alive because of righteousness.

11 L aakiin haddii Ruuxii kii Ciise kuwii dhintay ka soo sara kiciyey idinku dhex jiro, kii Ciise Masiix kuwii dhintay ka soo sara kiciyey, jidhkiinna dhimanayana wuxuu ku noolayn doonaa Ruuxiisa idinku dhex jira.

And if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he that raised up the Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you.

12 S idaas daraaddeed, walaalayaalow, wax baa inagu waajib ah, laakiin waajib inooguma aha jidhka, inaynu u noolaanno sida jidhka,

Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh.

13 w aayo, haddaad sida jidhka u noolaataan, hubaal waad dhiman doontaan, laakiin haddaad falimaha jidhka Ruuxa ku dishaan, waad noolaan doontaan. Carruurta Ilaah

For if ye live according to the flesh, ye shall die; but if through the Spirit ye mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14 I n alla intii Ruuxa Ilaah hoggaamiyo, waa carruurta Ilaah.

For all that are led by the Spirit of God, the same are sons of God.

15 W aayo, ma aydnaan helin ruuxa addoonnimada inaad mar kale cabsataan, laakiinse waxaad hesheen Ruuxa carruur idinka dhigay, kan aynu ku qaylinno Aabbow.

For ye have not received the spirit of slavery to be in fear again, but ye have received the Spirit of adoption of sons, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

16 R uuxa qudhiisu wuu markhaati furaa oo wuxuu ruuxeenna u sheegaa inaynu innagu nahay carruurta Ilaah.

For the same Spirit bears witness unto our spirit that we are sons of God,

17 O o haddaynu carruur nahay, de haddaba waxaynu nahay kuwo wax dhaxla, kuwo Ilaah dhaxla oo Masiix wax la dhaxla, haddii aynu isaga la xanuunsanno, in laynala ammaano isaga. Ammaanta Ahaan Doonta

¶ and if sons, also heirs certainly of God and joint-heirs with Christ, if so be that we suffer with him that we may be also glorified together with him.

18 W axaan ku tirinayaa in waxyaalaha wakhtigan la joogo lagu xanuunsadaa ayan istaahilin in lala simo ammaanta iman doonta oo laynoo muujin doono.

For I know with certainty that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the coming glory which shall be manifested in us.

19 U unku wuxuu filasho aad u weyn ku sugaa muujinta carruurta Ilaah.

For the earnest hope of the creatures waits for the manifestation of the sons of God.

20 U unkii waxaa la hoos geliyey wax aan waxtar lahayn, ikhtiyaarkiisna uma uu hoos gelin, laakiin waa kii hoos geliyey aawadiis,

For the creatures were subjected to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected them,

21 t aasoo la rajaynayo in uunka qudhiisana laga xorayn doono addoonnimada qudhunka ah oo la gelin doono xorriyadda ammaanta carruurta Ilaah.

with the hope that the same creatures shall be delivered from the slavery of corruption into the glorious liberty of the sons of God.

22 W aayo, waxaynu og nahay in uunka oo dhammu wada taahayo oo wada foolanayo ilaa haatan.

For we now know that all the creatures groan together and travail in pain together until now.

23 I yagoo keliya ma aha, laakiin innagana waa sidaas oo kale, kuweenna haysta midhihii ugu horreeyey ee Ruuxa, xataa innaga qudheennu dhexdeenna ayaynu ka taahnaa, innagoo sugayna carruurnoqoshadeenna, taasu waxaa weeyaan samatabbixinta jidhkeenna.

And not only they, but ourselves also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, that is to say, the redemption of our body.

24 W aayo, waxaynu ku badbaadnay rajo, laakiin rajadii la arko rajo ma aha, maxaa yeelay, waa ayo kan rajeeyaa wuxuu arko?

For in hope we are saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for what a man sees, he does not wait for.

25 L aakiin haddaynu rajayno wax aynaan arkin, de haddaba dulqaadasho ayaynu ku sugnaa.

But if we wait for that which we do not see, with patience we wait for it.

26 S idaasoo kalena Ruuxu wuxuu inaga caawimaa itaaldarradeenna, waayo, garan mayno wax inoo eg oo aynu ku tukanno, laakiin Ruuxa qudhiisu waa inoo duceeyaa isagoo ku taahaya taah aan sanqadhayn.

¶ And likewise also the Spirit helps our weakness; for we know not how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit itself makes entreaty for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

27 O o kii qalbiyada baadhaa waa yaqaan fikirka Ruuxa, maxaa yeelay, wuxuu quduusiinta ugu duceeyaa sida Ilaah doonayo.

But he that searches the hearts knows what is the desire of the Spirit, that according to the will of God, he makes entreaty for the saints.

28 O o waxaynu og nahay in wax waliba wanaag ugu wada shaqeeyaan kuwa Ilaah jecel, xataa kuwa qasdigiisa loogu yeedhay.

And we now know that unto those who love God, all things help them unto good, to those who according to the purpose are called to be saints.

29 W aayo, kuwuu hore u yiqiin wuxuu haddana hore ugu doortay inay u ekaadaan suuradda Wiilkiisa, inuu isagu curad ku noqdo walaalo badan dhexdood.

¶ For unto those whom he knew beforehand, he also marked out beforehand the way that they might be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

30 O o kuwuu hore u doortayna, haddana wuu u yeedhay, kuwuu u yeedhayna, haddana xaq buu ka dhigay, kuwuu xaq ka dhigayna, haddana wuu ammaanay. Ilaah Jacaylkiisa

And unto those whom he did mark out beforehand the way, to these he also called; and to whom he called, these he also justified; and to whom he justified, these he also glorified.

31 H addaba maxaan waxyaalahan ka nidhaahnaa? Haddii Ilaah inala gees yahay, yaa inaga gees ah?

¶ What shall we then say to these things? If God is for us, who shall be against us?

32 K ii aan xataa Wiilkiisa lexejeclaysan, laakiinse innaga dhammaanteen u bixiyey, sidee buusan wax walbana inoola siin doonin isaga?

He that did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also give us all things with him?

33 Y aa ashtakayn doona kuwa Ilaah doortay? Waa Ilaah kan wax xaq ka dhigaa.

Who shall accuse the chosen of God’s? God is he that justifies them.

34 W aa ayo kan wax xukumi doonaa? Waa Ciise Masiix kii dhintay, oo haddana kuwii dhintay ka sara kacay, oo Ilaah midigtiisa jooga, oo haddana inoo duceeya innaga.

Who is he that condemns them? Christ, Jesus, is he who died and, even more, he that also rose again, who furthermore is at the right hand of God, who also makes entreaty for us.

35 Y aa jacaylka Masiixa inaga sooci doona? Ma dhibaato, mise cidhiidhi, mise silic, mise baahi, mise arrad, mise khatar, mise seef?

Who shall separate us from the charity of Christ? shall tribulation or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword?

36 S ida qoran, Adiga daraaddaa ayaa lanoo laayaa maalinta oo dhan, Waxaa lanoo tiriyey sida ido la qalayo.

(As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.)

37 M aya, waxyaalahan oo dhan dhexdooda aad baynu ugu guulaysannaa kii ina jeclaa xaggiisa.

Nevertheless, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 W aayo, waxaan hubaa inaan dhimashada, ama nolosha, ama malaa'igaha, ama kuwa madaxda ah, ama waxyaalaha haatan jooga, ama waxyaalaha iman doona, ama kuwa xoogga leh,

Therefore I am certain that neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor powers nor things present nor things to come

39 a ma kor, ama hoos, ama uun kaleeto inaga sooci karin jacaylka Ilaah oo ku jira Rabbigeenna Ciise Masiix.

nor height nor depth nor any creature shall be able to separate us from the charity of God, which is in Christ, Jesus our Lord.
