1 R abbiyow, boqorku wuxuu ku farxi doonaa xooggaaga, Oo badbaadintaadana aad buu ugu rayrayn doonaa.

¶ The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy saving health how greatly shall he rejoice!

2 W axaad isaga siisay wixii qalbigiisu doonayay, Oo wixii bushimihiisu ku weyddiisteenna uma aad diidin. (Selaah)

Thou hast given him his heart’s desire and hast not withheld the request of his lips. Selah.

3 W aayo, waxaad isaga hor dhigtaa barakooyinka wanaagga, Oo madaxiisana waxaad saartaa taaj dahab saafi ah.

For thou givest him beforehand the blessings of goodness; thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.

4 W uxuu kaa baryay nolol, oo adna waad siisay isaga, Oo waxaad siisay cimri dheer oo waaraya weligiis iyo weligiisba.

He asked life of thee, and thou didst give him length of days for ever and ever.

5 A mmaantiisu waxay ku weyn tahay xagga badbaadintaada, Oo waxaad isaga saartaa murwad iyo haybad.

His glory is great in thy saving health; honour and beauty hast thou laid upon him.

6 W aayo, waxaad isaga ka dhigtaa mid weligiisba aad u barakaysan, Oo waxaad ka dhigtaa inuu hortaada farxad kula reyreeyo.

For thou hast made him most blessed for ever; thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.

7 W aayo, boqorku wuxuu isku halleeyaa Rabbiga, Oo Ilaaha ugu sarreeya raxmaddiisa aawadeed isaga innaba lama dhaqaajin doono.

¶ For the king trusts in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.

8 G acantaadu waxay heli doontaa cadaawayaashaada oo dhan, Oo midigtaaduna waxay heli doontaa kuwa ku neceb.

Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies; thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.

9 O o markii aad cadhootid waxaad iyaga ka dhigi doontaa sida foorno dab ah. Oo Rabbigu wuxuu iyaga ku liqi doonaa cadhadiisa, Oo dab baa gubi doona.

Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger; the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.

10 M idhahooda dhulkaad ka baabbi'inaysaa, Farcankoodana binu-aadmiga dhexdiisa.

Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth and their seed from among the children of men.

11 W aayo, iyagu waxay ku talo jireen inay xumaan kugu sameeyaan, Oo waxay hindiseen xeel ayan iyagu dhammayn karin.

For they intended evil against thee; they imagined a wicked device, but they did not prevail.

12 W aayo, waxaad iyaga ka dhigi doontaa inay dib u jeestaan, Oo xadhigga qaansadaadana waxaad ku diyaarin doontaa wejigooda hortiisa.

Therefore shalt thou separate them; thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them.

13 R abbiyow, adigu xooggaaga ku sarree, Markaasaannu gabyi doonnaa, oo waxaannu ammaani doonnaa itaalkaaga.

Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy valour.
