¶ Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless the name of his holiness.

2 N aftaydoy, Rabbiga ammaan, Oo ha illoobin wanaagga uu kuu sameeyo oo dhan.

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 I sagaa kaa cafiya dembiyadaada oo dhan, Oo kaa bogsiiya cudurradaada oo dhan,

Who forgives all thine iniquities; who heals all thy diseases;

4 O o naftaada ka badbaadiya halligaadda, Oo raxmad iyo naxariis kugu barakeeya,

who redeems thy life from destruction; who crowns thee with mercy and compassion;

5 O o kaa dhergiya waxyaalaha wanwanaagsan, Si ay dhallinyaranimadaadu ugu cusboonaato sida gorgorka oo kale.

who satisfies thy mouth with good things so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

6 R abbigu wuxuu falaa xaqnimo, Gar buuna u gooyaa kuwa dulman oo dhan.

¶ The LORD executes righteousness and justice unto all that suffer violence.

7 I sagu wuxuu Muuse garansiiyey jidadkiisii, Reer binu Israa'iilna falimihiisii.

He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the sons of Israel.

8 R abbigu waa raxmad badan yahay, waana nimco miidhan, Cadho wuu u gaabiyaa, waana naxariis badan yahay.

The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

9 I sagu had iyo goor wax canaanan maayo, Oo sii cadhaysnaan maayo ilaa weligiis.

He will not always chide, neither will he keep his anger for ever.

10 I sagu inoolama uu macaamiloon sidii dembiyadeennu ahaayeen, Oo inooguma uu abaalmarin sidii xumaatooyinkeennu ahaayeen.

He has not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 W aayo, sida samadu dhulka uga sarrayso, Sidaas oo kalaa naxariistiisu ugu weyn tahay kuwa isaga ka cabsada.

For as the heavens are high above the earth so does he increase his mercy over those that fear him.

12 S ida barigu uga fog yahay galbeedka, Sidaas oo kaluu xadgudubkeennii inooga fogeeyey.

As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our rebellions from us.

13 S ida aabbe carruurtiisa ugu naxo oo kale Ayaa Rabbigu ugu naxaa kuwa isaga ka cabsada.

Like as a father has mercy upon his children, so the LORD has mercy upon those that fear him.

14 W aayo, abuuristeennuu og yahay, Oo wuu xusuusan yahay inaan innagu ciid nahay.

For he knows our frame; he remembers that we are dust.

15 L aakiinse dadka cimrigiisu waa sida doog oo kale, Sida ubaxa berrinka ayuu u barwaaqoobaa.

As for man, his days are as grass; as an open flower of the field, so he blossoms.

16 W aayo, dabayl baa dul marta, wuuna baabba'aa, Oo meeshiisiina mar dambe ma aqoon doonto.

For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place shall know it no more.

17 L aakiinse Rabbigu wuxuu u naxariistaa kuwa isaga ka cabsada weligiis iyo weligiisba, Oo xaqnimadiisuna waxay la jirtaa carruurta carruurteeda,

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon those that fear him, and his righteousness unto the children’s children,

18 K uwaas oo ah kuwa axdigiisa xajiya Iyo kuwa amarradiisa xusuusta oo wada yeela.

to such as keep his covenant and to those that remember his commandments to do them.

19 R abbigu carshigiisii wuxuu ka dhistay samooyinka, Oo boqortooyadiisuna wax walbay u talisaa.

¶ The LORD has prepared his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.

20 M alaa'igihiisa xoogga badan oo eraygiisa oofiya Oo codka hadalkiisa maqlow, Rabbiga ammaana.

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, valiant and strong, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

21 R abbiga ammaana, ciidammadiisa oo dhammow, Idinkoo ah midiidinyadiisa wuxuu doonayo sameeyow,

Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts, ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

22 S huqulladiisa oo dhammow, Rabbiga ku ammaana Meel kasta oo dowladnimadiisa ahba, Naftaydoy, Rabbiga ammaan.

Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
