Praise ye Jah! Praise ye the name of Jehovah, Praise, ye servants of Jehovah,

2 L os que estáis en la casa de Jehová, En los atrios de la casa de nuestro Dios.

Who are standing in the house of Jehovah, In the courts of the house of our God.

3 A labad á JAH, porque es bueno Jehová: Cantad salmos á su nombre, porque es suave.

Praise ye Jah! for Jehovah good, Sing praise to His name, for pleasant.

4 P orque JAH ha escogido á Jacob para sí, A Israel por posesión suya.

For Jacob hath Jah chosen for Himself, Israel for His peculiar treasure.

5 P orque yo se que Jehová es grande, Y el Señor nuestro, mayor que todos los dioses.

For I have known that great Jehovah, Yea, our Lord above all gods.

6 T odo lo que quiso Jehová, ha hecho En los cielos y en la tierra, en las mares y en todos los abismos.

All that Jehovah pleased He hath done, In the heavens and in earth, In the seas and all deep places,

7 E l hace subir las nubes del cabo de la tierra; El hizo los relámpagos para la lluvia; El saca los vientos de sus tesoros.

Causing vapours to ascend from the end of the earth, Lightnings for the rain He hath made, Bringing forth wind from His treasures.

8 E l es el que hirió los primogénitos de Egipto, Desde el hombre hasta la bestia.

Who smote the first-born of Egypt, From man unto beast.

9 E nvió señales y prodigios en medio de ti, oh Egipto, Sobre Faraón, y sobre todos sus siervos.

He sent tokens and wonders into thy midst, O Egypt, On Pharaoh and on all his servants.

10 E l que hirió muchas gentes, Y mató reyes poderosos:

Who smote many nations, and slew strong kings,

11 A Sehón rey Amorrheo, Y á Og rey de Basán, Y á todos los reinos de Canaán.

Even Sihon king of the Amorite, And Og king of Bashan, And all kingdoms of Canaan.

12 Y dió la tierra de ellos en heredad, En heredad á Israel su pueblo.

And He gave their land an inheritance, An inheritance to Israel His people,

13 O h Jehová, eterno es tu nombre; Tu memoria, oh Jehová para generación y generación.

O Jehovah, Thy name to the age, O Jehovah, Thy memorial to all generations.

14 P orque juzgará Jehová su pueblo, Y arrepentiráse sobre sus siervos.

For Jehovah doth judge His people, And for His servants comforteth Himself.

15 L os ídolos de las gentes son plata y oro, Obra de manos de hombres.

The idols of the nations silver and gold, Work of the hands of man.

16 T ienen boca, y no hablan; Tienen ojos, y no ven;

A mouth they have, and they speak not, Eyes they have, and they see not,

17 T ienen orejas, y no oyen; Tampoco hay espíritu en sus bocas.

Ears they have, and they give not ear, Nose -- there is no breath in their mouth!

18 C omo ellos son los que los hacen; Todos los que en ellos confían.

Like them are their makers, Every one who is trusting in them.

19 C asa de Israel, bendecid á Jehová: Casa de Aarón, bendecid á Jehová:

O house of Israel, bless ye Jehovah, O house of Aaron, bless ye Jehovah,

20 C asa de Leví, bendecid á Jehová: Los que teméis á Jehová, bendecid á Jehová:

O house of Levi, bless ye Jehovah, Those fearing Jehovah, bless ye Jehovah.

21 B endito de Sión Jehová, Que mora en Jerusalem. Aleluya.
