1 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Go in unto Pharaoh, and thou hast spoken unto him, Thus said Jehovah, God of the Hebrews, Send My people away, and they serve me,

И сказал Господь Моисею: пойди к фараону и скажи ему: так говорит Господь, Бог Евреев: отпусти народ Мой, чтобы он совершил Мне служение;

2 f or, if thou art refusing to send away, and art still keeping hold upon them,

ибо если ты не захочешь отпустить и еще будешь удерживать его,

3 l o, the hand of Jehovah is on thy cattle which in the field, on horses, on asses, on camels, on herd, and on flock -- a pestilence very grievous.

то вот, рука Господня будет на скоте твоем, который в поле, на конях, на ослах, на верблюдах, на волах и овцах: будет моровая язва весьма тяжкая;

4 ` And Jehovah hath separated between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt, and there doth not die a thing of all the sons of Israel's;

и разделит Господь между скотом Израильским и скотом Египетским, и из всего сынов Израилевых не умрет ничего.

5 a nd Jehovah setteth an appointed time, saying, To-morrow doth Jehovah do this thing in the land.'

И назначил Господь время, сказав: завтра сделает это Господь в земле сей.

6 A nd Jehovah doth this thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt die, and of the cattle of the sons of Israel not one hath died;

И сделал это Господь на другой день, и вымер весь скот Египетский; из скота же сынов Израилевых не умерло ничего.

7 a nd Pharaoh sendeth, and lo, not even one of the cattle of Israel hath died, and the heart of Pharaoh is hard, and he hath not sent the people away.

Фараон послал, и вот, из скота Израилевых не умерло ничего. Но сердце фараоново ожесточилось, и он не отпустил народа.

8 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses and unto Aaron, `Take to you the fulness of your hands soot of a furnace, and Moses hath sprinkled it towards the heavens, before the eyes of Pharaoh,

И сказал Господь Моисею и Аарону: возьмите по полной горсти пепла из печи, и пусть бросит его Моисей к небу в глазах фараона;

9 a nd it hath become small dust over all the land of Egypt, and it hath become on man and on cattle a boil breaking forth blains, in all the land of Egypt.'

и поднимется пыль по всей земле Египетской, и будет на людях и на скоте воспаление с нарывами, во всей земле Египетской.

10 A nd they take the soot of the furnace, and stand before Pharaoh, and Moses sprinkleth it towards the heavens, and it is a boil blains, breaking forth, on man and on beast;

Они взяли пепла из печи и предстали пред лице фараона. Моисей бросил его к небу, и сделалось воспаление с нарывами на людях и на скоте.

11 a nd the scribes have not been able to stand before Moses, because of the boil, for the boil hath been on the scribes, and on all the Egyptians.

И не могли волхвы устоять пред Моисеем по причине воспаления, потому что воспаление было на волхвах и на всех Египтянах.

12 A nd Jehovah strengtheneth the heart of Pharaoh, and he hath not hearkened unto them, as Jehovah hath spoken unto Moses.

Но Господь ожесточил сердце фараона, и он не послушал их, как и говорил Господь Моисею.

13 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Rise early in the morning, and station thyself before Pharaoh, and thou hast said unto him, Thus said Jehovah, God of the Hebrews, Send My people away, and they serve Me,

И сказал Господь Моисею: завтра встань рано и явись пред лице фараона, и скажи ему: так говорит Господь, Бог Евреев: отпусти народ Мой, чтобы он совершил Мне служение;

14 f or, at this time I am sending all My plagues unto thy heart, and on thy servants, and on thy people, so that thou knowest that there is none like Me in all the earth,

ибо в этот раз Я пошлю все язвы Мои в сердце твое, и на рабов твоих, и на народ твой, дабы ты узнал, что нет подобного Мне на всей земле;

15 f or now I have put forth My hand, and I smite thee, and thy people, with pestilence, and thou art hidden from the earth.

так как Я простер руку Мою, то поразил бы тебя и народ твой язвою, и ты истреблен был бы с земли:

16 ` And yet for this I have caused thee to stand, so as to show thee My power, and for the sake of declaring My Name in all the earth;

но для того Я сохранил тебя, чтобы показать на тебе силу Мою, и чтобы возвещено было имя Мое по всей земле;

17 s till thou art exalting thyself against My people -- so as not to send them away;

ты еще противостоишь народу Моему, чтобы не отпускать его, --

18 l o, I am raining about time to-morrow hail very grievous, such as hath not been in Egypt, even from the day of its being founded, even until now.

вот, Я пошлю завтра, в это самое время, град весьма сильный, которому подобного не было в Египте со дня основания его доныне;

19 ` And, now, send, strengthen thy cattle and all that thou hast in the field; every man and beast which is found in the field, and is not gathered into the house -- come down on them hath the hail, and they have died.'

итак пошли собрать стада твои и все, что есть у тебя в поле: на всех людей и скот, которые останутся в поле и не соберутся в домы, падет град, и они умрут.

20 H e who is fearing the word of Jehovah among the servants of Pharaoh hath caused his servants and his cattle to flee unto the houses;

Те из рабов фараоновых, которые убоялись слова Господня, поспешно собрали рабов своих и стада свои в домы;

21 a nd he who hath not set his heart unto the word of Jehovah leaveth his servants and his cattle in the field.

а кто не обратил сердца своего к слову Господню, тот оставил рабов своих и стада свои в поле.

22 A nd Jehovah saith unto Moses, `Stretch forth thy hand towards the heavens, and there is hail in all the land of Egypt, on man, and on beast, and on every herb of the field in the land of Egypt.'

И сказал Господь Моисею: простри руку твою к небу, и падет град на всю землю Египетскую, на людей, на скот и на всю траву полевую в земле Египетской.

23 A nd Moses stretcheth out his rod towards the heavens, and Jehovah hath given voices and hail, and fire goeth towards the earth, and Jehovah raineth hail on the land of Egypt,

И простер Моисей жезл свой к небу, и Господь произвел гром и град, и огонь разливался по земле; и послал Господь град на землю Египетскую;

24 a nd there is hail, and fire catching itself in the midst of the hail, very grievous, such as hath not been in all the land of Egypt since it hath become a nation.

и был град и огонь между градом, весьма сильный, какого не было во всей земле Египетской со времени населения ее.

25 A nd the hail smiteth in all the land of Egypt all that in the field, from man even unto beast, and every herb of the field hath the hail smitten, and every tree of the field it hath broken;

И побил град по всей земле Египетской все, что было в поле, от человека до скота, и всю траву полевую побил град, и все деревья в поле поломал;

26 o nly in the land of Goshen, where the sons of Israel, there hath been no hail.

только в земле Гесем, где жили сыны Израилевы, не было града.

27 A nd Pharaoh sendeth, and calleth for Moses and for Aaron, and saith unto them, `I have sinned this time, Jehovah the Righteous, and I and my people the Wicked,

И послал фараон, и призвал Моисея и Аарона, и сказал им: на этот раз я согрешил; Господь праведен, а я и народ мой виновны;

28 m ake ye supplication unto Jehovah, and plead that there be no voices of God and hail, and I send you away, and ye add not to remain.'

помолитесь Господу: пусть перестанут громы Божии и град; и отпущу вас и не буду более удерживать.

29 A nd Moses saith unto him, `At my going out of the city, I spread my palms unto Jehovah -- the voices cease, and the hail is not any more, so that thou knowest that the earth Jehovah's;

Моисей сказал ему: как скоро я выйду из города, простру руки мои к Господу; громы перестанут, и града более не будет, дабы ты узнал, что Господня земля;

30 b ut thou and thy servants -- I have known that ye are not yet afraid of the face of Jehovah God.'

но я знаю, что ты и рабы твои еще не убоитесь Господа Бога.

31 A nd the flax and the barley have been smitten, for the barley budding, and the flax forming flowers,

Лен и ячмень были побиты, потому что ячмень выколосился, а лен осеменился;

32 a nd the wheat and the rye have not been smitten, for they are late.

а пшеница и полба не побиты, потому что они были поздние.

33 A nd Moses goeth out from Pharaoh, the city, and spreadeth his hands unto Jehovah, and the voices and the hail cease, and rain hath not been poured out to the earth;

И вышел Моисей от фараона из города и простер руки свои к Господу, и прекратились гром и град, и дождь перестал литься на землю.

34 a nd Pharaoh seeth that the rain hath ceased, and the hail and the voices, and he continueth to sin, and hardeneth his heart, he and his servants;

И увидел фараон, что перестал дождь и град и гром, и продолжал грешить, и отягчил сердце свое сам и рабы его.

35 a nd the heart of Pharaoh is strong, and he hath not sent the sons of Israel away, as Jehovah hath spoken by the hand of Moses.

И ожесточилось сердце фараона, и он не отпустил сынов Израилевых, как и говорил Господь чрез Моисея.
