1 P raise ye Jah! Praise, ye servants of Jehovah. Praise the name of Jehovah.

2 T he name of Jehovah is blessed, From henceforth, and unto the age.

(112-2) Да будет имя Господне благословенно отныне и вовек.

3 F rom the rising of the sun unto its going in, Praised the name of Jehovah.

(112-3) От восхода солнца до запада прославляемо имя Господне.

4 H igh above all nations Jehovah, Above the heavens his honour.

(112-4) Высок над всеми народами Господь; над небесами слава Его.

5 W ho as Jehovah our God, He is exalting to sit?

(112-5) Кто, как Господь, Бог наш, Который, обитая на высоте,

6 H e is humbling to look On the heavens and on the earth.

(112-6) приклоняется, чтобы призирать на небо и на землю;

7 H e is raising up from the dust the poor, From a dunghill He exalteth the needy.

(112-7) из праха поднимает бедного, из брения возвышает нищего,

8 T o cause to sit with princes, With the princes of His people.

(112-8) чтобы посадить его с князьями, с князьями народа его;

9 C ausing the barren one of the house to sit, A joyful mother of sons; praise ye Jah!

(112-9) неплодную вселяет в дом матерью, радующеюся о детях? Аллилуия!
