1 H abló Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:

Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:

2 M ira, yo he llamado por nombre a Bezaleel hijo de Urí, hijo de Hur, de la tribu de Judá;

“See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah.

3 y lo he llenado del Espíritu de Dios, en sabiduría y en inteligencia, en ciencia y en todo arte,

And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

4 p ara inventar diseños, para trabajar en oro, en plata y en bronce,

to design artistic works, to work in gold, in silver, in bronze,

5 y en artificio de piedras para engastarlas, y en artificio de madera; para trabajar en toda clase de labor.

in cutting jewels for setting, in carving wood, and to work in all manner of workmanship.

6 Y he aquí que yo he puesto con él a Aholiab hijo de Ahisamac, de la tribu de Dan; y he puesto sabiduría en el ánimo de todo sabio de corazón, para que hagan todo lo que te he mandado;

“And I, indeed I, have appointed with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and I have put wisdom in the hearts of all the gifted artisans, that they may make all that I have commanded you:

7 e l tabernáculo de reunión, el arca del testimonio, el propiciatorio que está sobre ella, y todos los utensilios del tabernáculo,

the tabernacle of meeting, the ark of the Testimony and the mercy seat that is on it, and all the furniture of the tabernacle—

8 l a mesa y sus utensilios, el candelero limpio y todos sus utensilios, el altar del incienso,

the table and its utensils, the pure gold lampstand with all its utensils, the altar of incense,

9 e l altar del holocausto y todos sus utensilios, la fuente y su base,

the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the laver and its base—

10 l os vestidos del servicio, las vestiduras santas para Aarón el sacerdote, las vestiduras de sus hijos para que ejerzan el sacerdocio,

the garments of ministry, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, to minister as priests,

11 e l aceite de la unción, y el incienso aromático para el santuario; harán conforme a todo lo que te he mandado.

and the anointing oil and sweet incense for the holy place. According to all that I have commanded you they shall do.” The Sabbath Law

12 H abló además Jehová a Moisés, diciendo:

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

13 T ú hablarás a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: En verdad vosotros guardaréis mis sábados; porque es señal entre mí y vosotros por vuestras generaciones, para que sepáis que yo soy Jehová que os santifico.

“Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you.

14 A sí que guardaréis el sábado, porque santo es a vosotros; el que lo profanare, de cierto morirá; porque cualquiera que haga obra alguna en él, aquella persona será cortada de en medio de su pueblo.

You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people.

15 S eis días se trabajará, mas el día séptimo es sábado de reposo consagrado a Jehová; cualquiera que trabaje en el día de sábado, ciertamente morirá.

Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

16 G uardarán, pues, el día del sábado los hijos de Israel, celebrándolo por sus generaciones por pacto perpetuo.

Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant.

17 S eñal es para siempre entre mí y los hijos de Israel; porque en seis días hizo Jehová los cielos y la tierra, y en el séptimo día cesó y reposó.

It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever; for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.’”

18 Y dio a Moisés, cuando acabó de hablar con él en el monte de Sinay, dos tablas del testimonio, tablas de piedra escritas con el dedo de Dios.

And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
