1 ¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 S ee, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;

3 a nd I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and in intelligence and in science and in all manner of workmanship,
And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,
4 t o devise cunning works, to work in gold and in silver and in brass,
to design artistic works, to work in gold, in silver, in bronze,
5 a nd in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

6 A nd I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and in the desire of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom that they may make all that I have commanded thee:
“And I, indeed I, have appointed with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and I have put wisdom in the hearts of all the gifted artisans, that they may make all that I have commanded you:
7 T he tabernacle of the testimony and the ark of the testimony and the seat of reconciliation that shall be upon it and all the vessels of the tabernacle
the tabernacle of meeting, the ark of the Testimony and the mercy seat that is on it, and all the furniture of the tabernacle—
8 a nd the table and its vessels and the pure lampstand with all its vessels and the altar of incense,
the table and its utensils, the pure gold lampstand with all its utensils, the altar of incense,
9 a nd the altar of burnt offering with all its vessels and the laver and its base
the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the laver and its base—
10 a nd the clothes of service and the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons that they may be priests,
the garments of ministry, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, to minister as priests,
11 a nd the anointing oil and aromatic incense for the sanctuary; they shall do according to all that I have commanded thee.

12 ¶ And the LORD spoke further unto Moses, saying,
And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
13 A nd thou shalt speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, With all this ye shall keep my sabbaths; for it is a sign between me and you throughout your ages; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you.
“Speak also to the children of Israel, saying: ‘Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you.
14 Y e shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you; those that defile it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
You shall keep the Sabbath, therefore, for it is holy to you. Everyone who profanes it shall surely be put to death; for whoever does any work on it, that person shall be cut off from among his people.
15 S ix days shall work be done; but the seventh, the sabbath of rest, shall be holy to the LORD; whoever does any work in the sabbath day shall surely be put to death.
Work shall be done for six days, but the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
16 T herefore the sons of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their ages for a perpetual covenant.
Therefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as a perpetual covenant.
17 I t is a sign between me and the sons of Israel for ever; for in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day he rested and was refreshed.

18 A nd he gave unto Moses, when he finished speaking with him upon Mount Sinai, two tables of the testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.
And when He had made an end of speaking with him on Mount Sinai, He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.
