1 “ Me dejé buscar por los que no preguntaban por Mí; Me dejé hallar por los que no Me buscaban. Dije: ‘Aquí estoy, aquí estoy,’ A una nación que no invocaba Mi nombre.

“I let Myself be looked for by those who did not ask for Me. I let Myself be found by those who did not look for Me. I said, ‘Here I am, here I am,’ to a nation that did not call on My name.

2 E xtendí Mis manos todo el día hacia un pueblo rebelde, Que anda por el camino que no es bueno, en pos de sus pensamientos.

All day long I held out My hand to a people who would not obey Me and who worked against Me. They walk in a way that is not good, following their own thoughts.

3 E s un pueblo que de continuo Me provoca en Mi propio rostro, Sacrificando en huertos y quemando incienso sobre ladrillos;

These people always make Me angry, giving gifts of worship in gardens and burning special perfume on altars of clay blocks.

4 Q ue se sienta entre sepulcros y pasa la noche en lugares secretos; Que come carne de cerdo, Y en sus ollas hay caldo de carnes inmundas;

They sit among graves, and spend the night in secret places. They eat the flesh of pigs, and have boiled meat that is unclean in their pots.

5 Q ue dice: ‘Quédate donde estás, no te acerques a mí, Porque soy más santo que tú.’ Estos son humo en Mi nariz, Fuego que arde todo el día.

They say, ‘Keep to yourself. Do not come near me. For I am holier than you.’ These are smoke in My nose, a fire that burns all the day.

6 E sto está escrito delante de Mí: No guardaré silencio, sino que les daré su pago, Y les recompensaré en su seno,

See, it is written before Me: ‘I will not keep quiet, but I will pay them back. I will pay them back into their breast,

7 P or sus iniquidades y por las iniquidades de sus padres también,” dice el Señor. “Porque quemaron incienso en los montes, Y en las colinas Me injuriaron; Por tanto mediré en su seno su obra pasada.”

9 S acaré de Jacob descendencia Y de Judá heredero de Mis montes. Mis escogidos la heredarán, Y Mis siervos morarán allí.

I will bring children from Jacob, and one out of Judah who will have My mountains for a gift. They will be given to My chosen ones, and My servants will live there.

10 S arón será pastizal (redil) para ovejas, Y el Valle de Acor para lugar de descanso de vacas, Para Mi pueblo que Me busca.

Sharon will become a field for flocks. And the valley of Achor will be a resting place for herds, for My people who look for Me.

11 P ero ustedes que abandonan al Señor, Que olvidan Mi santo monte, Que ponen mesa para el dios de la Fortuna, Y que preparan vino mezclado para el dios del Destino,

But you who turn away from the Lord, who forget My holy mountain, who set a table for the false god, Gad, and who fill cups of mixed wine for the false female goddess, Meni,

12 Y o los destinaré a la espada, Y todos ustedes se encorvarán para la matanza. Porque llamé, pero no respondieron, Hablé, pero no oyeron; Hicieron lo malo ante Mis ojos Y escogieron aquello que no me complacía.”

I will have your future be the sword. All of you will bow down to be killed. Because when I called, you did not answer. I spoke, but you did not hear. You did what was sinful in My eyes, and chose what did not please Me.”

13 P or tanto, así dice el Señor Dios: “Ciertamente Mis siervos comerán, pero ustedes tendrán hambre. Mis siervos beberán, pero ustedes tendrán sed. Mis siervos se alegrarán, pero ustedes serán avergonzados;

So the Lord God says, “See, My servants will eat, but you will be hungry. See, My servants will drink, but you will be thirsty. See, My servants will be glad, but you will be put to shame.

14 M is siervos darán gritos de júbilo con corazón alegre, Pero ustedes clamarán con corazón triste, Y con espíritu quebrantado gemirán.

See, My servants will call out for joy with a glad heart. But you will cry out with pain in your heart and with a broken spirit.

15 Y dejarán su nombre como maldición a Mis escogidos. El Señor Dios te matará, Pero Mis siervos serán llamados por otro nombre.

And you will leave your name as a curse for My chosen ones. The Lord God will kill you, but My servants will be called by another name.

16 P orque el que es bendecido en la tierra, Será bendecido por el Dios de la verdad; Y el que jura en la tierra, Jurará por el Dios de la verdad. Porque han sido olvidadas las angustias primeras, Y porque están ocultas a Mis ojos.

Anyone who has good things come to him in the land will have good things come to him by the God of truth. And he who makes a promise in the land will promise by the God of truth. The troubles of the past are forgotten, and are hidden from My eyes. New Heavens and a New Earth

17 P or tanto, Yo creo cielos nuevos y una tierra nueva, Y no serán recordadas las cosas primeras ni vendrán a la memoria.

“For, see, I will make new heavens and a new earth. The past things will not be remembered or come to mind.

18 P ero gócense y regocíjense para siempre en lo que Yo voy a crear; pues voy a crear a Jerusalén para regocijo, Y a su pueblo para júbilo.

But be glad and have joy forever in what I make. For see, I make Jerusalem for joy, and her people for happiness.

19 M e regocijaré por Jerusalén y Me gozaré por Mi pueblo. No se oirá más en ella Voz de lloro ni voz de clamor.

I will have joy in Jerusalem and be glad in My people. The voice of crying will no longer be heard in it, or the cry of trouble.

20 N o habrá más allí niño que viva pocos días, Ni anciano que no complete sus días. Porque el joven morirá a los cien años, Y el que no alcance los cien años Será considerado maldito.

No more will there be in it a child who lives only a few days, or an old man who does not live many years. For the child will live to be a hundred years old. And the one who does not live a hundred years will be thought to be cursed.

21 C onstruirán casas y las habitarán, También plantarán viñas y comerán su fruto.

They will build houses and live in them. They will plant grapes and eat their fruit.

22 N o edificarán para que otro habite, Ni plantarán para que otro coma; Porque como los días de un árbol, así serán los días de Mi pueblo, Y Mis escogidos disfrutarán de la obra de sus manos.

They will not build a house and another live in it. They will not plant and another eat. For My people will live a long time, like the days of a tree. And for a long time My chosen ones will enjoy the work of their hands.

23 N o trabajarán en vano, Ni darán a luz para desgracia, Porque son la simiente de los benditos del Señor, Ellos, y sus vástagos con ellos.

They will not work for nothing, or give birth to children and have trouble. For they will be the children of those who receive good from the Lord, and their children with them.

24 Y sucederá que antes que ellos clamen, Yo responderé; aún estarán hablando, y Yo habré oído.

And it will be before they call, I will answer. While they are still speaking, I will hear.

25 E l lobo y el cordero pastarán juntos, y el león, como el buey, comerá paja, y para la serpiente el polvo será su alimento. No harán mal ni dañarán en todo Mi santo monte,” dice el Señor.

The wolf and the lamb will eat together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. And dust will be the snake’s food. They will not hurt or destroy in all My holy mountain,” says the Lord.
