1 O n the third day there was a wedding at Cana of Galilee, and the mother of Jesus was there.

Maalintii saddexaad waxaa Kaana tii Galili jiray aroos, Ciise hooyadiisna halkaasay joogtay.

2 J esus also was invited with His disciples to the wedding.

Waxaana arooska loogu yeedhay Ciise iyo xertiisii.

3 A nd when the wine was all gone, the mother of Jesus said to Him, They have no more wine!

Markii khamrigu dhammaaday Ciise hooyadiis waxay isaga ku tidhi, Khamri ma ay qabaan.

4 J esus said to her, '> Dear] woman, what is that to you and to Me? My time (hour to act) has not yet come.

Markaasaa Ciise wuxuu iyada ku yidhi, Islaan yahay, aniga iyo adiga maxaa inoo dhexeeya? Saacaddaydu weli ma iman.

5 H is mother said to the servants, Whatever He says to you, do it.

Kolkaasaa hooyadiis waxay midiidinyadii ku tidhi, Wax kastuu idinku yidhaahdo, yeela.

6 N ow there were six waterpots of stone standing there, as the Jewish custom of purification (ceremonial washing) demanded, holding twenty to thirty gallons apiece.

Meeshaas waxaa yiil lix ashuun oo dhagax ah, oo loo dhigay caadada Yuhuudda oo daahirinta, mid kastaana wuxuu qaadi jiray qiyaas laba ama saddex metritas.

7 J esus said to them, Fill the waterpots with water. So they filled them up to the brim.

Markaasaa Ciise wuxuu ku yidhi, Ashuummada biyo ka buuxiya, goortaasay buuxiyeen ilaa girgirka.

8 T hen He said to them, Draw some out now and take it to the manager of the feast. So they took him some.

Kolkaasuu wuxuu ku yidhi, Ka soo dhura oo u geeya ka miiska arooska madaxda u ah, wayna u geeyeen.

9 A nd when the manager tasted the water just now turned into wine, not knowing where it came from—though the servants who had drawn the water knew—he called the bridegroom

Kii madaxda ahaa markuu dhadhamiyey biyihii khamriga noqday ma uu ogayn meel ay ka yimaadeen, laakiin midiidinyadii oo soo dhuray way ogaayeen; markaasaa kii madaxda ahaa u yeedhay ninkii arooska ahaa,

10 A nd said to him, Everyone else serves his best wine first, and when people have drunk freely, then he serves that which is not so good; but you have kept back the good wine until now!

oo ku yidhi, Nin kastaa marka hore wuxuu soo saaraa khamriga wanaagsan, oo markay u cabbaan siday doonayaan dabadeedna ayuu keenaa kan liita; adiguse khamriga wanaagsan ilaa haddeer ayaad dib u dhigtay.

11 T his, the first of His signs (miracles, wonderworks), Jesus performed in Cana of Galilee, and manifested His glory, and His disciples believed in Him.

Calaamooyinka Ciise tii ugu horraysay waxay ahayd tan uu ku sameeyey Kaana tii Galili, oo wuxuu ku muujiyey ammaantiisii, xertiisiina way rumaysteen.

12 A fter that He went down to Capernaum with His mother and brothers and disciples, and they stayed there only a few days.

Waxaas dabadeed wuxuu tegey Kafarna'um, waxaana la socday hooyadiis iyo walaalihiis iyo xertiisii, oo maalmo aan badnayn ayay meeshaas joogeen. Ciise Macbudkuu Nadiifiyey

13 N ow the Passover of the Jews was approaching, so Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Iiddii Kormaridda oo Yuhuudda waa dhowayd, oo Ciisena wuxuu u kacay Yeruusaalem.

14 T here He found in the temple '> enclosure] those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money changers sitting there.

Wuxuu macbudka ku arkay kuwa ku iibinaya dibiyo iyo ido iyo qoolleyo, iyo kuwa fadhiya oo lacagta bedbeddelaya.

15 A nd having made a lash (a whip) of cords, He drove them all out of the temple '> enclosure]—both the sheep and the oxen—spilling and scattering the brokers’ money and upsetting and tossing around their trays (their stands).

Markaasuu xadhko karbaash ka sameeyey, kulligoodna ayuu macbudka ka eryay, dibiyada iyo idaha labadaba, lacagtiina wuu ka daadiyey kuwii bedbeddelayay, miisaskoodiina wuu rogay.

16 T hen to those who sold the doves He said, Take these things away (out of here)! Make not My Father’s house a house of merchandise (a marketplace, a sales shop)!

Kuwii qoolleyaha iibinayayna wuxuu ku yidhi, Waxyaalahan halkan ka qaada. Guriga Aabbahay ha ka dhigina guri baayacmushtari.

17 A nd His disciples remembered that it is written, Zeal (the fervor of love) for Your house will eat Me up.

Xertiisii waxay xusuusteen in la qoray. Qiiradaan gurigaaga u qabo ayaa i gubaysa.

18 T hen the Jews retorted, What sign can You show us, seeing You do these things?

Sidaa aawadeed Yuhuuddu waa u jawaabtay oo ku tidhi isaga, Calaamadee baad na tusaysaa waxaad waxyaalahaas u samaynayso?

19 J esus answered them, Destroy (undo) this temple, and in three days I will raise it up again.

Ciisena waa u jawaabay oo ku yidhi, Macbudkan dumiya, oo saddex maalmood dabadeed ayaan kicin doonaa.

20 T hen the Jews replied, It took forty-six years to build this temple (sanctuary), and will You raise it up in three days?

Yuhuuddu haddaba waxay yidhaahdeen, Lix iyo afartan sannadood ayaa macbudkan la dhisayay, adiguna ma waxaad ku kicinaysaa saddex maalmood?

21 B ut He had spoken of the temple which was His body.

Isaguse wuxuu ka hadlayay macbudka jidhkiisa ah.

22 W hen therefore He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He said this. And so they believed and trusted and relied on the Scripture and the word (message) Jesus had spoken.

Sidaa aawadeed markuu ka soo sara kacay kuwii dhintay, xertiisii way soo xusuusteen inuu taas ka hadlay, wayna rumaysteen Qorniinka iyo hadalkii Ciise yidhi.

23 B ut when He was in Jerusalem during the Passover Feast, many believed in His name after seeing His signs (wonders, miracles) which He was doing.

Markuu Yeruusaalem joogay wakhtigii Iiddii Kormaridda dad badan ayaa magiciisa rumaystay markay arkeen calaamooyinkuu sameeyey.

24 B ut Jesus did not trust Himself to them, because He knew all;

Laakiin Ciise qudhiisu iskuma hallayn iyaga, waayo dadka oo dhan ayuu yiqiin,

25 A nd He did not need anyone to bear witness concerning man, for He Himself knew what was in human nature.

oo uma baahnayn in laga marag furo dadka, waayo, isaga qudhiisu waa yiqiin waxa dadka ku jira.
