1 I am the True Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser.

2 A ny branch in Me that does not bear fruit He cuts away (trims off, takes away); and He cleanses and repeatedly prunes every branch that continues to bear fruit, to make it bear more and richer and more excellent fruit.

3 Y ou are cleansed and pruned already, because of the word which I have given you.

Durba waad nadiifsan tihiin hadalkaan idinkula hadlay daraaddiis.

4 D well in Me, and I will dwell in you. Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.

Igu jira, anna aan idinku jiree. Sida laantu keligeed aanay midho u dhali karin haddaanay geedka canabka ah ku oollin, sidaas oo kale idinkuna ma dhali kartaan haddaydnan igu jirin.

5 I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me you can do nothing.

Anaa ah geedka canabka ah, idinna waxaad tihiin laamihii. Kii igu jira oo anna aan ku jiro, kaasaa midho badan dhala, maxaa yeelay, la'aantay waxba ma samayn kartaan.

6 I f a person does not dwell in Me, he is thrown out like a branch, and withers; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, and they are burned.

Qof uun hadduusan igu jirin waxaa loo tuuraa sida laan oo kale, waana qallalaa, markaasaa la ururiyaa, oo dabka lagu tuuraa, oo la gubaa.

7 I f you live in Me and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.

Haddaad igu jirtaan, oo ay erayadayduna idinku jiraan, weyddiista waxaad doonaysaanba, waana laydiin yeeli doonaa.

8 W hen you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.

Waxaa Aabbahay ku ammaanmaa inaad midho badan dhashaan, waxaadna noqon doontaan xertayda.

9 I have loved you, as the Father has loved Me; abide in My love '> continue in His love with Me].

Siduu Aabbuhu ii jeclaaday, ayaan anna idiin jeclaaday. Jacaylkayga ku sii jira.

10 I f you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love and live on in it, just as I have obeyed My Father’s commandments and live on in His love.

Haddaad qaynuunnadayda xajisaan, jacaylkaygaad ku jiri doontaan, sidaan qaynuunnada Aabbahay u xajiyey, oo aan jacaylkiisa ugu jiro.

11 I have told you these things, that My joy and delight may be in you, and that your joy and gladness may be of full measure and complete and overflowing.

Waxaan waxyaalahaas idiinkula hadlay in farxaddaydu idinku jirto, iyo inay farxaddiinnu buuxsanto.

12 T his is My commandment: that you love one another as I have loved you.

Kanu waa qaynuunkayga inaad isjeclaataan sidaan idiin jeclaaday.

13 N o one has greater love than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends.

Ninna ma leh jacayl kan ka weyn inuu nin naftiisa u bixiyo saaxiibbadiis.

14 Y ou are My friends if you keep on doing the things which I command you to do.

Saaxiibbaday baad tihiin haddaad yeeshaan waxaan idinku amro.

15 I do not call you servants (slaves) any longer, for the servant does not know what his master is doing (working out). But I have called you My friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from My Father.

Mar dambe addoommo idiinku yeedhi maayo, maxaa yeelay, addoonku garan maayo wuxuu sayidkiisu sameeyo, laakiin saaxiibbo waan idiinku yeedhay, maxaa yeelay, waxaan Aabbahay ka soo maqlay oo dhan ayaan idin ogeysiiyey.

16 Y ou have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed you, that you might go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit may be lasting, so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name '> presenting all that I Am ], He may give it to you.

17 T his is what I command you: that you love one another.

Waxyaalahaas ayaan idiinku amray inaad isjeclaataan. Dunida Iyo Ruuxa Runta

18 I f the world hates you, know that it hated Me before it hated you.

Dunidu hadday idin nebcaato, waad garanaysaan inay hortiin i nebcaatay.

19 I f you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world, but I have chosen (selected) you out of the world, the world hates (detests) you.

Haddaad kuwa dunida ahaan lahaydeen, dunidu kuweeda way jeclaan lahayd, laakiin kuwa dunida ma ihidin, waanse idinka doortay dunida, taas aawadeed dunidu way idin neceb tahay.

20 R emember that I told you, A servant is not greater than his master. If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My word and obeyed My teachings, they will also keep and obey yours.

Xusuusta hadalkaan idinku idhi, Addoon kama weyna sayidkiisa. Hadday i silciyeen, idinkana way idin silcin doonaan. Hadday hadalkayga xajiyeen, kiinnana way xajin doonaan.

21 B ut they will do all this to you because of My name and on My account, for they do not know or understand the One Who sent Me.

Laakiin waxyaalahaas oo dhan waxay idiinku samayn doonaan magacayga aawadii, maxaa yeelay, waxaanay garanayn kii i soo diray.

22 I f I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.

Haddaanan iman oo aanan la hadlin, dembi ma ay lahaadeen, laakiin hadda dembigooda marmarsiinyo uma haystaan.

23 W hoever hates Me also hates My Father.

Kii i neceb, waxaa kaluu neceb yahay Aabbahay.

24 I f I had not done (accomplished) among them the works which no one else ever did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have both seen and have hated both Me and My Father.

Haddaanan dhexdooda ku samayn shuqullada aan nin kale samayn, dembi ma ay lahaadeen, haddase aniga iyo Aabbahayba way na arkeen oo na nebcaadeen.

25 B ut that the word written in their Law might be fulfilled, They hated Me without a cause.

Laakiin sidaas waxay u noqotay inuu dhammaado hadalka sharcigooda ku qorani, Way ii nebcaadeen sababla'aan.

26 B ut when the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) comes, Whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth Who comes (proceeds) from the Father, He will testify regarding Me.

Laakiin markuu yimaado Gargaaraha oo aan xagga Aabbaha ka soo diri doono, isagoo ah Ruuxa runta oo xagga Aabbaha ka soo baxa, ayuu ii marag furi doonaa.

27 B ut you also will testify and be My witnesses, because you have been with Me from the beginning.

Idinkuna waad marag furi doontaan, waayo, tan iyo bilowgii waad ila jirteen.
