1 A Ti, oh Señor, elevo mi alma.

Unto You, O Lord, do I bring my life.

2 D ios mío, en Ti confío; No sea yo avergonzado, Que no se regocijen sobre mí mis enemigos.

O my God, I trust, lean on, rely on, and am confident in You. Let me not be put to shame or be disappointed; let not my enemies triumph over me.

3 C iertamente ninguno de los que esperan en Ti será avergonzado; Sean avergonzados los que sin causa se rebelan.

Yes, let none who trust and wait hopefully and look for You be put to shame or be disappointed; let them be ashamed who forsake the right or deal treacherously without cause.

4 S eñor, muéstrame Tus caminos, Enséñame Tus sendas.

Show me Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths.

5 G uíame en Tu verdad y enséñame, Porque Tú eres el Dios de mi salvación; En Ti espero todo el día.

Guide me in Your truth and faithfulness and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You do I wait all the day long.

6 A cuérdate, oh Señor, de Tu compasión y de Tus misericordias, Que son eternas.

Remember, O Lord, Your tender mercy and loving-kindness; for they have been ever from of old.

7 N o Te acuerdes de los pecados de mi juventud ni de mis transgresiones; Acuérdate de mí conforme a Tu misericordia, Por Tu bondad, oh Señor.

Remember not the sins (the lapses and frailties) of my youth or my transgressions; according to Your mercy and steadfast love remember me, for Your goodness’ sake, O Lord.

8 B ueno y recto es el Señor; Por tanto, El muestra a los pecadores el camino.

Good and upright is the Lord; therefore will He instruct sinners in way.

9 D irige a los humildes en la justicia, Y enseña a los humildes su camino.

He leads the humble in what is right, and the humble He teaches His way.

10 T odas las sendas del Señor son misericordia y verdad Para aquéllos que guardan Su pacto y Sus testimonios.

All the paths of the Lord are mercy and steadfast love, even truth and faithfulness are they for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.

11 O h Señor, por amor de Tu nombre, Perdona mi iniquidad, porque es grande.

For Your name’s sake, O Lord, pardon my iniquity and my guilt, for great.

12 ¿ Quién es el hombre que teme al Señor ? El le instruirá en el camino que debe escoger.

Who is the man who reverently fears and worships the Lord? Him shall He teach in the way that he should choose.

13 E n prosperidad habitará su alma, Y su descendencia poseerá la tierra.

He himself shall dwell at ease, and his offspring shall inherit the land.

14 L os secretos del Señor son para los que Le temen, Y El les dará a conocer Su pacto.

The secret of the Lord have they who fear (revere and worship) Him, and He will show them His covenant and reveal to them its meaning.

15 D e continuo están mis ojos hacia el Señor, Porque El sacará mis pies de la red.

My eyes are ever toward the Lord, for He will pluck my feet out of the net.

16 V uélvete a mí y tenme piedad, Porque estoy solitario y afligido.

turn to me and be gracious to me, for I am lonely and afflicted.

17 L as angustias de mi corazón han aumentado; Sácame de mis congojas.

The troubles of my heart are multiplied; bring me out of my distresses.

18 M ira mi aflicción y mis trabajos, Y perdona todos mis pecados.

Behold my affliction and my pain and forgive all my sins.

19 M ira mis enemigos, que son muchos, Y con odio violento me detestan.

Consider my enemies, for they abound; they hate me with cruel hatred.

20 G uarda mi alma y líbrame; No sea yo avergonzado, porque en Ti me refugio.

O keep me, Lord, and deliver me; let me not be ashamed or disappointed, for my trust and my refuge are in You.

21 L a integridad y la rectitud me preserven, Porque en Ti espero.

Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for and expect You.

22 O h Dios, redime a Israel De todas sus angustias.

Redeem Israel, O God, out of all their troubles.
