29 t hey joined with their brothers, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God’s law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of Yahweh our Lord, and his ordinances and his statutes;

¶ Fortificados con sus hermanos, sus nobles, vinieron en juramento de maldición de que andarían en la ley de Dios, que fue dada por mano de Moisés, siervo de Dios; y que guardarían y pondrían por obra todos los mandamientos del SEÑOR nuestro Señor, sus juicios y sus estatutos;

30 a nd that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

y que no daríamos nuestras hijas a los pueblos de la tierra, ni tomaríamos sus hijas para nuestros hijos.

31 a nd if the peoples of the land bring wares or any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy of them on the Sabbath, or on a holy day; and that we would forego the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.

Asimismo, que si los pueblos de la tierra trajeren a vender mercaderías y comestibles en día de sábado, nada tomaríamos de ellos en sábado, ni en día santo; y que dejaríamos el año séptimo, y remitiríamos toda deuda.

32 A lso we made ordinances for ourselves, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;

Impusímonos además por ley el cargo de contribuir cada año con la tercera parte de un siclo, para la obra de la Casa de nuestro Dios;

33 f or the show bread, and for the continual meal offering, and for the continual burnt offering, for the Sabbaths, for the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.

para el pan de la proposición, y para la ofrenda continua, y para el holocausto continuo, y de los sábados, de las nuevas lunas, y de las fiestas señaladas, y para las santificaciones y para las expiaciones de pecado para reconciliar a Israel, y para toda la obra de la Casa de nuestro Dios.

34 W e cast lots, the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, according to our fathers’ houses, at times appointed, year by year, to burn on the altar of Yahweh our God, as it is written in the law;

Echamos también las suertes, los sacerdotes, los levitas, y el pueblo, acerca de la ofrenda de la leña, para traerla a la Casa de nuestro Dios, según las casas de nuestros padres, en los tiempos determinados cada año, para quemar sobre el altar de nuestro Dios, como está escrito en la ley.

35 a nd to bring the first fruits of our ground, and the first fruits of all fruit of all kinds of trees, year by year, to Yahweh’s house;

Y que cada año traeríamos las primicias de nuestra tierra, y las primicias de todo fruto de todo árbol cada año, a la Casa del SEÑOR.

36 a lso the firstborn of our sons, and of our livestock, as it is written in the law, and the firstborn of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, to the priests who minister in the house of our God;

Asimismo los primogénitos de nuestros hijos y de nuestras bestias, como está escrito en la ley; y que traeríamos los primogénitos de nuestras vacas y de nuestras ovejas a la Casa de nuestro Dios, a los sacerdotes que ministran en la Casa de nuestro Dios.

37 a nd that we should bring the first fruits of our dough, and our wave offerings, and the fruit of all kinds of trees, the new wine and the oil, to the priests, to the rooms of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground to the Levites; for they, the Levites, take the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.

Que traeríamos también las primicias de nuestras masas, y de nuestras ofrendas, y del fruto de todo árbol, del vino y del aceite, a los sacerdotes, a las cámaras de la Casa de nuestro Dios, y el diezmo de nuestra tierra a los levitas; y que los levitas recibirían las décimas de nuestras labores en todas las ciudades.

38 T he priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes to the house of our God, to the rooms, into the treasure house.

Y que estaría el sacerdote hijo de Aarón con los levitas, cuando los levitas recibirían el diezmo; y que los levitas ofrecerían el diezmo del diezmo en la Casa de nuestro Dios, a las cámaras en la casa del tesoro.

39 F or the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the wave offering of the grain, of the new wine, and of the oil, to the rooms, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests who minister, and the porters, and the singers. We will not forsake the house of our God.

Porque a las cámaras han de llevar los hijos de Israel y los hijos de Leví la ofrenda del grano, del vino, y del aceite; y allí estarán los vasos del santuario, y los sacerdotes que ministran, los porteros, y los cantores; y no abandonaremos la Casa de nuestro Dios.
