1 ¶ Make a joyful noise unto the LORD all the earth.

(Un psalm de laudă.) Strigaţi de bucurie către Domnul, toţi locuitorii pămîntului!

2 S erve the LORD with gladness; come before his presence with joy.

Slujiţi Domnului cu bucurie, veniţi cu veselie înaintea Lui.

3 K now ye that the LORD he is God; it is he that has made us and not we ourselves; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.

Să ştiţi că Domnul este Dumnezeu! El ne -a făcut, ai Lui sîntem: noi sîntem poporul Lui şi turma păşunei Lui.

4 E nter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his courts with praise; be thankful unto him and bless his name.

Intraţi cu laude pe porţile Lui, intraţi cu cîntări în curţile Lui! Lăudaţi -L şi binecuvîntaţi -I Numele.

5 F or the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endures to all generations.

Căci Domnul este bun; bunătatea Lui ţine în veci, şi credincioşia Lui din neam în neam.
