1 E n cuanto a la ofrenda para los santos, haced vosotros también de la manera que ordené en las iglesias de Galacia.

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I directed the assemblies of Galatia, so do ye do also.

2 C ada primer día de la semana cada uno de vosotros ponga aparte algo, según haya prosperado, guardándolo, para que cuando yo llegue no se recojan entonces ofrendas.

On first of week let each of you put by at home, laying up whatever he may have prospered, that there may be no collections when I come.

3 Y cuando haya llegado, a quienes hubiereis designado por carta, a éstos enviaré para que lleven vuestro donativo a Jerusalén.

And when I am arrived, whomsoever ye shall approve, these I will send with letters to carry your bounty to Jerusalem:

4 Y si fuere propio que yo también vaya, irán conmigo. Planes de Pablo

and if it be suitable that I also should go, they shall go with me.

5 I ré a vosotros, cuando haya pasado por Macedonia, pues por Macedonia tengo que pasar.

But I will come to you when I shall have gone through Macedonia; for I do go through Macedonia.

6 Y podrá ser que me quede con vosotros, o aun pase el invierno, para que vosotros me encaminéis a donde haya de ir.

But perhaps I will stay with you, or even winter with you, that ye may set me forward wheresoever I may go.

7 P orque no quiero veros ahora de paso, pues espero estar con vosotros algún tiempo, si el Señor lo permite.

For I will not see you now in passing, for I hope to remain a certain time with you, if the Lord permit.

8 P ero estaré en Efeso hasta Pentecostés;

But I remain in Ephesus until Pentecost.

9 p orque se me ha abierto puerta grande y eficaz, y muchos son los adversarios.

For a great door is opened to me and an effectual, and adversaries many.

10 Y si llega Timoteo, mirad que esté con vosotros con tranquilidad, porque él hace la obra del Señor así como yo.

Now if Timotheus come, see that he may be with you without fear; for he works the work of the Lord, even as I.

11 P or tanto, nadie le tenga en poco, sino encaminadle en paz, para que venga a mí, porque le espero con los hermanos.

Let not therefore any one despise him; but set him forward in peace, that he may come to me; for I expect him with the brethren.

12 A cerca del hermano Apolos, mucho le rogué que fuese a vosotros con los hermanos, mas de ninguna manera tuvo voluntad de ir por ahora; pero irá cuando tenga oportunidad. Salutaciones finales

Now concerning the brother Apollos, I begged him much that he would go to you with the brethren; but it was not at all will to go now; but he will come when he shall have good opportunity.

13 V elad, estad firmes en la fe; portaos varonilmente, y esforzaos.

Be vigilant; stand fast in the faith; quit yourselves like men; be strong.

14 T odas vuestras cosas sean hechas con amor.

Let all things ye do be done in love.

15 H ermanos, ya sabéis que la familia de Estéfanas es las primicias de Acaya, y que ellos se han dedicado al servicio de los santos.

But I beseech you, brethren, (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the first-fruits of Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the saints for service,)

16 O s ruego que os sujetéis a personas como ellos, y a todos los que ayudan y trabajan.

that ye should also be subject to such, and to every one joined in the work and labouring.

17 M e regocijo con la venida de Estéfanas, de Fortunato y de Acaico, pues ellos han suplido vuestra ausencia.

But I rejoice in the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus; because they have supplied what was lacking on your part.

18 P orque confortaron mi espíritu y el vuestro; reconoced, pues, a tales personas.

For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: own therefore such.

19 L as iglesias de Asia os saludan. Aquila y Priscila, con la iglesia que está en su casa, os saludan mucho en el Señor.

The assemblies of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla, with the assembly in their house, salute you much in Lord.

20 O s saludan todos los hermanos. Saludaos los unos a los otros con ósculo santo.

All the brethren salute you. Salute one another with a holy kiss.

21 Y o, Pablo, os escribo esta salutación de mi propia mano.

The salutation of Paul with my own hand.

22 E l que no amare al Señor Jesucristo, sea anatema. El Señor viene.

If any one love not the Lord let him be Anathema Maranatha.

23 L a gracia del Señor Jesucristo esté con vosotros.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ with you.

24 M i amor en Cristo Jesús esté con todos vosotros. Amén.
