1 H abló Jehová a Moisés y a Aarón, y les dijo:

The Lord said to Moses and Aaron,

2 « Los hijos de Israel acamparán alrededor del Tabernáculo de reunión, cada uno junto a su bandera, bajo las enseñas de las casas de sus padres.

The Israelites shall encamp, each by his own standard or banner with the ensign of his father’s house, opposite the Tent of Meeting and facing it on every side.

3 » Estos acamparán al frente, hacia el este: la bandera del campamento de Judá, según el orden de sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Judá era Naasón hijo de Aminadab.

On the east side toward the sunrise shall they of the standard of the camp of Judah encamp by their companies; Nahshon son of Amminadab being the leader of the sons of Judah.

4 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: setenta y cuatro mil seiscientos hombres.

Judah’s host as numbered totaled 74, 600.

5 J unto a él acamparán los de la tribu de Isacar. El jefe de los hijos de Isacar era Natanael hijo de Zuar.

Next to Judah the tribe of Issachar shall encamp, Nethanel son of Zuar being the leader of the sons of Issachar.

6 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cincuenta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos hombres.

Issachar’s host as numbered totaled 54, 400.

7 T ambién acampará la tribu de Zabulón. El jefe de los hijos de Zabulón era Eliab hijo de Helón.

Then the tribe of Zebulun, Eliab son of Helon being the leader of the sons of Zebulun.

8 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cincuenta y siete mil cuatrocientos.

Zebulun’s host as numbered totaled 57, 400.

9 T odos los censados en el campamento de Judá, ciento ochenta y seis mil cuatrocientos hombres, marcharán delante según el orden de sus ejércitos.

All these numbered in the camp of Judah totaled 186, 400. They shall set forth first.

10 » La bandera del campamento de Rubén estará al sur, según el orden de sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Rubén era Elisur hijo de Sedeur.

On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben by their companies, the leader of the sons of Reuben being Elizur son of Shedeur.

11 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cuarenta y seis mil quinientos.

Reuben’s host as numbered totaled 46, 500.

12 A camparán junto a él los de la tribu de Simeón. El jefe de los hijos de Simeón era Selumiel hijo de Zurisadai.

Those who encamp next to Reuben shall be the tribe of Simeon, the leader of the sons of Simeon being Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai.

13 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cincuenta y nueve mil trescientos.

Simeon’s host as numbered totaled 59, 300.

14 T ambién acampará la tribu de Gad. El jefe de los hijos de Gad era Eliasaf hijo de Reuel.

Then the tribe of Gad, the leader of the sons of Gad being Eliasaph son of Reuel (Deuel).

15 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cuarenta y cinco mil seiscientos cincuenta.

Gad’s host as numbered totaled 45, 650.

16 T odos los censados en el campamento de Rubén, ciento cincuenta y un mil cuatrocientos cincuenta, marcharán los segundos según el orden de sus ejércitos.

The whole number in the camp of Reuben was 151, 450. They shall take second place.

17 » Luego irá el Tabernáculo de reunión, con el campamento de los levitas, en medio de los campamentos. En el orden en que acamparon, así marchará cada uno junto a su bandera.

Then the Tent of Meeting shall set out, with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; as they encamp so shall they set forward, every man in his place, standard after standard.

18 » Al occidente, la bandera del campamento de Efraín, según el orden de sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Efraín era Elisama hijo de Amiud.

On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim by their companies, the leader of the sons of Ephraim being Elishama son of Ammihud.

19 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cuarenta mil quinientos.

Ephraim’s host as numbered totaled 40, 500.

20 J unto a él estará la tribu de Manasés. El jefe de los hijos de Manasés era Gamaliel hijo de Pedasur.

Beside Ephraim shall be the tribe of Manasseh, the leader of the sons of Manasseh being Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.

21 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: treinta y dos mil doscientos.

Manasseh’s host as numbered totaled 32, 200.

22 T ambién acampará la tribu de Benjamín. El jefe de los hijos de Benjamín era Abidán hijo de Gedeoni.

Then the tribe of Benjamin, the leader of the sons of Benjamin being Abidan son of Gideoni.

23 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: treinta y cinco mil cuatrocientos.

Benjamin’s host as numbered totaled 35, 400.

24 T odos los censados en el campamento de Efraín, ciento ocho mil cien hombres, marcharán los terceros según el orden de sus ejércitos.

The whole number in the camp of Ephraim totaled 108, 100. They shall go forward in third place.

25 » La bandera del campamento de Dan estará al norte, según el orden de sus ejércitos. El jefe de los hijos de Dan era Ahiezer hijo de Amisadai.

The standard of the camp of Dan shall be on the north side by their companies, the leader of the sons of Dan being Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai.

26 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: sesenta y dos mil setecientos.

Dan’s host as numbered totaled 62, 700.

27 J unto a él acamparán los de la tribu de Aser. El jefe de los hijos de Aser era Pagiel hijo de Ocrán.

Encamped next to Dan shall be the tribe of Asher, the leader of the sons of Asher being Pagiel son of Ochran.

28 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cuarenta y un mil quinientos.

Asher’s host as numbered totaled 41, 500.

29 T ambién acampará la tribu de Neftalí. El jefe de los hijos de Neftalí era Ahira hijo de Enán.

Then the tribe of Naphtali, the leader of the sons of Naphtali being Ahira son of Enan.

30 S u cuerpo de ejército, según el censo: cincuenta y tres mil cuatrocientos.

Naphtali’s host as numbered totaled 53, 400.

31 T odos los censados en el campamento de Dan, ciento cincuenta y siete mil seiscientos, marcharán los últimos tras sus banderas.»

The whole number in the camp of Dan totaled 157, 600. They shall set out last, standard after standard.

32 É stos fueron los hijos de Israel censados según las casas de sus padres. Todos los registrados por campamentos, según el orden de sus ejércitos: seis cientos tres mil quinientos cincuenta.

These are the Israelites as numbered by their fathers’ houses. All in the camps who were numbered by their companies were 603, 550.

33 P ero los levitas no fueron contados entre los hijos de Israel, como Jehová lo mandó a Moisés.

But the Levites were not numbered with the Israelites, for so the Lord commanded Moses.

34 E hicieron los hijos de Israel conforme a todas las cosas que Jehová mandó a Moisés. Así acamparon bajo sus banderas, y así marcharon cada uno por sus familias, según las casas de sus padres.

Thus the Israelites did according to all the Lord commanded Moses; so they encamped by their standards, and so they set forward, everyone with his families, according to his father’s house.
