1 W ho has believed (trusted in, relied upon, and clung to) our message ? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been disclosed?

¿Quién ha creído a nuestro mensaje? ¿A quién se ha revelado el brazo del Señor ?

2 F or grew up before Him like a tender plant, and like a root out of dry ground; He has no form or comeliness, that we should look at Him, and no beauty that we should desire Him.

Creció delante de El como renuevo tierno, Como raíz de tierra seca. No tiene aspecto hermoso ni majestad Para que Lo miremos, Ni apariencia para que Lo deseemos.

3 H e was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him.

Fue despreciado y desechado de los hombres, Varón de dolores y experimentado en aflicción; Y como uno de quien los hombres esconden el rostro, Fue despreciado, y no Lo estimamos.

4 S urely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains, yet we considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God.

Ciertamente El llevó nuestras enfermedades, Y cargó con nuestros dolores. Con todo, nosotros Lo tuvimos por azotado, Por herido de Dios y afligido.

5 B ut He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes Him we are healed and made whole.

Pero El fue herido (traspasado) por nuestras transgresiones, Molido por nuestras iniquidades. El castigo, por nuestra paz, cayó sobre El, Y por Sus heridas (llagas) hemos sido sanados.

6 A ll we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all.

Todos nosotros nos descarriamos como ovejas, Nos apartamos cada cual por su camino; Pero el Señor hizo que cayera sobre El La iniquidad de todos nosotros.

7 H e was oppressed, He was afflicted, He was submissive and opened not His mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth.

Fue oprimido y afligido, Pero no abrió Su boca. Como cordero que es llevado al matadero, Y como oveja que ante sus trasquiladores permanece muda, El no abrió Su boca.

8 B y oppression and judgment He was taken away; and as for His generation, who among them considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living for the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due?

Por opresión y juicio fue quitado; Y en cuanto a Su generación, ¿quién tuvo en cuenta Que El fuera cortado de la tierra de los vivientes Por la transgresión de mi pueblo, a quien correspondía la herida ?

9 A nd they assigned Him a grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in His death, although He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth.

Se dispuso con los impíos Su sepultura, Pero con el rico fue en Su muerte, Aunque no había hecho violencia, Ni había engaño en Su boca. La Exaltación del Siervo

10 Y et it was the will of the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief and made Him sick. When You and He make His life an offering for sin, He shall see His offspring, He shall prolong His days, and the will and pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.

Pero quiso el Señor Quebrantarlo, sometiéndo lo a padecimiento. Cuando El se entregue a sí mismo como ofrenda de expiación, Verá a Su descendencia, Prolongará Sus días, Y la voluntad del Señor en Su mano prosperará.

11 H e shall see of the travail of His soul and be satisfied; by His knowledge of Himself shall My righteous One, My Servant, justify many and make many righteous (upright and in right standing with God), for He shall bear their iniquities and their guilt.

Debido a la angustia de Su alma, El lo verá y quedará satisfecho. Por Su conocimiento, el Justo, Mi Siervo, justificará a muchos, Y cargará las iniquidades de ellos.

12 T herefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the mighty, because He poured out His life unto death, and be regarded as a criminal and be numbered with the transgressors; yet He bore the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors (the rebellious).

Por tanto, Yo Le daré parte con los grandes Y con los fuertes repartirá despojos, Porque derramó Su alma hasta la muerte Y con los transgresores fue contado; Llevó el pecado de muchos, E intercedió por los transgresores.
