1 I n the church in the city of Antioch there were preachers and teachers. They were Barnabas, Simeon Niger, Lucius of the country of Cyrene, Manaen of Herod’s family, and Saul.

Haddaba kiniisaddii Antiyokh ku tiil waxaa joogay nebiyo iyo macallimiin, kuwaas oo ahaa Barnabas, iyo Simecoon oo la odhan jiray Niger, iyo Lukiyos oo reer Kuranaya ah, iyo Mana'een oo la koray taliye Herodos, iyo Sawlos.

2 W hile they were worshiping the Lord and eating no food so they could pray better, the Holy Spirit said, “Let Barnabas and Saul be given to Me for the work I have called them to.” Paul and Barnabas Go to Antioch

Oo markay Rabbiga caabudayeen oo soomanaayeen ayaa Ruuxa Quduuska ahu wuxuu ku yidhi, Barnabas iyo Sawlos iigu sooca shuqulkii aan ugu yeedhay.

3 T hese preachers and teachers went without food during that time and prayed. Then they laid their hands on Barnabas and Saul and sent them away.

Markay soomeen oo duceeyeen oo gacmahoodii saareen dabadeed ayay direen iyagii. Barnabas Iyo Sawlos Oo Qubrus Jooga

4 T hey were sent by the Holy Spirit to the city of Seleucia. From there they went by ship to the island of Cyprus.

Haddaba iyagoo Ruuxa Quduuska ahu soo diray waxay tageen Selukiya; meeshaasna waxay uga dhoofeen Qubrus.

5 W hen they went to shore at the city of Salamis, they preached the Word of God in the Jewish place of worship. John Mark was with them as their helper.

Oo kolkay Salamis joogeen, ereygii Ilaah bay ku wacdiyeen sunagogyada Yuhuudda; oo Yooxanaa ayay kaaliye u haysteen.

6 T hey went over Cyprus as far as the city of Paphos. While there, they found a Jew who did witchcraft. He was a false preacher named Barjesus.

Oo kolkay gasiiraddii oo dhan dhex mareen ayay waxay yimaadeen Bafos, taas oo ay kala kulmeen nin saaxir ah oo ahaa nebi been ah oo Yuhuudi ah oo magiciisa la odhan jiray Barciise;

7 S ergius Paulus was the leader of the country and a man who knew much. Barjesus was with Sergius Paulus. Sergius Paulus asked Barnabas and Saul to come to him so he might hear the Word of God.

kaas oo la jiray taliye Sergiyos Bawlos oo ahaa nin garasha leh. Kaasu markuu u yeedhay Barnabas iyo Sawlos, wuxuu doonayay inuu ereyga Ilaah maqlo.

8 B ut Elymas (as he called himself), the man who did witchcraft, worked against Barnabas and Saul. He tried to keep the leader of the country from putting his trust in the Lord.

Laakiin waxaa iyagii ka hor istaagay saaxirka Elumas (oo sidaas magiciisa loo fasiri jiray), oo wuxuu isku dayayay inuu taliyihii ka leexiyo iimaanka.

9 S aul, whose other name was Paul, was full of the Holy Spirit. He looked at Elymas.

Laakiin Sawlos, oo ahaa Bawlos, kaasoo Ruuxa Quduuska ahu ka buuxsamay, ayaa aad u fiiriyey,

10 T hen Saul said, “You false preacher and trouble-maker! You son of the devil! You hate what is right! Will you always be turning people from the right ways of the Lord?

oo ku yidhi, Kaaga khiyaanada iyo xumaanta oo dhammu ka buuxsantay oo ah wiilka Ibliiska iyo cadowga xaqnimada oo dhan, miyaanad ka joogsanayn qalloocinta aad ku qalloocinaysid jidadka toosan oo Rabbiga?

11 A nd now look! The hand of the Lord is on you. You will become blind. For a time you will not be able to see the sun.” At once it became dark to Elymas, and he could not see. He asked people to take him by the hand to lead him from place to place.

Haddaba, bal eeg, gacanta Rabbigu waa ku saaran tahay, oo waad indha beeli doontaa, adigoo aan qorraxda arkayn intii wakhti ah. Kolkaasaa markiiba waxaa ku soo dhacday isagii ceeryaamo iyo gudcur; wuuna warwareegay oo doondoonay nin gacanta ku haga.

12 T he leader of the country put his trust in the Lord because he saw what had happened. He was surprised and wondered about the teaching of the Lord.

Kolkaasaa taliyihii, kolkuu arkay wixii dhacay, rumaystay, isagoo ka yaabsan Rabbiga waxbariddiisa. Bawlos Yuhuudduu Ku Dhex Wacdiyey Magaalada Antiyokh

13 P aul and those with him went by ship from Paphos to the city of Perga in the country of Pamphylia. John Mark did not go with them but went back to Jerusalem. Paul Preaches in Antioch

Haddaba Bawlos iyo kuwii la socday ayaa ka dhoofay Bafos, oo waxay yimaadeen Berga oo Bamfuliya ku jirta; markaasaa Yooxanaa ka tegey iyagii oo Yeruusaalem ku noqday.

14 F rom Perga they went on to the city of Antioch in the country of Pisidia. On the Day of Rest they went into the Jewish place of worship and sat down.

Laakiin iyagu kolkii ay ka tageen Berga waxay yimaadeen Antiyokh oo Bisidiya ku jirta; oo maalintii sabtidana sunagogga ayay galeen oo fadhiisteen.

15 A fter the leaders had read from the Jewish Law and the writings of the early preachers, they sent to them saying, “Brothers, if you have any word of comfort and help for the people, say it now.”

Markii sharcigii iyo nebiyadii la akhriyey dabadeed kuwii sunagogga u sarreeyey ayaa cid u soo diray iyagoo leh, Walaalayaalow, haddaad dadka u haysaan hadal waana ah, dhaha.

16 P aul got up. He raised his hand and said, “Jewish men and you who honor God, listen!

Markaasaa Bawlos istaagay isagoo gacan haadinaya, oo wuxuu yidhi. Nimanka reer binu Israa'iilow iyo kuwiinna Ilaah ka cabsadow, dhegaysta.

17 T he God of the Jews chose our early fathers and made them a great people during the time they lived in the land of Egypt. With a strong hand He took them out from there.

Ilaaha dadkan reer binu Israa'iil wuxuu doortay awowayaasheen, dadkana buu sarraysiiyey markay dhulka Masar degganaayeen, oo gacan taagan buuna kaga soo saaray iyagii.

18 F or about forty years He took care of them in the desert.

Oo wakhti abbaaraha afartan sannadood ah ayuu dabiicaddoodii ugu dulqaatay cidlada.

19 H e destroyed the people of seven nations in the land of Canaan. Then He divided the land and gave it to them as their own.

Oo markuu toddoba quruumood ka baabbi'iyey dhulka Kancaan dabadeed ayuu dhulkoodii dhaxal u siiyey iyagii abbaaraha afar boqol iyo konton sannadood;

20 F or about 450 years He let them have special leaders. They had these leaders until the time of Samuel.

waxyaalahaas dabadeedna wuxuu siiyey xaakinno ilaa nebi Samuu'eel.

21 Then they wanted a king. God gave them Saul who was the son of Kish from the family group of Benjamin. He was king forty years.

Dabadeed waxay weyddiisteen boqor, markaasaa Ilaah wuxuu iyagii siiyey Saa'uul ina Qiish oo ahaa nin reer Benyaamiin intii afartan sannadood ah.

22 W hen God took Saul as king from them, He made David to be their king. He said, ‘David, Jesse’s son, will please My heart. He will do all I want done.’

Kolkuu isagii boqortooyadii ka wareejiyeyna, wuxuu u kiciyey iyagii Daa'uud inuu boqorkooda noqdo; kaasoo uu u markhaati furay isagoo leh, Waxaan ogaaday Daa'uud oo ina Yesay ah inuu yahay nin ah sida qalbigaygu doonayo oo samayn doona waxaan doonayo oo dhan.

23 From this man’s family, God gave to the Jews the One Who saves from the punishment of sin as He had promised. He is Jesus.

Ninkan farcankiisii Ilaah siduu ballanqaaday ayuu Israa'iil ugaga keenay Badbaadiye kaasoo ah Ciise;

24 B efore Jesus came, John had preached to all the Jews that they should be baptized because they were sorry for their sins and turned from them.

oo intuusan imanba, Yooxanaa wuxuu dadka Israa'iil oo dhan hore ugu wacdiyey baabtiiska toobadda.

25 W hen John was near the end of his work, he asked, ‘Who do you think I am? I am not the Christ. No, but He is coming later and I am not good enough to get down and help Him take off His shoes!’

Oo intii Yooxanaa shuqulkiisa dhammaynayay, wuxuu yidhi, Yaad u malaynaysaan inaan ahay? Anigu isagii ma ihi. Laakiin, bal eega, waxaa iga daba imanaya mid aanan istaahilin inaan kabaha cagihiisa ka furo.

26 Men and brothers, sons of the family of Abraham, and all of you who honor God, listen! This news of being able to be saved from the punishment of sin has been sent to you.

Walaalayaalow, idinkoo ah farcankii Ibraahim iyo kuwa idinku dhex jira oo Ilaah ka cabsadow, innaga ayaa laynoo soo diray ereyga badbaadintan.

27 T he people of Jerusalem and their leaders did not know Him. They did not understand the words from the early preachers. These words were read to them every Day of Rest. But they did the very thing the early preachers had said they would do by handing Him over to die.

Waayo, kuwii Yeruusaalem joogay iyo taliyayaashoodii waa garan waayeen isaga iyo codadkii nebiyada oo sabti walba la akhriyi jiray, sidaas daraaddeed ayay waxyaalihii dhammeeyeen markay xukumeen isagii.

28 T hey could find no reason that He should die, but they asked Pilate to have Him killed.

Oo in kastoo ayan ka helin sabab lagu dilo, ayay waxay Bilaatos weyddiisteen in la dilo.

29 W hen everything was done that had been written about Him, they took Him down from the cross and laid Him in a grave.

Oo markay dhammeeyeen waxyaalihii laga qoray oo dhan, ayay geedkii ka soo dejiyeen oo xabaal geliyeen.

30 B ut God raised Him from the dead.

Laakiin Ilaah baa ka sara kiciyey kuwii dhintay,

31 F or many days He was seen by those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem. These are the ones who tell the people about Him.

oo maalmo badan waxaa isagii arkay kuwii kala yimid Galili ilaa Yeruusaalem kuwaasoo hadda ah markhaati furayaashiisii xagga dadka.

32 We bring you the Good News about the promise made to our early fathers.

Oo waxaannu idin keenaynaa war wanaagsan oo ku saabsan ballankii awowayaasheen loo ballanqaaday,

33 G od has finished this for us who are their children. He did this by raising Jesus from the dead. It is written in the second Psalm, ‘You are My Son. Today I have become Your Father.’

oo ah sidii Ilaah ballankaas ugu oofiyey carruurteenna markuu Ciise sara kiciyey, sida ay Sabuurka labaadna ugu qoran tahay. Waxaad tahay Wiilkayga, maantaan ku dhalay.

34 G od proved that Jesus was His Son by raising Him from the dead. He will never die again. He has said, ‘I will complete the promises made to David.’

Isagii buu ka sara kiciyey kuwii dhintay inuusan mar dambe qudhun ku noqon, sidaas daraaddeed ayuu sidan ku hadlay, isagoo leh, Waxaan idin siin doonaa barakooyinka runta ah oo Daa'uud loo ballanqaaday.

35 In another Psalm He says, ‘You will not allow Your Holy One to go back to dust!’

Saas aawadeed wuxuu Sabuur kale ku yidhi, Kaaga quduuska ah uma oggolaan doontid inuu qudhmo.

36 D avid was a good leader for the people of his day. He did what God wanted. Then he died and was put into a grave close to his father’s grave. His body went back to dust.

Maxaa yeelay, Daa'uud markuu qarnigiisa ugu shaqeeyey talada Ilaah dabadeed ayuu dhintay, waana lala xabaalay awowayaashiis, wuuna qudhmay;

37 B ut God raised this One (Christ) to life. He did not go back to dust.

laakiin kii Ilaah sara kiciyey, ma uu qudhmin.

38 Men and brothers, listen to this. You may be forgiven of your sins by this One I am telling you about.

Sidaas darteed, walaalayaalow, garta in ninkan xaggiisa dembidhaafka laydinkaga wacdiyey;

39 E veryone who puts his trust in Christ will be made right with God. You will be made free from those things the Law of Moses could not make you free from.

nin kasta oo isaga rumaystana xaq baa lagaga dhigay wax walba oo sharciga Muuse uusan xaq idinkaga dhigi karin.

40 B ut look out! The writings of the early preachers tell of many things that you do not want to happen to you.

Sidaas darteed iska jira inaanay idinku dhicin wixii nebiyadu sheegeen iyagoo leh,

41 Listen, you who doubt and laugh at the truth will die. I will do a work during your days. It will be a work that you will not believe even if someone tells you about it.’”

Bal eega, kuwiinnan wax quudhsadow, yaaba oo luma; Waayo, maalmihiinnii waxaan samaynayaa shuqul, Oo ah shuqul aydnaan rumaysan doonin, haddii laydiin sheego.

42 A s Paul and Barnabas went out of the Jewish place of worship, the people asked them to talk about these things on the next Day of Rest.

Kolkay baxayeen, dadkii waxay ka baryeen inay hadalladaas sabtida dambe kula hadlaan.

43 T he people went from the place of worship. Many Jews and others who had become Jews followed Paul and Barnabas as they talked to the Jews. They told them to keep on trusting in the loving-favor of God. Paul and Barnabas Go to the People Who Are Not Jews

Haddaba markii sunagogga laga tegey, kuwa badan oo Yuhuud ah iyo kuwa cibaadaysan oo Yuhuudda raacsan ayaa waxay raaceen Bawlos iyo Barnabas, kuwaas oo la hadlayay iyaga oo ku adkeeyey inay nimcada Ilaah ku sii wadaan. Rasuulladii Waxay U Jeesteen Dadka Aan Yuhuudda Ahayn

44 A lmost all of the people of the town came to hear the Word of God on the next Day of Rest.

Sabtida dambe ayaa magaaladii oo dhan in yar mooyaane isugu timid inay maqasho ereyga Ilaah.

45 T he Jews were filled with jealousy when they saw so many people. They spoke against the things Paul said by saying he was wrong. They also spoke against God.

Laakiin Yuhuuddu markay arkeen dadkii faraha badnaa, waxaa iyaga ka buuxsamay masayr, wayna beeneeyeen waxyaalihii Bawlos ku' hadlay, waana caayeen.

46 P aul and Barnabas said to the people in plain words, “We must preach the Word of God to you first. But because you put it aside, you are not good enough for life that lasts forever. So we will go to the people who are not Jews.

Haddaba Bawlos iyo Barnabas ayaa geesinimo ku hadlay iyagoo leh, Waxay ahayd lagama maarmaan in ereyga Ilaah markii hore idinka laydinkula hadlo. Laakiin idinku waad diiddeen, oo waxaad isku xukunteen sidii kuwo aan istaahilin nolosha weligeed ah, oo bal eega, sidaas aawadeed waxaannu u jeesanaynaa dadka aan Yuhuudda ahayn.

47 T he Lord gave us a work to do. He said, ‘You are to be a light to the people who are not Jews. You are to preach so that men over all the earth can be saved from the punishment of their sins.’”

Maxaa yeelay, sidaasaa Rabbigu nagu amray isagoo leh, Waxaan kaa dhigi doonaa iftiinka quruumaha, Inaad badbaadinta u noqotid ilaa meeshii dunida ugu fog.

48 T he people who were not Jews were glad when they heard this. They were thankful for the Word of God. Those who were chosen for life that lasts forever believed.

Haddaba markii dadkii aan Yuhuudda ahayn taas maqleen, ayay ku farxeen oo ereygii Ilaah ammaaneen; oo waxaana rumaystay kuwii nolosha weligeed ah loo dhigay.

49 T he Word of God was preached over all that land.

Ereygii Rabbigana waxaa lagu faafiyey waddankii oo dhan.

50 T he Jews worked on the feelings of the women who were religious and respected. They worked on the leading men of the city also. They worked against Paul and Barnabas and made them leave their city.

Laakiin Yuhuuddu waxay soo kiciyeen dumarkii cibaadada iyo sharafta lahaa iyo raggii madaxda magaalada ahaa, silec bayna Bawlos iyo Barnabas ku kiciyeen, oo soohdintoodii bay ka eryeen iyagii.

51 B ut Paul and Barnabas shook the dust off from their feet against them and went to the city of Iconium.

Laakiin markay siigadii cagahooda ka dhabaandhabeen, dabadeed ayay waxay yimaadeen Ikoniyon.

52 T he missionaries were filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.

Xertiina waxaa ka buuxsamay farxad iyo Ruuxa Quduuska ah.
