1 L evántese Dios, sean esparcidos sus enemigos y huyan de su presencia los que lo aborrecen.

¶ Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered; let those that hate him flee before him.

2 C omo es lanzado el humo, los disiparás; como se derrite la cera ante el fuego, así perecerán los impíos delante de Dios.

As smoke is driven away; so drive them away: as wax melts before the fire, so shall the wicked perish at the presence of God.

3 M as los justos se alegrarán; se gozarán delante de Dios y saltarán de alegría.

But the righteous shall be glad; they shall rejoice before God; they shall dance with joy.

4 C antad a Dios, cantad salmos a su nombre; exaltad al que cabalga sobre los cielos. Jah es su nombre: ¡alegraos delante de él!

Sing unto God, sing psalms unto his name; extol him that rides upon the heavens by his name JAH and rejoice before him.

5 P adre de huérfanos y defensor de viudas es Dios en su santa morada.

A father of the fatherless and a defender of the widows is God in his holy habitation.

6 D ios hace habitar en familia a los desamparados; saca a los cautivos a prosperidad; mas los rebeldes habitan en tierra árida.

God sets the solitary in families; he brings out those who are bound with chains, but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

7 C uando tú, Dios, saliste delante de tu pueblo, cuando anduviste por el desierto, Selah

¶ O God, when thou didst go forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:

8 l a tierra tembló y destilaron los cielos; ante la presencia de Dios, aquel Sinaí tembló, delante de Dios, del Dios de Israel.

The earth shook, the heavens also dropped their rain at the presence of God; even Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.

9 A bundante lluvia esparciste, oh Dios; a tu heredad exhausta tú la reanimaste.

Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, by which thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary.

10 L os que son de tu grey han morado en ella; por tu bondad, Dios, has provisto para el pobre.

Thy presence was in thy congregation; thou, O God, by thy goodness thou hast provided for the poor.

11 E l Señor daba la palabra, multitud de mujeres anunciaba las buenas nuevas:

The Lord shall give a word; great shall be the host of the evangelists thereof.

12 « ¡Huyeron, huyeron reyes de ejércitos!», y las mujeres que se quedaban en casa repartían los despojos.

Kings of armies fled apace, and she that dwells in the house divided the spoil.

13 B ien que quedasteis echados entre los tiestos, seréis como alas de paloma cubiertas de plata, y sus plumas de amarillez de oro.

Though ye be cast among the pots, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver and her feathers with yellow gold.

14 C uando esparció el Omnipotente a los reyes allí, fue como si hubiera nevado en el monte Salmón.

When the Almighty scattered the kings that were in her, she became white as the snow in Salmon.

15 M uy altos son los montes de Basán, altas son sus cimas.

¶ The mountain of Bashan is the mountain of God; the mountain of Bashan is a high mountain.

16 ¿ Por qué miráis con hostilidad, montes altos, al monte que deseó Dios para su morada? Ciertamente Jehová habitará en él para siempre.

Why leap ye, ye high mountains? This is the mountain which God desires to dwell in; yea, the LORD will dwell in it for ever.

17 L os carros de Dios se cuentan por veintenas de millares de millares; el Señor viene del Sinaí a su santuario.

The chariots of God are two thousand, thousands of angels; the Lord is among them as in Sinai, in the sanctuary.

18 S ubiste a lo alto, tomaste cautivos. Tomaste dones de los hombres, también de los rebeldes, para que habite entre ellos Jah Dios.

Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive; thou hast received gifts for men, yea, for the rebellious also that the LORD God might dwell among them.

19 ¡ Bendito sea el Señor! ¡Cada día nos colma de beneficios el Dios de nuestra salvación! Selah

Blessed be the Lord, who daily lades us with benefits, even the God of our saving health. Selah.

20 D ios, nuestro Dios, ha de salvarnos; de Jehová el Señor es el librar de la muerte.

He that is our God is the God of salvation, and unto GOD the Lord belongs the way of escape from death.

21 C iertamente Dios herirá la cabeza de sus enemigos, la testa cabelluda del que camina en sus pecados.

Surely God shall smite the head of his enemies, and the hairy scalp of such a one as goes on still in his trespasses.

22 E l Señor dijo: «De Basán te haré volver; de las profundidades del mar te haré volver,

¶ The Lord said, I will bring again from Bashan, I will bring my people again from the depths of the sea:

23 p orque tu pie se enrojecerá con la sangre de tus enemigos, y con ella la lengua de tus perros.»

Thy foot shall be dipped in the blood of thine enemies and the tongue of thy dogs in the same.

24 ¡ Vieron tus caminos, oh Dios; los caminos de mi Dios, de mi Rey, en el santuario!

They have seen thy ways, O God, even the ways of my God, my King, in the sanctuary.

25 L os cantores van delante, los músicos atrás; en medio, las doncellas con panderos.

The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after; in between them were the virgins playing with timbrels.

26 ¡ Bendecid a Dios en las congregaciones; al Señor, vosotros de la estirpe de Israel!

Bless ye God in the congregations, even the Lord, ye of the lineage of Israel.

27 A llí estaba el joven Benjamín, a la cabeza de ellos, los príncipes de Judá en su congregación, los príncipes de Zabulón, los príncipes de Neftalí.

There was little Benjamin as their ruler, the princes of Judah in their congregation, the princes of Zebulun and the princes of Naphtali.

28 T u Dios ha ordenado tu fuerza; confirma, Dios, lo que has hecho para nosotros.

Thy God has commanded thy strength; confirm, O God, that which thou hast wrought for us.

29 P or causa de tu Templo, en Jerusalén, los reyes te ofrecerán dones.

From thy temple in Jerusalem shall kings bring presents unto thee.

30 R eprime la reunión de gentes armadas, la multitud de toros con los becerros de los pueblos, hasta que todos se sometan con sus piezas de plata. ¡Esparce a los pueblos que se complacen en la guerra!

Reprehend the company of spearmen, the multitude of the strong, with the lords of the peoples, trampling them underfoot with their pieces of silver; Destroy thou the peoples that delight in war.

31 V endrán príncipes de Egipto; Etiopía se apresurará a extender sus manos hacia Dios.

Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.

32 ¡ Reinos de la tierra, cantad a Dios, cantad al Señor, Selah

¶ Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord Selah:

33 a l que cabalga sobre los cielos de los cielos, que son desde la antigüedad! Él hará oír su voz, su poderosa voz.

To him that rides upon the heavens of the heavens which were of old; behold, he shall send forth his voice, his mighty voice.

34 A tribuid el poder a Dios; sobre Israel es su magnificencia y su poder está en los cielos.

Ascribe ye strength unto God; his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.

35 T emible eres, Dios, desde tus santuarios. El Dios de Israel, él da fuerza y vigor a su pueblo. Bendito sea Dios.

O God, thou art terrible out of thy sanctuaries; the God of Israel is he that gives strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.
