Elam, the fifth, Jehohanan, the sixth, Elioenai, the seventh.

The sons of Obededom: Shemaiah, the firstborn, Jehozabad, the second, Joah, the third, and Sacar, the fourth, Nethaneel, the fifth,

5 e l sexto, Amiel, el séptimo, Isacar, el octavo, Peultai; porque Dios había bendecido a Obed-edom.

Ammiel, the sixth, Issachar, the seventh, Peulthai, the eighth; for God had blessed him.

6 T ambién de su hijo Semaías nacieron hijos que fueron señores sobre la casa de sus padres; porque eran hombres valerosos y esforzados.

Also unto Shemaiah, his son, were sons born, that ruled throughout the house of their fathers, for they were mighty men of valour.

7 L os hijos de Semaías: Otni, Rafael, Obed, Elzabad, y sus hermanos, hombres esforzados; asimismo Eliú y Samaquías.

The sons of Shemaiah: Othni, Rephael, Obed, Elzabad, and their brethren, strong men; likewise, Elihu and Semachiah.

8 T odos estos de los hijos de Obed-edom; ellos con sus hijos y sus hermanos, eran hombres robustos y fuertes para el servicio; sesenta y dos de Obed-edom.

All these of the sons of Obededom; they and their sons and their brethren, valiant men strong for the ministry, were sixty-two, of Obededom.

9 L os hijos de Meselemías y sus hermanos fueron dieciocho hombres valientes.

And Meshelemiah had sons and brethren, valiant men, eighteen.

Of Hosah, of the sons of Merari: Simri, the chief, (for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father made him the chief)

Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah, the third, Zechariah, the fourth; all the sons and brethren of Hosah were thirteen.

12 E ntre estos se hizo la distribución de los porteros, alternando los principales de los hombres en la guardia con sus hermanos, para servir en la casa de Jehová.

Among these were the divisions of the porters, even among the chief men, having wards one against another two by two, to minister in the house of the LORD.

13 E charon suertes, el pequeño con el grande, según sus casas paternas, para cada puerta.

And they cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to the houses of their fathers, for each gate.

14 P ara la puerta del oriente, la suerte cayó sobre Selemías. Echaron otra vez suertes y la parte norte le tocó a su hijo Zacarías, consejero entendido.

And the lot of the east fell to Shelemiah. Then for Zechariah, his son, a wise counsellor, they cast lots; and his lot came out for the north.

15 A Obed-edom le tocó la puerta del sur, y a sus hijos la casa de provisiones del Templo.

To Obededom towards the Negev; and to his sons the house of consultation.

16 P ara Supim y Hosa, la del occidente, la puerta de Salequet, en el camino de la subida. Las guardias se correspondían unas a otras:

To Shuppim and Hosah to the west, with the gate Shallecheth, by the causeway of the going up, ward against ward.

17 A l oriente seis levitas, al norte cuatro de día; al sur cuatro de día; y en la casa de provisiones de dos en dos.

To the east six Levites, to the north four by day, to the Negev four by day, and toward the house of the consultation two by two.

18 E n el atrio de los utensilios, al occidente, había cuatro para el camino, y dos para el atrio mismo.

At the chamber of the vessels to the west, four in the way and two in the chamber.

19 É stas son las distribuciones de los porteros, hijos de los coreítas y de los hijos de Merari.

These are the divisions of the porters among the sons of Kore and among the sons of Merari.

20 D e los levitas, Ahías estaba encargado de los tesoros de la casa de Dios y de los tesoros de las cosas santificadas.

¶ And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God and over the treasures of the holy things.

21 L os hijos de Laadán hijo de Gersón: tenían a los jehielitas por jefes de familia de Laadán, el gersonita.

As concerning the sons of Laadan; the sons of Gershon: of Laadan; chief fathers of Laadan were Gershon and Jehieli.

22 L os hijos de Jehieli, Zetam y su hermano Joel, estuvieron a cargo de los tesoros de la casa de Jehová.

The sons of Jehieli: Zetham and Joel, his brother, who were over the treasures of the house of the LORD.

23 D e entre los amramitas, de los izharitas, de los hebronitas y de los uzielitas,

Of the Amramites, and the Izharites, the Hebronites, and the Uzzielites,

24 S ebuel hijo de Gersón hijo de Moisés, era tesorero mayor.

Shebuel, the son of Gershon, the son of Moses, was ruler of the treasures.

25 E n cuanto a su hermano Eliezer, sus descendientes por línea directa fueron Rehabías, Jesaías, Joram, Zicri y Selomit.

And his brother Eliezer, Rehabiah, his son, Jeshaiah, his son, Joram, his son, Zichri, his son, and Shelomith, his son.

26 E ste Selomit y sus hermanos tenían a su cargo todos los tesoros de todas las cosas santificadas que había consagrado el rey David, y los jefes de las casas paternas, los capitanes de millares y de centenas, y los jefes del ejército.

This Shelomith and his brethren were over all the treasures of the holy things, which David, the king, and the chief fathers, the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the princes of the host had dedicated.

27 L o habían consagrado de las guerras y de los botines, para reparar la casa de Jehová.

That which out of the spoils won in battles they had dedicated to maintain the house of the LORD.

28 A simismo todas las cosas que habían consagrado el vidente Samuel, y Saúl hijo de Cis, Abner hijo de Ner y Joab hijo de Sarvia, y todo lo que cualquiera consagraba, estaba a cargo de Selomit y de sus hermanos.

Likewise, all that Samuel, the seer, and Saul, the son of Kish, and Abner, the son of Ner, and Joab, the son of Zeruiah, and all that anyone had dedicated; it was under the hand of Shelomith and of his brethren.

29 D e los izharitas, Quenanías y sus hijos eran gobernadores y jueces sobre Israel en asuntos exteriores.

¶ Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were governors and judges over Israel.

30 D e los hebronitas, Hasabías y sus hermanos, hombres de vigor, en número de mil setecientos, gobernaban a Israel al otro lado del Jordán, al occidente, para toda la obra de Jehová y el servicio del rey.

Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, men of valour, a thousand seven hundred, presided over Israel on the other side of the Jordan westward in all the work of the LORD and in the service of the king.

31 E l jefe de los hebronitas, repartidos en sus linajes por sus familias, era Jerías. En el año cuarenta del reinado de David se registraron, y se halló entre ellos a hombres fuertes y vigorosos en Jazer de Galaad.

Of the Hebronites was Jerijah, the chief among the Hebronites, according to the generations of his fathers. In the fortieth year of the reign of David they were sought for, and there were found among them mighty men of valour at Jazer of Gilead.

32 L os hermanos de Jerías eran hombres valientes, en número de dos mil setecientos, jefes de familias, los cuales el rey David constituyó sobre los rubenitas, los gaditas y la media tribu de Manasés, para todas las cosas de Dios y los negocios del rey.

And his brethren, men of valour, were two thousand seven hundred chief fathers, whom King David made rulers over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, for every matter pertaining to God and affairs of the king.
