1 О ще, братя, напомнювам ви благовестието, което ви проповядвах, което приехте, в което стоите,

And I make known to you, brethren, the good news that I proclaimed to you, which also ye did receive, in which also ye have stood,

2 ч рез което се и спасявате, ако го държите според както съм ви го благовестил,

through which also ye are being saved, in what words I proclaimed good news to you, if ye hold fast, except ye did believe in vain,

3 З ащото първо ви предадох онова, което приех, че Христос умря за греховете ни според писанията;

for I delivered to you first, what also I did receive, that Christ died for our sins, according to the Writings,

4 ч е бе погребан; че биде възкресен на третия ден според писанията;

and that he was buried, and that he hath risen on the third day, according to the Writings,

5 и че се яви на Кифа, после на дванадесетте,

and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve,

6 ч е след това се яви на повече от петстотин братя наведнъж, от които повечето и досега са живи, а някои починаха;

afterwards he appeared to above five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain till now, and certain also did fall asleep;

7 ч е после се яви на Якова, тогава на всички апостоли;

afterwards he appeared to James, then to all the apostles.

8 а най-после от всички яви се на мене, като на някой изверг.

And last of all -- as to the untimely birth -- he appeared also to me,

9 З ащото аз съм най-нищожният от апостолите, който не съм достоен и апостол да се нарека защото гоних Божията църква,

for I am the least of the apostles, who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I did persecute the assembly of God,

10 Н о с Божията благодат съм каквото съм; и дадената на мене Негова благодат не бе напразно, но трудих се повече от всички тях,

and by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace that towards me came not in vain, but more abundantly than they all did I labour, yet not I, but the grace of God that with me;

11 И тъй, било че аз се трудих повече, било че те, така проповядвахме и те и аз, и вие така сте повярвали.

whether, then, I or they, so we preach, and so ye did believe.

12 А ко се проповядва, че Христос е възкресен от мъртвите, как казват някои между вас, че няма възкресение на мъртвите?

And if Christ is preached, that out of the dead he hath risen, how say certain among you, that there is no rising again of dead persons?

13 Ако няма възкресение на мъртвите, то нито Христос е бил възкресен;

and if there be no rising again of dead persons, neither hath Christ risen;

14 и ако Христос не е бил възкресен, то празна е нашата проповед, празна е нашата вяра.

and if Christ hath not risen, then void our preaching, and void also your faith,

15 П ри това, ние се намираме лъжесвидетели Божии; защото свидетелствувахме за Бога, че е възкресил Христа, Когото не е възкресил, ако е тъй, че мъртвите не възкресяват;

and we also are found false witnesses of God, because we did testify of God that He raised up the Christ, whom He did not raise if then dead persons do not rise;

16 з ащото, ако мъртвите не се възкресяват, то нито Христос е бил възкресен;

for if dead persons do not rise, neither hath Christ risen,

17 и ако Христос не е бил възкресен, суетна е вашата вяря, вие сте още в греховете си.

and if Christ hath not risen, vain is your faith, ye are yet in your sins;

18 Т огава и тия, които са починали в Христа, са погинали.

then, also, those having fallen asleep in Christ did perish;

19 А ко само в тоя живот се надяваме на Христа, то от всичките човеци ние сме най-много за съжаление.

if in this life we have hope in Christ only, of all men we are most to be pitied.

20 Н о сега Христос е бил възкесен, първият плод на починалите.

And now, Christ hath risen out of the dead -- the first-fruits of those sleeping he became,

21 П онеже, както чрез човека дойде смъртта, така чрез човека дойде възкресението на мъртвите.

for since through man the death, also through man a rising again of the dead,

22 З ащото, както в Адама всички умират, така и в Христа всички ще оживеят.

for even as in Adam all die, so also in the Christ all shall be made alive,

23 Н о всеки на своя ред: Христос първия плод, после, при пришествието на Христа, тия, които са Негови;

and each in his proper order, a first-fruit Christ, afterwards those who are the Christ's, in his presence,

24 Т огава ще бъде краят, когато ще предаде царството на Бога и Отца, след като унищожи всяко началство и всяка власт и сила.

then -- the end, when he may deliver up the reign to God, even the Father, when he may have made useless all rule, and all authority and power --

25 З ащото Той трябва да царува, докато положи всички врагове под нозете Си.

for it behoveth him to reign till he may have put all the enemies under his feet --

26 И смъртта, най-последен враг, и тя ще бъде унищожена,

the last enemy is done away -- death;

27 з ащото Бог "е покорил всичко под нозете Му" А когато ще е казъл, че всичко е вече покорено, (с явно изключение на Този, Който Му е покорил всичко),

for all things He did put under his feet, and, when one may say that all things have been subjected, evident that He is excepted who did subject the all things to him,

28 к огато казвам, ще Му е било покорено всичко, тогава и Сам Синът ще покори Този, Който Му е покорил всичко, за да бъде Бог все във все.

and when the all things may be subjected to him, then the Son also himself shall be subject to Him, who did subject to him the all things, that God may be the all in all.

29 И наче, какво ще правят тия, които се кръщават заради мъртвите? Ако мъртвите никак не се възкресяват, защо и ще се кръщават заради тях?

Seeing what shall they do who are baptized for the dead, if the dead do not rise at all? why also are they baptized for the dead?

30 З ащо и ние се излагаме на бедствия всеки час?

why also do we stand in peril every hour?

31 Б ратя, с похвалата, с която се гордея за вас в Христа Исуса нашия Господ, аз всеки ден умирам.

Every day do I die, by the glorying of you that I have in Christ Jesus our Lord:

32 А ко, по човешки казано, съм се борил с зверовете в Ефес, какво ме ползува? Ако мъртвите не се възкресяват "нека ядем и пием, защото утре ще умрем".

if after the manner of a man with wild beasts I fought in Ephesus, what the advantage to me if the dead do not rise? let us eat and drink, for to-morrow we die!

33 Н е се мамете. "Лошите другари покваряват добрите нрави".

Be not led astray; evil communications corrupt good manners;

34 О трезнявайте към правдата. и не съгрешавайте, защото някои от вас не познават Бога. Това казвам, за да ви направя да се засрамите.

awake up, as is right, and sin not; for certain have an ignorance of God; for shame to you I say.

35 Н о някой ще рече; Как се възкресяват мъртвите? и с какво тяло ще дойдат?

But some one will say, `How do the dead rise?

36 Б езумецо, това което ти сееш, не оживявя, ако не умира.

unwise! thou -- what thou dost sow is not quickened except it may die;

37 И когато го сееш, не посяваш тялото, което ще изникне, а голо зърно, каквото се случи, пшенично или някое друго;

and that which thou dost sow, not the body that shall be dost thou sow, but bare grain, it may be of wheat, or of some one of the others,

38 н о Бог му дава тяло, каквото му е угодно, и на всяко семе собственото му тяло.

and God doth give to it a body according as He willed, and to each of the seeds its proper body.

39 В сяка плът не е еднаква; но друга е плътта на човеците, а друга на животните, друга пък на птиците и друга на рибите.

All flesh not the same flesh, but there is one flesh of men, and another flesh of beasts, and another of fishes, and another of birds;

40 И ма и небесни тела и земни тела, друга е, обаче, славата на небесните, друга на земните.

and heavenly bodies, and earthly bodies; but one the glory of the heavenly, and another that of the earthly;

41 Д руг е блясъкът на слънцето, друг на луната и друг блясъкът на звездите; па и звезда от звезда се различава по блясъка.

one glory of sun, and another glory of moon, and another glory of stars, for star from star doth differ in glory.

42 Т ака е и възкресението на мъртвите. Тялото се сее в тление, възкръсва в нетление;

So also the rising again of the dead: it is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption;

43 с ее се в безчестие, възкръсва в слава; сее се в немощ, възкръсва в сила;

it is sown in dishonour, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;

44 с ее се одушевено тяло, възкръсва духовно тяло. Ако има одушевено тяло, то има и духовно тяло.

it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body; there is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body;

45 Т ака е и писано: Първият човек Адам "стана жива душа", а последният Адам стана животворещ дух.

so also it hath been written, `The first man Adam became a living creature,' the last Adam for a life-giving spirit,

46 О баче, не е първо духовното, а одушевеното, и после духовното.

but that which is spiritual not first, but that which natural, afterwards that which spiritual.

47 П ървият човек е от земята, пръстен; вторият човек е от небето.

The first man out of the earth, earthy; the second man the Lord out of heaven;

48 К акъвто е пръстният, такива са и пръстните; и какъвто е небесният, такива са и небесните.

as the earthy, such also the earthy; and as the heavenly, such also the heavenly;

49 И както сме се облекли в образа на пръстния, ще се облечем и в образа на небесния.

and, according as we did bear the image of the earthy, we shall bear also the image of the heavenly.

50 А това казвам, братя, че плът и кръв не могат да наследят Божието царство, нито тленното наследява нетлението.

And this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood the reign of God is not able to inherit, nor doth the corruption inherit the incorruption;

51 Е то, една тайна ви казвам: Не всички ще починем, но всички ще се изменим,

lo, I tell you a secret; we indeed shall not all sleep, and we all shall be changed;

52 в една минута, в миг на око, при последната тръба; защото тя ще затръби, и мъртвите ще възкръснат нетленни, и ние ще се изменим.

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, in the last trumpet, for it shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we -- we shall be changed:

53 З ащото това тленното трябва да се облече в нетление, и това смъртното да се облече в безсмъртие.

for it behoveth this corruptible to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality;

54 А когато това тленното се облече в безсмъртие, тогава ще се сбъдне писаното слово: "Погълната биде смъртта победоносно".

and when this corruptible may have put on incorruption, and this mortal may have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the word that hath been written, `The Death was swallowed up -- to victory;

55 О смърте, где ти е победата? О смърте, где ти е жилото?

where, O Death, thy sting? where, O Hades, thy victory?'

56 Ж илото на смъртта е грехът, и силата на греха е законът;

and the sting of the death the sin, and the power of the sin the law;

57 н о благодарение Богу, Който ни дава победа чрез нашия Господ Исус Христос.

and to God -- thanks, to Him who is giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ;

58 З атова възлюбени мои братя, бъдете твърди, непоколебими, и преизобилвайте всякога в Господното дело, понеже знаете, че в Господа трудът ви не е празден.

so that, my brethren beloved, become ye stedfast, unmovable, abounding in the work of the Lord at all times, knowing that your labour is not vain in the Lord.
