1 C uando Jesús salió del templo, y se iba, se acercaron Sus discípulos para mostrarle los edificios del templo.

¶ And Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple.

2 P ero El les dijo: “¿Ven todo esto? En verdad les digo que no quedará aquí piedra sobre piedra que no sea derribada.” Señales antes del Fin

And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another that shall not be thrown down.

3 E stando Jesús sentado en el Monte de los Olivos, se acercaron a El los discípulos en privado, y Le preguntaron: “Dinos, ¿cuándo sucederá esto, y cuál será la señal de Tu venida y de la consumación de este siglo?”

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the age?

4 J esús les respondió: “Tengan cuidado de que nadie los engañe.

¶ And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no one deceive you.

5 P orque muchos vendrán en Mi nombre, diciendo: ‘Yo soy el Cristo (el Mesías),’ y engañarán a muchos.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and shall deceive many.

6 U stedes van a oír de guerras y rumores de guerras. ¡Cuidado! No se alarmen, porque es necesario que todo esto suceda; pero todavía no es el fin.

And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled, for it is necessary that all these things must take place; but the end is not yet.

7 P orque se levantará nación contra nación, y reino contra reino, y en diferentes lugares habrá hambre y terremotos.

For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in different places.

8 P ero todo esto es sólo el comienzo de dolores.

All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9 “ Entonces los entregarán a tribulación, y los matarán, y serán odiados de todas las naciones por causa de mi nombre.

Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

10 M uchos se apartarán de la fe entonces, y se traicionarán unos a otros, y unos a otros se odiarán.

And then shall many be offended and shall betray one another and shall hate one another.

11 S e levantarán muchos falsos profetas, y a muchos engañarán.

And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many.

12 Y debido al aumento de la iniquidad, el amor de muchos se enfriará.

And because lawlessness shall abound, the charity of many shall wax cold.

13 P ero el que persevere hasta el fin, ése será salvo.

But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 Y este evangelio del reino se predicará en todo el mundo como testimonio a todas las naciones, y entonces vendrá el fin. La Abominación de la Desolación

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.

15 “ Por tanto, cuando ustedes vean la abominacion de la desolacion, de que se habló por medio del profeta Daniel, colocada en el lugar santo, y el que lea que entienda,

Therefore, when ye see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, which shall stand in the holy place (whosoever reads, let him understand),

16 e ntonces los que estén en Judea, huyan a los montes.

then let those who are in Judaea flee into the mountains;

17 E l que esté en la azotea, no baje a sacar las cosas de su casa;

let him who is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house,

18 y el que esté en el campo, no vuelva atrás a tomar su capa.

neither let him who is in the field return back to take his clothes.

19 P ero ¡ay de las que estén encinta y de las que estén criando en aquellos días!

And woe unto those that are with child and to those that give suck in those days!

20 O ren para que la huida de ustedes no suceda en invierno, ni en día de reposo.

But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter neither on the sabbath day,

21 P orque habrá entonces una gran tribulación, tal como no ha acontecido desde el principio del mundo hasta ahora, ni acontecerá jamás.

for then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.

22 Y si aquellos días no fueran acortados, nadie se salvaría; pero por causa de los escogidos, aquellos días serán acortados.

And if those days were not shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.

23 E ntonces si alguien les dice: ‘Miren, aquí está el Cristo (el Mesías),’ o ‘Allí está,’ no lo crean.

Then if any man shall say unto you, Behold, here is the Christ, or there, believe it not.

24 P orque se levantarán falsos Cristos y falsos profetas, y mostrarán grandes señales y prodigios, para así engañar, de ser posible, aun a los escogidos.

For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets and shall show great signs and wonders in such a manner that they shall deceive, if possible, the very elect.

25 V ean que se lo he dicho de antemano.

Behold, I have told you before.

26 P or tanto, si les dicen: ‘Miren, El está en el desierto,’ no vayan; o ‘Miren, El está en las habitaciones interiores,’ no les crean.

Therefore if they say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert, go not forth; Behold, he is in the secret chambers, believe it not.

27 P orque así como el relámpago sale del oriente y resplandece hasta el occidente, así será la venida del Hijo del Hombre.

For as the lightning that comes out of the east and shines even unto the west, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

28 D onde esté el cadáver, allí se juntarán los buitres.

For wherever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

29 “ Pero inmediatamente después de la tribulación de esos días, el sol se oscurecera, la luna no dara su luz, las estrellas caeran del cielo y las potencias de los cielos serán sacudidas.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken,

30 E ntonces aparecerá en el cielo la señal del Hijo del Hombre; y todas las tribus de la tierra harán duelo, y verán al Hijo del Hombre que viene sobre las nubes del cielo con poder y gran gloria.

and then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with great power and glory.

31 Y El enviará a Sus ángeles con una gran trompeta y reuniran a Sus escogidos de los cuatro vientos, desde un extremo de los cielos hasta el otro. Parábola de la Higuera

And he shall send his angels with a trumpet and a great voice, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

32 “ De la higuera aprendan la parábola: cuando su rama ya se pone tierna y echa las hojas, saben que el verano está cerca.

¶ Now learn a parable of the fig tree: When his branch is yet tender and puts forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh;

33 A sí también ustedes, cuando vean todas estas cosas, sepan que El está cerca, a las puertas.

so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

34 E n verdad les digo que no pasará esta generación hasta que todo esto suceda.

Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass until all these things are fulfilled.

35 E l cielo y la tierra pasarán, pero Mis palabras no pasarán.

The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

36 “ Pero de aquel día y hora nadie sabe, ni siquiera los ángeles del cielo, ni el Hijo, sino sólo el Padre.

But of that day and hour no one knows, no, not even the angels of the heavens, but my Father only.

37 P orque como en los días de Noé, así será la venida del Hijo del Hombre.

But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38 P ues así como en aquellos días antes del diluvio estaban comiendo y bebiendo, casándose y dándose en matrimonio, hasta el día en que Noé entró en el arca,

For as they were in the days before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,

39 y no comprendieron hasta que vino el diluvio y se los llevó a todos; así será la venida del Hijo del Hombre.

and they knew not until the flood came and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

40 E ntonces estarán dos en el campo; uno será llevado y el otro será dejado.

Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken and the other left.

41 D os mujeres estarán moliendo en el molino; una será llevada y la otra será dejada.

Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken and the other left.

42 P or tanto, velen (estén alerta), porque no saben en qué día viene su Señor.

Watch therefore, for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

43 P ero entiendan esto: si el dueño de la casa hubiera sabido a qué hora de la noche iba a venir el ladrón, hubiera estado alerta y no hubiera permitido que entrara en su casa.

But know this that if the husband of the house knew in what watch the thief would come, he would watch and would not suffer his house to be broken into.

44 P or eso, también ustedes estén preparados, porque a la hora que no piensan vendrá el Hijo del Hombre. Parábola del Siervo Fiel y del Infiel

Therefore be ye also ready; the Son of man is to come in the hour that ye think not.

45 “ ¿ Quién es, pues, el siervo fiel y prudente a quien su señor puso sobre los de su casa para que les diera la comida a su tiempo?

Who then is the faithful and prudent slave, whom his lord has made ruler over his household to give them food in due season?

46 D ichoso (Bienaventurado) aquel siervo a quien, cuando su señor venga, lo encuentre haciendo así.

Blessed is that slave whom his lord when he comes shall find so doing.

47 D e cierto les digo que lo pondrá sobre todos sus bienes.

Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

48 P ero si aquel siervo es malo, y dice en su corazón: ‘Mi señor tardará ’;

But and if that evil slave shall say in his heart, My lord delays his coming,

49 y empieza a golpear a sus consiervos, y come y bebe con los que se emborrachan,

and shall begin to smite his fellowslaves and even to eat and drink with the drunken,

50 v endrá el señor de aquel siervo el día que no lo espera, y a una hora que no sabe,

the lord of that slave shall come in a day when he does not look for him and in an hour that he is not aware of

51 y lo azotará severamente y le asignará un lugar con los hipócritas; allí será el llanto y el crujir de dientes.

and shall cut him off and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
