The city God built stands on the holy mountains.

2 A ma Jehová las puertas de Sión Más que todas las moradas de Jacob.

The Lord loves the gates of Zion more than all the other places of Jacob.

3 C osas gloriosas se han dicho de ti, Ciudad de Dios. Selah

Great things are said about you, O city of God.

4 Y o mencionaré a Ráhab y a Babilonia entre los que me conocen. He aquí Filistea y Tiro, con Etiopía; Éste nació allí.

I will say that Rahab and Babylon are among those who know Me. Look, Philistia and Tyre and Ethiopia say, “This one was born there.”

5 Y de Sión se dirá: Éste y aquél, todos han nacido en ella, Y el Altísimo mismo la sostiene.

But it will be said of Zion, “This one and that one were born in her.” And the Most High Himself will make her strong.

6 J ehová contará al inscribir a los pueblos: Éste nació allí. Selah

The Lord will write in the book of the people, “This one was born there.”

7 Y cantores y tañedores en ella dirán: Todas mis fuentes están en ti.

Then those who sing and those who play music will say, “All my wells of joy are in you.”
