1 ( 74-1) ^^Начальнику хора. Не погуби. Псалом Асафа. Песнь.^^ (74-2) Славим Тебя, Боже, славим, ибо близко имя Твое; возвещают чудеса Твои.

We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.

2 ( 74-3) 'Когда изберу время, Я произведу суд по правде.

When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.

3 ( 74-4) Колеблется земля и все живущие на ней: Я утвержу столпы ее'.

The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.

4 ( 74-5) Говорю безумствующим: 'не безумствуйте', и нечестивым: 'не поднимайте рога,

I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.

5 ( 74-6) не поднимайте высоко рога вашего, говорите жестоковыйно',

Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”

6 ( 74-7) ибо не от востока и не от запада и не от пустыни возвышение,

For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.

7 ( 74-8) но Бог есть судия: одного унижает, а другого возносит;

But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.

8 ( 74-9) ибо чаша в руке Господа, вино кипит в ней, полное смешения, и Он наливает из нее. Даже дрожжи ее будут выжимать и пить все нечестивые земли.

For in Yahweh’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.

9 ( 74-10) А я буду возвещать вечно, буду воспевать Бога Иаковлева,

But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

10 ( 74-11) все роги нечестивых сломлю, и вознесутся роги праведника.

I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
