1 ‘ Thus says the Lord God, “The gate of the inner court facing east shall be shut the six working days; but it shall be opened on the sabbath day and opened on the day of the new moon.

“Así dice el Señor Dios: ‘La puerta del atrio interior que mira al oriente estará cerrada los seis días de trabajo; pero se abrirá el día de reposo; también se abrirá el día de la luna nueva.

2 T he prince shall enter by way of the porch of the gate from outside and stand by the post of the gate. Then the priests shall provide his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate and then go out; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

‘Y el príncipe entrará desde el exterior por el camino del vestíbulo de la puerta y se detendrá junto al poste de la puerta. Entonces los sacerdotes ofrecerán su holocausto y sus ofrendas de paz, y él adorará junto al umbral de la puerta y luego saldrá, pero no se cerrará la puerta hasta la tarde.

3 T he people of the land shall also worship at the doorway of that gate before the Lord on the sabbaths and on the new moons.

‘El pueblo de la tierra también adorará a la entrada de esa puerta delante del Señor los días de reposo y en las lunas nuevas.

4 T he burnt offering which the prince shall offer to the Lord on the sabbath day shall be six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish;

‘El holocausto que el príncipe ofrecerá al Señor el día de reposo será de seis corderos sin defecto y un carnero sin defecto;

5 a nd the grain offering shall be an ephah with the ram, and the grain offering with the lambs as much as he is able to give, and a hin of oil with an ephah.

y la ofrenda de cereal será de un efa por carnero, y la ofrenda de cereal con los corderos según lo que pueda dar, y un hin de aceite por efa.

6 O n the day of the new moon he shall offer a young bull without blemish, also six lambs and a ram, which shall be without blemish.

‘El día de la luna nueva ofrecerá un novillo sin defecto de la vacada, también seis corderos y un carnero, que serán sin defecto.

7 A nd he shall provide a grain offering, an ephah with the bull and an ephah with the ram, and with the lambs as much as he is able, and a hin of oil with an ephah.

‘Y proveerá una ofrenda de cereal, un efa por novillo y un efa por carnero, y con los corderos según lo que pueda, y un hin de aceite por efa.

8 W hen the prince enters, he shall go in by way of the porch of the gate and go out by the same way.

‘Y cuando el príncipe entre, entrará por el camino del vestíbulo de la puerta y saldrá por el mismo camino.

9 B ut when the people of the land come before the Lord at the appointed feasts, he who enters by way of the north gate to worship shall go out by way of the south gate. And he who enters by way of the south gate shall go out by way of the north gate. No one shall return by way of the gate by which he entered but shall go straight out.

‘Pero cuando el pueblo de la tierra venga delante del Señor en las fiestas señaladas, el que entre por la puerta del norte para adorar, saldrá por la puerta del sur, y el que entre por la puerta del sur, saldrá por la puerta del norte. Nadie saldrá por la puerta por la cual entró, sino que saldrá por el lado opuesto.

10 W hen they go in, the prince shall go in among them; and when they go out, he shall go out.

‘Y cuando entren, el príncipe entrará en medio de ellos; y cuando ellos salgan, saldrá él.

11 “ At the festivals and the appointed feasts the grain offering shall be an ephah with a bull and an ephah with a ram, and with the lambs as much as one is able to give, and a hin of oil with an ephah.

‘En los días festivos y en las fiestas señaladas la ofrenda de cereal será de un efa por novillo y de un efa por cordero, y con los corderos, según lo que pueda dar, y de un hin de aceite por efa.

12 W hen the prince provides a freewill offering, a burnt offering, or peace offerings as a freewill offering to the Lord, the gate facing east shall be opened for him. And he shall provide his burnt offering and his peace offerings as he does on the sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and the gate shall be shut after he goes out.

‘Y cuando el príncipe ofrezca una ofrenda voluntaria, un holocausto u ofrendas de paz como ofrenda voluntaria al Señor, le abrirán la puerta que da al oriente, y ofrecerá su holocausto y sus ofrendas de paz como lo hace en el día de reposo. Luego saldrá, y cerrarán la puerta después que él salga.

13 “ And you shall provide a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to the Lord daily; morning by morning you shall provide it.

‘Cada día ofrecerás un cordero de un año sin defecto para holocausto al Señor; mañana tras mañana lo ofrecerás.

14 A lso you shall provide a grain offering with it morning by morning, a sixth of an ephah and a third of a hin of oil to moisten the fine flour, a grain offering to the Lord continually by a perpetual ordinance.

‘También con él ofrecerás cada mañana una ofrenda de cereal, la sexta parte de un efa y la tercera parte de un hin de aceite para humedecer la flor de harina; es la ofrenda continua de cereal al Señor como ordenanza perpetua.

15 T hus they shall provide the lamb, the grain offering and the oil, morning by morning, for a continual burnt offering.”

‘Ofrecerán, pues, el cordero, la ofrenda de cereal y el aceite, mañana tras mañana, como un holocausto continuo.’

16 ‘ Thus says the Lord God, “If the prince gives a gift out of his inheritance to any of his sons, it shall belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance.

“Así dice el Señor Dios: ‘Si de su heredad el príncipe hace un regalo a alguno de sus hijos, será para sus hijos; es posesión de ellos por heredad.

17 B ut if he gives a gift from his inheritance to one of his servants, it shall be his until the year of liberty; then it shall return to the prince. His inheritance shall be only his sons’; it shall belong to them.

‘Pero si de su heredad hace un regalo a uno de sus siervos, será de él hasta el año del jubileo; después volverá al príncipe. Su heredad será sólo de sus hijos; a ellos pertenecerá.

18 T he prince shall not take from the people’s inheritance, thrusting them out of their possession; he shall give his sons inheritance from his own possession so that My people will not be scattered, anyone from his possession.”’” The Boiling Places

‘Y el príncipe no tomará nada de la heredad del pueblo, despojándolos de su posesión; dará heredad a sus hijos de su propia posesión, para que ninguno de mi pueblo sea echado de su posesión.’”

19 T hen he brought me through the entrance, which was at the side of the gate, into the holy chambers for the priests, which faced north; and behold, there was a place at the extreme rear toward the west.

Después me llevó por la entrada que estaba al lado de la puerta, a las cámaras sagradas de los sacerdotes que daban al norte; y he aquí, había allí un lugar al fondo, hacia el occidente.

20 H e said to me, “This is the place where the priests shall boil the guilt offering and the sin offering and where they shall bake the grain offering, in order that they may not bring them out into the outer court to transmit holiness to the people.”

Y me dijo: Este es el lugar donde los sacerdotes cocerán la ofrenda por la culpa y la ofrenda por el pecado, y donde cocerán la ofrenda de cereal, para que no tengan que sacar las al atrio exterior, y santifiquen así al pueblo.

21 T hen he brought me out into the outer court and led me across to the four corners of the court; and behold, in every corner of the court there was a small court.

Entonces me sacó al atrio exterior y me llevó por los cuatro ángulos del atrio; y he aquí, en cada ángulo del atrio había un atrio pequeño.

22 I n the four corners of the court there were enclosed courts, forty cubits long and thirty wide; these four in the corners were the same size.

En los cuatro ángulos del atrio había atrios cercados, de cuarenta codos de largo y treinta de ancho; los cuatro atrios en los ángulos tenían una misma medida.

23 T here was a row of masonry round about in them, around the four of them, and boiling places were made under the rows round about.

Y había un muro alrededor de ellos, alrededor de los cuatro, y debajo había fogones construidos alrededor de los muros.

24 T hen he said to me, “These are the boiling places where the ministers of the house shall boil the sacrifices of the people.”

Y me dijo: Estos son los fogones donde los servidores de la casa cocerán los sacrificios del pueblo.
