1 E l necio ha dicho en su corazón: No hay Dios. Se han corrompido, han cometido injusticias abominables; no hay quien haga el bien.

The fool has said in his heart, “ There is no God.” They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none who does good.

2 D ios ha mirado desde los cielos sobre los hijos de los hombres para ver si hay alguno que entienda, alguno que busque a Dios.

God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.

3 T odos se han desviado, a una se han corrompido; no hay quien haga el bien, no hay ni siquiera uno.

Every one of them has turned aside; They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.

4 ¿ No tienen conocimiento los que hacen iniquidad, que devoran a mi pueblo como si comieran pan, y no invocan a Dios?

Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call upon God?

5 D onde antes no había terror, allí tiemblan de espanto, porque Dios esparció los huesos del que acampaba contra ti; tú los avergonzaste, porque Dios los había rechazado.

There they are in great fear Where no fear was, For God has scattered the bones of him who encamps against you; You have put them to shame, Because God has despised them.

6 ¡ Oh, si de Sion saliera la salvación de Israel! Cuando Dios restaure a su pueblo cautivo, se regocijará Jacob y se alegrará Israel.

Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God brings back the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.
