1 B oqoraddii Shebaa markay maqashay Sulaymaan warkiisii ayay Sulaymaan ugu timid Yeruusaalem inay ku imtixaanto su'aalo adadag, oo waxay wadatay dad aad u badan, iyo awr badan oo ay ku raran yihiin uunsi, iyo dahab aad u badan, iyo dhagaxyo qaali ah; oo markay Sulaymaan u timid wixii qalbigeeda ku jiray oo dhan ayay kala hadashay.

When the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon, she came to Jerusalem to test him with hard questions, accompanied by very many attendants and camels bearing spices, much gold, and precious stones. And when she came to Solomon, she talked with him of all that was on her mind.

2 S ulaymaanna wuxuu uga jawaabay su'aalaheedii oo dhan, oo wax Sulaymaan ka qarsoonaa oo uusan u sheegin ma jirin.

And Solomon answered all her questions; there was nothing hidden from which he was unable to make clear to her.

3 B oqoraddii Shebaana markay aragtay xigmaddii Sulaymaan iyo gurigii uu dhisay,

And when the queen of Sheba had seen Solomon’s wisdom, the house he had built,

4 i yo cuntadii miiskiisa, iyo fadhigii addoommadiisa, iyo hawshii adeegayaashiisa iyo dharkoodii, iyo kuwiisii cabniinka siin jiray iyo dharkoodii, iyo wixii uu guriga Rabbiga ku fuuli jiray, naf dambe iyadii kuma hadhin.

The food of his table, the seating of his officials, the attention of his servants, their apparel, his cupbearers also and their apparel, and his burnt offerings which he offered at the house of the Lord, there was no more spirit in her.

5 M arkaasay boqorkii ku tidhi, Warkii aan dalkaygii ku maqlay ee ku saabsanaa falimahaaga iyo xigmaddaada run buu ahaa.

She said to the king, The report which I heard in my own land of your acts and sayings and of your wisdom was true,

6 H abase yeeshee erayadoodii ma aan rumaysan jeeraan imid oo ay indhahaygu arkeen, oo weliba xigmaddaada weynaanteedii badhna la iima sheegin, haddaba waad ka sii weyn tahay warkii aan maqlay.

But I did not believe their words until I came and my eyes had seen it. Behold, the half of the greatness of your wisdom was not told me; you surpass the fame that I heard of you.

7 W axaa faraxsan raggaaga oo waxaa faraxsan addoommadaadan had iyo goorba hortaada taagan oo xigmaddaadana maqla.

Happy are your wives and men, and happy are these your servants who stand continually before you and hear your wisdom!

8 W axaa mahad leh Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah oo kugu farxay inuu kugu fadhiisiyo carshigiisa inaad boqor ahaatid Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah aawadiis. Ilaahaagu wuu jeclaaday reer binu Israa'iil inuu xoogeeyo weligood, oo sidaas aawadeed ayuu kaaga dhigay boqor iyaga u taliya inaad samaysid xukun iyo caddaalad.

Blessed be the Lord your God, Who delighted in you and set you on His throne to be king for the Lord your God! Because your God loved Israel and would establish them forever, He made you king over them, to do justice and righteousness.

9 M arkaasay boqorkii siisay boqol iyo labaatan talanti oo dahab ah, iyo uunsi faro badan, iyo dhagaxyo qaali ah; oo boqoraddii Shebaa uunsigii ay Boqor Sulaymaan siisay oo kale ma jirin.

She gave the king 120 talents of gold, a very large quantity of spices, and precious stones; such spice was not anywhere as that which the queen of Sheba gave King Solomon.

10 O o Xuuraam addoommadiisii iyo Sulaymaan addoommadiisii oo Oofir dahab ka keenay, waxay kaloo keeneen geedo almuug ah iyo dhagaxyo qaali ah.

The servants of Huram and of Solomon, who brought gold from Ophir, also brought algum trees and precious stones.

11 O o boqorkiina geedihii almuugga ahaa ayuu gurigii Rabbiga iyo gurigii boqorkaba uga dhigay jaranjarooyin, oo wuxuu kaloo nimankii gabayaaga ahaa uga sameeyey kataarado iyo shareerado, oo waxaasoo kalena hore looguma arag dalka Yahuudah.

The king made of the algum trees terraces or walks to the house of the Lord and to the king’s palace, and lyres and harps for the singers; none such had ever been seen before in the land of Judah.

12 O o Boqor Sulaymaanna wuxuu boqoraddii Shebaa siiyey wax alla wixii ay doonaysay oo dhan oo ay weyddiisatay, iyo weliba wax ka sii badan wixii ay boqorka u keentay. Markaasay noqotay oo dalkeedii tagtay iyada iyo addoommadeediiba. Sharaftii Sulaymaan

And King Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatever she asked, besides what she had brought to the king. So she with her servants returned to her own land.

13 H addaba dahabkii sannad kasta Sulaymaan u iman jiray miisaankiisu wuxuu ahaa lix boqol iyo lix iyo lixdan talanti oo dahab ah,

Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was 666 talents,

14 o o intaasu kuma jirin wixii ay keeni jireen geddisleyda iyo baayacmushtariyaashu, oo boqorradii dalka Carabta iyo taliyayaashii waddanka oo dhammuna waxay Sulaymaan u keeni jireen dahab iyo lacag.

Besides what traders and merchants brought; and all the kings of Arabia and governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon.

15 M arkaasaa Boqor Sulaymaan wuxuu sameeyey laba boqol oo gaashaan oo waaweyn oo dahab la tumay ah, oo gaashaan weynba waxaa galay lix boqol oo sheqel oo dahab la tumay ah.

And King Solomon made 200 large shields or bucklers of beaten gold; 600 shekels of beaten gold went into each shield.

16 O o haddana wuxuu kaloo sameeyey saddex boqol oo gaashaan oo yaryar oo dahab la tumay ah, oo gaashaan yarba waxaa galay saddex boqol oo sheqel oo dahab ah; markaasaa boqorku iyagii dhigay gurigii ku yiil kaynta Lubnaan.

And he made 300 shields of beaten gold, with 300 shekels of gold spread on each shield. And the king put them in the House of the Forest of Lebanon.

17 O o weliba boqorku wuxuu kaloo sameeyey carshi weyn oo foolmaroodi ah, oo wuxuu ku dahaadhay dahab saafi ah.

Moreover, made a great throne of ivory and overlaid it with pure gold.

18 C arshigu wuxuu lahaa jaranjaro lix tallaabo ah; oo waxaa la jiray cagodhig dahab ah oo carshiga ku xidhan, oo kursiga meeshii lagu fadhiisto labadeeda dhinacba waxay lahayd meelo xusullada la saarto, oo meelaha xusullada la saartana dhinacooda waxaa taagnaa laba libaax.

There were six steps to the throne and a gold footstool attached to the throne, and arms on each side of the seat, with two lions standing beside the arms.

19 O o jaranjaradii lixdeedii tallaabo labadooda dhinac waxaa ka taagnaa laba iyo toban libaax, oo boqortooyona saas oo kale looguma samayn.

And twelve lions stood there one on either end of each of the six steps. The like of it was never made in any kingdom before.

20 O o Boqor Sulaymaan weelashiisii wax lagu cabbi jiray oo dhammu waxay wada ahaayeen dahab, gurigii kaynta Lubnaan weelashiisii oo dhammuna waxay wada ahaayeen dahab saafi ah; wakhtigii Sulaymaan lacag waxba qiimo ma lahayn.

King Solomon’s drinking vessels were all of gold, and all the vessels of the House of the Forest of Lebanon were of pure gold; silver was not counted as anything in the days of Solomon.

21 M axaa yeelay, boqorku wuxuu lahaa doonniyo Tarshiish u dhoofa oo waxay raaceen addoommadii Xuuraam, oo saddexdii sannadoodba mar bay doonniyihii Tarshiish iman jireen, oo waxay keeni jireen dahab, iyo lacag, iyo foolmaroodi, iyo daayeerro, iyo daa'uusyo.

For the king’s ships went to Tarshish with Huram’s servants; once every three years the ships of Tarshish came bringing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks.

22 S idaasuu Boqor Sulaymaan xagga maalka iyo xagga xigmaddaba ugaga hor maray boqorradii dunida oo dhan.

King Solomon surpassed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.

23 O o boqorradii dunida oo dhammuna waxay doondooneen Sulaymaan inay arkaan oo ay maqlaan xigmaddii Ilaah qalbigiisa geliyey.

And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon to hear his wisdom which God had put into his mind.

24 O o nin waluba wuxuu sannad kasta u keeni jiray hadiyaddiis oo ay ka mid yihiin weelal lacag ah, iyo weelal dahab ah, iyo dhar, iyo hub, iyo uunsi, iyo fardo, iyo baqlo.

And every man brought his tribute: silver and gold articles, robes, armor, spices, horses, and mules, so much year by year.

25 S ulaymaanna wuxuu lahaa afar kun oo xero oo fardaha iyo gaadhifardoodka lagu xereeyo, iyo laba iyo toban kun oo nin oo fardooley ah, oo wuxuu fadhiisiyey magaalooyinkii gaadhifardoodka, oo qaarna boqorkay Yeruusaalem la joogeen.

Solomon had 4, 000 stalls for horses and chariots, and 12, 000 horsemen, stationed in chariot cities or at Jerusalem with the king.

26 O o wuxuu u wada talin jiray kulli boqorradii joogay Webiga ilaa dalka reer Falastiin iyo ilaa soohdinta Masar.

And he ruled over all the kings from the River to the land of Philistia and to the frontier of Egypt.

27 O o boqorku wuxuu lacag Yeruusaalem kaga dhigay sida dhagaxyo oo kale, oo geedo kedar ahna wuxuu u soo badiyey oo ka dhigay sida geedaha darayga ah oo dhulka hoose ka baxa oo kale.

The king made silver in Jerusalem as common as stones, and cedar wood as plentiful as sycamore trees in the lowlands.

28 O o Sulaymaanna fardo waxaa looga keeni jiray Masar iyo dalalka kale oo dhanba. Dhimashadii Sulaymaan

And they imported horses for Solomon from Egypt and from all lands.

29 H addaba Sulaymaan falimihiisii kale intii hore iyo intii dambeba sow kuma qorna taariikhdii Nebi Naataan, iyo wax sii sheegiddii Axiiyaah kii reer Shiiloh, iyo waxyaalihii la tusay Iddo oo wax arke ahaa oo ku saabsanaa Yaaraabcaam ina Nebaad?

Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, from first to last, are they not written in the history of Nathan the prophet and in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam the son of Nebat?

30 O o Sulaymaan afartan sannadood ayuu reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan Yeruusaalem boqor ugu ahaa.

Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.

31 S ulaymaanna wuu dhintay oo la seexday awowayaashiis oo waxaa lagu aasay magaaladii aabbihiis Daa'uud, oo meeshiisiina waxaa boqor ka noqday wiilkiisii Rexabcaam.

Then Solomon slept with his fathers; he was buried in the city of David his father. Rehoboam his son reigned in his stead.
