1 W hen Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;

¿Qué te pasa, oh mar, que huyes, y a ti, Jordán, que te vuelves atrás,

6 Y e mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?

a vosotros, montes, que saltáis como carneros, y a vosotros, collados, que saltáis como corderitos?

7 T remble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob;

Tiembla, oh tierra, ante la presencia del Señor, ante la presencia del Dios de Jacob,

8 W hich turned the rock into a standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

que convirtió la roca en estanque de agua, y en fuente de aguas el pedernal.
